Had an appointment for three weeks for my window tint, had vehicle there for 730 I received a call at 12:30, five hours later that they couldn t do it because the guy didn t show up to tint the windows, never bothered to call me for five hours !!! again you re without your car. Said there was a family emergency and you know what a 15 second phone call is respectful thing to do. I ve had nine cars done with them, the last one had bubbles all over they had to redo it. And now this customer service has definitely gone down the toilet . I WONT BE BACK

I had a remote start and led lights installed and it was a reasonable price. The owner and the staff are very friendly and answers your questions. They have two beautiful dogs there who likes people.

Purchased and had them install a rack system and tonneau cover. From the beginning of the process of finding the right products for me, thru installation and going through their functions. They were highly knowledgeable and professional throughout. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely terrible service. I went to get my window re-tinted and it came out with holes in it. They said it was because of my seatbelt hitting the window. However, That was not the case because I never really use the car within the three days and I reported it being that way Brittany couldn t have ruder. I had to call several times in order to find out why they were not covering fixing my window again. They have yet to call me back and this is going on like week two. I paid $175 to have the same exact problem. I would never recommend this place to anybody. If you re looking at getting your window tinted, please look elsewhere. They will tint it - it will get a hole- and then they will avoid your calls so you are stuck with the bill. Consumer beware.Owner called me back - could not of been ruder. Maybe because I am a women and he thinks I do not understand how cars work. Terrible place to go. Word of advice - just because I am a women doesn t mean I do not understand when I am getting ripped off, especially in car industry (will not reimburse me for full amount).

Wow, couldnt even get thru the scheduling phone call for tinting on a truck and wheels and tint on my car. Whoever it was should not be answering the phone. He Told me i would need to make a deposit, i said ok for how much? He said whatever I want. That didnt make sense obviously so I asked How much is the deposit again and he actually said he didn t know. Well can you find out ? He mumbled something then said $70 each. Umm, each what? Window. Ok. That s the deposit??? No . Ya know, I think I m good and I promptly aborted mission. Not a great firat first impression pres

Staff seems good, however the Leer truck caps leave allot to be desired, been waiting 10 months for correct cap

Randomly found this place by doing a simple Google search for remote start installation and I couldn t be more happy that I found this place! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The gentleman that worked with me went above and beyond explaining everything to me. I will definitely be back for our family s other car and truck needs.

From the moment I called Dreamworks inquiring about a remote start with mobile app, to the time the entire system was explained to me after installation, Ryan was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. It took less time to install than he originally stated. While I waited in their lobby, I was able to work using their wi-fi, and even have a friendly chat with another associate that works there. Overall, I had a great experience with Dreamworks!

Took my dashcam to get installed by Ryan. He did a great job! Ryan explained the installation and helped me set up the app on my android cell. Knowledgeable man, I highly recommend his services! Very professional and prompt service, will be returning for future services.

I was in today getting a remote starter. I was impressed with the enthusiasm and professionalism. Once the gentleman finished explaining how the fab worked, he escorted me outside to try it. Oh, did I mention the device has a lifetime warranty? Thank you, DreamWorks.

I came in on Tuesday, I knew that I wanted a Tonneau Cover, but didn't what cover that I needed. The Salesmen explained the benefits of each, listened to my needs and made a recommendation. I am delighted on how it looks/fits and before I left the installer, made sure I was instructed on it works. Highly recommend!

receptionist with the hair bun was not very friendly. she gave me some attitude when i refused to give my email. she was also snarky when I asked if someone was on their. waythe guy that helped me also had attitudehe tried to make me give my email as well and when. I refused he seemed confused how to get me my estimate. when I suggested he call me I saw him roll his eyes as if calling was a hassle.the only reason i stuck around was to get an idea of the cost. i seriously doubt i will have it done here and i know I wouldn't come back or recommend anyone to go here

I had fender flares painted by them and that was great job but install wasn't. Was told by installer that had been problems with the brand I had but he went ahead and put on and didn't turn out the way I wanted. Manufactor couldn't help because they were painted .Out $700.00

Just got heated seats installed on my truck. Work great and very reasonably priced. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them for your accessories!!!

was quoted a price for weathertech liners for daughter's vehiclecalled back the next day to order and was quoted the same price againi had my daughter's mom go to get them and they charged her morei called to get refund and was told they would then was called by a different person saying they could notif i could give 0 stars i would
