Great experience all around! I purchased a car from Dan Goben Cars and it needed warranty repair at Gene's. I was driving from the Milwaukee area, which is about an hour and a half drive, so I couldn't just drop the car off. While I waited, I asked an employee, Lee, if there are any food places close by. He actually told me about a nice local place AND DROVE ME THERE! I totally wasn't expecting him to go out of his way to actually drive me to the restaurant. He also picked me up when I was done! The warranty repair is complete and the car has been running good ever since. Very pleased with the service I received at Gene's.I highly recommend them for any auto repairs needed.Service: Transmission

More than 5 stars. I highly recommend Gene's Auto and Truck in Greenbay Wi. These guys were above and beyond. I'm so glad I found them. Their honest, courteous, and professional advice alleviated stress in the process. Allowing me to make the best, informed decision. I appreciate them very much. I cant say enough good things. It means alot. Thank you Gene's !! Very happy customer
