Today was my first time visiting Fair Muffler and Brake Shop. I am very impressed with the great service I received. 2 days prior to this visit went to their website and sent them an email telling them what issue I was having. The following day I received a reply, and today went in to have it looked at. This was an issue with a loud exhaust. To my surprise they found two issues. One of them needing a new muffler and the other a small leak. They were honest up front and told me I did not need to replace the entire system but rather repair the leak and replace the muffler. It cost much less than I thought it would. I was referred here by someone else who has been a regular customer of theirs for many years. I highly recommend contacting them for any issues you have with your car has they do much more than Mufflers & Brakes. The waiting area is very clean. There is a television, several chairs and a nice comfortable couch. There also is a public restroom that is very clean.

Excellent experience and service!I called this past Monday and spoke with Ryan who got me an appointment for my exhaust leak this afternoon (Thursday). I spoke with Theo (front desk) and Chase (Technician) and got the car repaired within 30 minutes from checking in. The leak is resolved and sounds great again.

Terrific service. I thought everything was done at a "Fair" price! Theo called me numerous times to discuss progress and update pricing. Probably the best car repair experiences I have had. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went there a year or two ago and they fixed my exhaust at an amazing rate. Been back several times. Way cheaper than other quotes often. They are great to work with for anything!

I had no heat in my car in December... this is a problem! One phone call, one appointment, heat back on in a few hours at what I feel was an extremely reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend

My experience was definitely worthy of 5 stars. I appreciate how transparent the process was every step of the way, and the project was done early, which is so rare with auto repair. I also saved hundreds of dollars over the other business that quoted the same project. I'm only using Fair Muffler & Brake shop from now on.

I can't recommend this place for exhaust work:A few months ago, I brought my car to them for a simple exhaust job. They managed to crack the head. They bought a new head but charged me labor (this should have been covered 100%. Any other shop wouldn't have charged anything for messing up that badly)Then, the car was misfiring but they said it was a rumble because of the new exhaust. They were unwilling to stand behind their work and get the misfire fixed and resolved. The main issue here is that they didn't want to finish the job the right way.

All of us want to find that great shop that we can depend on. And we have all heard the advertisements for Fair. I decided to give the guys a try with bad brakes and bearings. Well, not only was the work completed very quickly, it was done right, and my cost was well under what I expected. I was pleased and tried Fair again on a Ram 1500 with bade brakes. Same outcome! I've been back multiple times since.You can expect Fair to call before any work is started with a price and time frame. EVERY TIME! Even if they can't find the issue, they will tell you that before spending hours finding an electrical bug. Fair consistently treats me the way a great shop should. I can tell you one thing, when they check their brake job, they take your car down to the cul de sac and whip donuts. I hear tires squealing from my office every day.Apparently hand torquing the lug nuts requires removing some tread from customers tires .

Fair Mufflers Service is Outstanding. Converters stolen off of 2 vehicles that we depend on every day. The great service started with an immediate evaluation, a solution and a quote. Parts were ordered immediately. The parts came in the same day and Theo and his crew made a point of going out of their way to get both repairs done before they ended their day. Totally impressed. The advice on this repair was right on and the pricing was more than fair. Thank you.

Theo and his crew are professional and explain everything thoroughly. We have been going there for over 3 years now and have had nothing short of great experiences. We had a hood latch/sensor issue that we didn t know what the cause was and they did not hesitate to get us in, right away. The night prior, our alarm was going off non stop and I could not be more thankful for Fair Muffler and their services - Mia and Geoff

Thes guys are fantastic! One of the things I find is hard for shops to do is communicate in a timely manner. Theo and Ryan were in constant communication, giving updates, letting me know that my truck was in and when to expect it done and even a midway point call to let me know everything was going as expected. Great place to bring your vehicle in for service. Fast friendly service. Very reasonable rates. They fix it right the first time. They explain everything very well about what work needs to be done. They replaced a catalytic converter, oxygen sensor, and oil change all inside of 3 hours while I waited. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

A very honest and knowledgeable shop. You can tell they treat their mechanics with respect and dignity. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. Even tho this shop is clear on the opposite side of town i make the trip to see theo and his crew for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

I needed the resonator replaced on my Equinox. I received great customer service. I got an appointment right away and it was fixed in under an hour!! Very friendly. Also, the amount I paid was $500 less then what the dealership wanted. Definately recommend!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Fair Muffler is simply awesome! They are my go-to mechanic. Never have been treated better or more fairly than I have at Fair Muffler. Ross, Theo and Ryan assessed my needs, and performed the repairs on my vehicle expertly without overcharging me like happens so often. I am extremely satisfied with the service I ve received from them, and will gladly bring my vehicles back for service in the future. I recently took my car in to resolve an exhaust issue. Ross was very kind and helpful at the desk and on the phone. The estimate they gave me was spot on and the price was very fair. They were able to work me in to their schedule and get me back in my car in a very reasonable amount of time.Theo gave great customer service when I came to pick up my car. I have been using Fair Muffler for a few years now and have been so impressed. Theo and Ross are so nice and do a great job of explaining things. They take their time and do a thorough job. They don't pressure you into fixing things that can wait. December 2018 GREAT VALUE !! Superior workmanship plus reasonable pricing. I recently had my older (2003) vehicle in for service and wanted an honest evaluation of the problems. Fair Muffler, diagnosed what was needed to be fixed and what needed only a patch. Remember it was a 15 year old vehicle that I didn t want to sink a lot of money into. They fixed and repaired what I needed and my vehicle runs just fine. I was so impressed with the overall experience that I also brought my son s vehicle in for a similar service. Now his vehicle runs just great. Fair Muffler is not only Fair but Honest and Capable. If needed, I would return knowing that I would get a Great Value.

I brought Fair Muffler a unique and challenging application of installing a set of headers on an older model truck with not much space to work with. After much problem solving they found a perfect solution requiring some custom work. They also completed some routine maintenance on brakes and seals. In talking with the technician doing the work, I was pleased to see how he truly took pride in his work - not something you see much of these days.All work was completed with the highest quality and at a reasonable price. I definitely would suggest them to anyone shopping around looking for both quality and price.

Fair Muffler has always been my go to place for any kind of muffler repairs. In this case, I needed the rear bearings on my Toyota truck replaced and they quoted me a fair price. When the work was done, they indicated that these bearings needed to be pressed on and they had not realized this when they quoted me the job. Instead of irritating the customer, they absorbed the additional cost and held true to the original estimate.That is why I take my business to Fair Muffler.Service: Steering & suspension repair
