Horrible appointment experience.I bought my fiance's most recent vehicle at Gandrud and have been going there since I moved out here in 2016 for oil changes but this was a terrible experience and I won't be going back.When setting up an appointment you are given an estimated time until it's your turn, not an actual time to arrive. I live 10 minutes away and got caught up on a call for work and left my house when there was an 8 minute estimated wait.Only to arrive and find out I was supposed to be there right at 8:30. They told me I arrived at 8:35, within their 5 minute window but they had already given my spot away. I would have to wait until 9:30 to get my car serviced.Terrible customer service and experience and not a very clear appointment/arrival system. Take your business elsewhere.

We are from out of town and our truck broke down while we were in Green Bay. It was a Monday morning, they were completely booked, and we had our dog with us. However, they were able to sneak us in and had a tech look at our truck. Although we had to wait for a day for the part to arrive, they shuttled us and were very accommodating while we waited. Very dog friendly, and our pooch made friends with so many of their nice employees. After they fixed our truck we were able to make it home safely towing our camper. Our dog is happy, we are happy, and our truck is happy. Friendly and helpful folks at Gandrud.

Erica was absolutely fantastic! She was able to make time for my car although she had a busy schedule. She assured me that they'd try to have it done by the time I got back from vacation. She kept me informed throughout the week but also kept it short and to the point so it wouldn't take away from our vacation time. Thank you again for everything. I really appreciate it! Gandrud is lucky to have such a great employee like yourself.

I was born and raised in Green Bay and have been driving past this car lot and DRIVE THRU oil change service since i was in diapers.Now I am grown up and have my own car, i have dealt with the people at Gandrud Chevrolet Service many times over the years and this is my experience:#1- Fastest Oil Change in Green Bay: Pull up to the tall glass doors, a person with a clipboard will come ask you what you require. (I go there for oil changes (but have also bought a full set of tires there)) The door opens and you shall drive in over service pits where they can maintenance your vehicle.#2- Very Decent Waiting Area: Normal Size Flat Screen TV that you can probably control the channels. I just plug in my phone or ipad and text or game for the 10-20 minutes it takes them to swap my oil. Seats for about 12 people. Never seen more than 4-7 people waiting.#3- Efficient and Friendly Employees: Everyone in the service center seems to know how to be professional and good at their job. The man with the clipboard will be your main guide, you will also talk to the cashier/desk person who will give you a sheet stating the services rendered and receive payment.#4- A man will drive your car out to you or at least get in your car to drive it off from atop the service pit once work is done. TL;DR - Clean your car unless you don't get embarrassed.

I was having problems with my 4 wheel drive over the weekend. I stopped in at 7:15 am on Monday. The guy at the service desk sat and stared at the list of cars on the screen. You dont have an appointment. We cant help you. Acted like it was a big pain to take a look at my truck. No options, nothing like, we could assess it in about an hour or how about a shuttle home or we have a rental car. Left and took it to Broadway. They were happy to have me come in. I got a rental car for the day. Very nice. I think this might just be the Chevrolet people that are a problem. I have had my Altima worked on at the Nissan portion and been very good.

So much for Price match guarantee. I brought in a coupon for my oil change and tire rotation and they said they couldn t match the price because it was a ford coupon AND they don t use that kind of oil. Sad part was it was only going be a little bit more off. But the fact that they don t hold there word to the price match guarantee I don t think I will be going back. I can find someone else to do my service that will stick with there word. Hope everyone reads this and proceed with caution on there price match guarantee!

Absolutely Awesome, Gandrud Dodge oil change was like a pit stop in the Daytona 500. In and Out so fast, I only got to enjoy a bag of popcorn...Fresh coffee was brewing.Keep up the Great Job Guys....Will definitely bring all my cars for Oil changes..

When George on Seinfeld was asked why he doesn't get his car serviced at the dealer he offered this response with an exaggerated eye roll "Ha, what do you want me to do, throw my money away?!"I must say Gandrud is the garbage can of automotive service. I just called and spoke to a crotchety service rep that simply seemed like he couldn't be bothered by my problem. When I asked if he was familiar with the kind of issue I'm experiencing he grumbled "A little" - he then advised me that labor for my issue was $175 for an hour of work and tried to dump me off to the parts department to see how much the part would cost. Now why on earth, if I need their shop to fix a problem should I be transferred to someone else to get quotes for the parts needed on my own? Flat out LAZY. How about, "Please hold and I'll check to see if we have the part in stock and how much the job will cost." So much for helpful service with a smile. I promptly hung up and committed to NEVER give Ganrud my business again.But this isn't my first run in with the Gandrud money sucking machine. A few months ago I took my car in for a simple alignment. The car wasn't in the shop 10 minutes before a mechanic came back with a quote for $500 in repairs. Now granted I agreed that the work might have needed to be done but there was no way I was swiping my debit without a second opinion. I immediately called, Welsing's Auto and Truck, ran my car over and after a quick inspection they did confirm the issues in question but only charged me $140 for the repairs!As they say finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor so based on Ganrud's crappy bedside manor - if it's not an issue Welsing's can resolve I'll keep looking until I find any service department other than Gandrud's. Sad thing is, they're a big enough player and deal with so much warranty work that I'm sure they could care less.

Never again.Where do I start?Ed the "service advisor" is terrible all he cared about was his stupid fantasy football numbers and didn't listen to my concerns. Vehicle was never repaired.Jesse is a joke , a loud tapping sound is apparently normal. Took weeks to get my paperwork. I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor will see another dollar from my family. All the service advisors are scam artists and tell you everything is normal condition when it's not.Mind you this is a 2017 silverado with 2000 freaking miles.

I made an appointment online so they can fix my side mirror it was completely broken on my Chevrolet Silverado This lady saw the mirror told me I didn t need it appointment for that but she needed to order the part and Needed to be painted too she will call me when ready. Well a month pass by and nothing so I called. When I called this lady told me she did have my paperwork that Jesse had it that I needed to talk to him and he was not there. Well till today have been almost two months and they needed to order the whole mirror I waited too much. I will be going to different place to get it fix.

I would like to start out by saying that I purchased my car from Gandrud. So I called right at 7am to have my headlight changed. I was pulled over by the way. I was told they were too busy. Really?!?

Called to tell them exactly what I needed done, waited a week and a half to get in. Then they didn't have the part when I brought it in so I was told I had to leave my vehicle overnight or bring it back in another two weeks when they could fit me in.
