My vehicle has been with these people for a week. I was called the day after to explain my vehicle would be going into paint on Monday now here it is on Thursday a week from drop off and vehicle still has not been painted and told there is ETA. The update me they say they would give twice a week has not been communicated. Very disappointed in this place of business.

I cannot recommend this place.No one did the final inspection before we picked it up, lots of small items were not connected, coolant spilled . Transmission cooler not correctly connectedAfter having the vehicle for almost a month they wanted another week to fix it again. Our Regular shop has it fixed in 3 hours.

Repair was excellent. They communicate with you by text to keep you updated on the status of your repair. Garrett was our main contact and he was efficient and great to deal with as was the young lady at the reception desk. Gerber was the preferred repair facility for my insurer and I was a bit hesitant to go with their selection but couldn t be more pleased with the repair and service.

I hit a deer last fall and dropped my car off on December 27th to get it fixed. As of writing this my car has been in the shop for a month with an ETA of February 3rd to be fixed. Week after week I get calls apologizing that they are falling behind on being able to get my car done in time.They re excuse is that they have too many cars in the shop.Holy smokes, quit taking on more work than you can handle and take care of the people who you are working on already! It should take a week or two max for you to get parts in and move it through the process, not a month or longer!I have been renting a car for the last month and I m at my whits end! Get it together!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used William Auto Body a number of times these past 20+ years. I'm always amazed at the superior quality, workmanship and perfecting the "art" of complete restoration of any dents/scratches/dings and/or crunches in any of my vehicles. They detailed an SUV I owned to an almost brand new condition. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to any other shop and recommend everyone I know to Williams; they've never been disappointed. Thanks Mark & team for your kindness and care; you've gained my total trust with regards to any repairs my vehicles may require!

Williams did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle! The best part was climbing into the truck expecting it to still have the day to day wear still inside from when I dropped it off. To my surprise the interior was immaculate!! I did not expect them to clean both the inside and out. Thank you for going above and beyond in your customer service!

Did an amazing job with my GMC Arcadia, also fixed my headlight! Great customer service and the door looked absolutely amazing! For me personally i will recommend this place to anyone who needs auto body repairs, and will also continue to go to them to get any repairs done from now on! Also, i was really suprised that they cleaned the inside of my car as well! I was not expecting that and just made me want to write a great review for this Auto Body shop!!

They gave me a very fair quote on fixing up my car the right way, and they were polite. You would think that this would be common, but it's just not. Most shops are just extremely rude, overpriced, and/or will try to throw in additional charges to steal your money. I've been to tons of different shops from Green Bay to De Pere, and this is definitely one of the best around. I can't say how they are with major body work, but I'm sure other reviews can tell you.

Our 2011 Volkswagen Jetta was the victim of a 4' X 4' piece of glass that fell off a monster farm tractor being hauled my a semi trailer. The glass shattered on impact and raked the entire drivers side of the car from front to back bumper. My first instinct was to have the dealership repair it. As I inquired of friends and family for advice Williams Auto Body came up several times. I knew of their work and had seen Classic Cars renewed by Williams Auto body. When I picked up my car it looked like the day I drove it off the dealership lot. My first thought was to head for PDQ and have a professional detail job done on the inside to match. I sat in the car and my jaw dropped. The inside looked as good as the outside. This I did not expect. In fact it was never mentioned. If you want a professional job done far beyond your expectations, you need to see Mark Williams. Thanks to you and your team Mark!

I stopped in to Williams auto body at the suggestion of my sister after my car was backed into. Williams was accommodating and easy to work with. The staff is friendly and the work they did is phenomenal. I would recommend Williams to anyone in need of any auto body work.

Interior detail scheduled in advance. I dropped off the vehicle at 830AM and it was ready at 4PM. Looks like they washed the exterior, partly vacuumed, and extracted that carpets. Thats it, nothing cleaned as far as interior trim and plastic or dashboard. Dust and dirt remains, dark spots and marks on door panel trim, arm rests, rear compartment (its an SUV) area and headliner. I pointed some things out and he started cleaning them up but I just noticed more and more and realized didn't do half of what they said. He took a lesser payment but I still paid too much for whats done and now I will probably do it myself.

Based on my experience I would not go there again. Management didn't hold up to our financial arrangement. I do think it's fair to say my insurance company was ripped off big time. Now, on the other hand the work done was ok, and in a timely manner.

I took my SUV in for new front end replacement and the work I received was Top Notch not a flaw at all and the time it took them to do it was outstanding far less then what I expected. Thanks guys for the great work you did.

Very knowledgeable about all things automobile. Even with estimates, they know what they re doing. The staff here could diagnose a child with cancer from another area code with a telescope.

Nobody was at the front desk when I got there. So I waited around and never got anyone to help or even say I ll be right with you. There was a guy in the office across from the front desk on his cellphone. You would think he would ve tried being helpful but nope. All he had to do was say we ll be right with you. But to just ignore a customer waiting at the front desk that was unattended is very unprofessional.

Interior rugs done but the rest of the interior wasn't touched much. I will not be going back as the exterior buffing was not much better.
