These guys are amazing! They are 100% honest, and are not going to try to talk you into extra unnecessary work. When I picked up my vehicle they showed me my old parts that were replaced and pointed out the very spots that were causing the problems and explained why. The pricing is very fair and they are just overall very pleasant to work with!

My husband Bruce & I just had a fair amount of work done to our Subaru and could not have been more pleased at the level of honestly, information provided, or service rendered. Prices were fair, and they were so accommodating. We highly recommend this establishment!

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The expertise at this shop is outstanding. I was told by a local auto shop my car's transmission went out and I needed over $4000 to have it fixed, my Dad said, "let's call Eric for a 2nd opinion." And I'm so happy we did!! It was not my transmission!!! My car was fixed the same day and Eric saved me thousands of dollars!!! They are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me!! I ve been using this mechanic shop for over a year. They re very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. Before moving to Green Bay, I performed all my own maintenance and repairs. The current place I live I would break the lease performing any repairs and live 1 hour away from a garage I can use. I have used this shop 2 times this past year, 1 when I trusted someone to upgrade my brakes at home. I had to go to them to completely redo the brakes properly. When the said person put my lugs back on stripped out wheel screws by cross threading. Other mechanics were telling me the only way to fix that was to replaced wheel hubs and bearings. The second time I went back to him I told him about the wheel hubs and bearings and that I needed a new alternator. If he could do both it d be great. Explained that the wheel screws were stripped, and everyone was telling me to just replace wheel hubs and bearings. They examined my car and called me saying they were able to just rethread the current screws and didn t need to replace the screws or wheel hubs and bearings. It s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend without reservation.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes

I would absolutely recommend Eric s to anyone!!! Eric made time for me in to come in the very next day after I called. He was truthful and honest about the work that needed to be done..short term and long term. Cody was amazing also! He actually showed me the parts that needed replaced while my car was up on the lift. This shop will definitely always get my business, from here on out. Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Thanks guys! They were less expensive than the dealership, and the customer service was much better. It was a fantastic experience all around! They were honest and straightforward about what needed to be done and when it needed to be done. I will get all my repairs and maintenance done here from now on!

I came in after my brakes went out. Eric s team was fantastic from when I called them to when I picked up my vehicle. Honest and transparent with pricing and the receptionist Lynn even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle so I didn t need to worry about a thing. 5/5 for sure. They helped make a stressful experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

I would 100% recommend Eric's. I've been having some pretty big issues with my vehicle recently and was stressing about traveling for the holidays. They got me in and my car fixed within a day and I was able to spend Thanksgiving with my family. His pricing was fair and he explained things to me in a way I understood. I won't be going anywhere else with my business.

Very professional and good banter. My car was a clunky pile until I sent it to Eric and now it handles very well and doesn't make sketchy noises.I went in to get my ac compressor fixed. I had previously had my engine mount replaced elsewhere and they did not do a proper job so Eric was able to fix that as well as an oil change.Eric was able to get everything done in a timely fashion and at fair pricing. I am satisfied with the service overall and would recommend it.

Eric was recommended from a good friend. I m very happy with the repairs that were done on my truck. Eric was able to diagnose and correct an issue I was having with a timing issue. I also had him do my front brakes. He is very knowledgeable and great to communicate with. I enjoyed talking a laughing with him, he has a great sense of humor to make a stressful/difficult time much easier. He is very concerned about customer satisfaction, and stands behind his work. Amazing shop and mechanics!! Eric and Cody went above and beyond to get my car fixed after another mechanic said I needed a whole new engine. They figured out it was the timing chains and got it all taken care of. They are brutally honest and they take care of their customers. We brought our van to Eric for a second opinion. Eric was able to quickly figure out what was really going on and gave us a much better price. We found him to be honest and really hard working. He is a character and will really make you laugh which is such a blessing when you are stressed about big vehicle repairs. So this is the second time Eric has helped us. The first time our engine flooded from the big Green Bay flood a few months ago. He knew we didn t have much but hopefully enough for repairs, and he helped us within our budget.This time our alternator went, he fixed that for a VERY reasonable price. He out of optimism didn t replace the battery, however we re GLAD HE DIDNT, because that would have been more we would have spent. Instead we got a FREE battery from AAA roadside, due to the fact that we were well within our warranty.Thank you Eric for everything you have done for us. Amazing shop! I am a broke college kid who relies on her car to get from jobs to class to home they re services were fast, and cost effective and one of the only places I ve found in town that will install parts for you that you didn t buy there which made my life so much easier and I m thankful for them! Cody and Eric are great people which edgy humor and funny stories to tell! also as a female who didn t have a male counter part I felt very safe and unlike a lot of Shops that would take advantage of someone without knowledge on cars I didn t feel swindled crew was straight forward and are true to themselves !9/101 deducted because the seats are gross though wouldn t sit on them but other than that amazing serviceServices: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

So as an over the road trucker my home time is limited and precious I don't have time to spend days waiting for an appointment to get work done on my vehicle. So to say it's awesome to find someone who was willing to accommodate me on short notice to get me in and out in a timely professional manner was a relief. What was supposed to have been a radiator replacement turned into more both by necessity and by my request preventative maintenance I'm one that would rather replace before a failure but definitely replace if failing so radiator, waterpump, fan clutch, alternator and a few minor things all done in just a few short hours without breaking the bank. Oh and did I mention Eric and his helper are great conversationalists!! Anywho great job guys I'll be back

Eric s ROCK!!! I called and they got me in same day. They said it might take two hours, and it took less than an hour. Lynn, Cody, and Erik were so laidback and easy to communicate with.
