We just bought our first full-size camper! The help we have received from everyone has been amazing! Rebecca in finance was a pleasure to work with, and Michelle - though she didn't sell us the camper at the RV show - was very helpful at the shop! All of the service men we've worked with and the gal who has helped us in parts (I think her name is Terri) have been great! Collen was amazing at the show! He sold his camper well and did a fabulous job designing it!Thank you to everyone for helping find our 2nd home! The Lehman's

We had a great experience buying our first camper here. Michelle, our seller, wasn't pushy at all and was very kind with our 2 young children. Damien helped us buy the basic supplies we needed which was nice since we didn't want to spend a ton right away. Michelle took a few family photos next to the camper, we were really proud of this purchase. I'd recommend people to come here for a camper or even camping supplies. Thanks everyone!!

#campingworldsucks 7 weeks in the service department using there good sam warranty to fix a refrigerator and washing machine. when they finally had a outside vendor set to fix the appliances, (3 WEEKS IN) they did not give them the correct information on what the problem was so i had to contact the vendor and give them the correct info then within 3 days it was repaired. they installed a new ice maker which the fridge did not need. after many many phone calls with the service advisor, service manager and the store manager trying to find out what was taking so long. I was even told it was there slow season so why in the world would it take 7 weeks? it wasnt the outside vendor because as soon as they were contacted they showed up. the delay was that the service advisor did not give the proper info to address the appliance problems. they did repairs that the extended service plan did not cover without my approval and left me holding the bag. also they constantly left our rv unlocked sitting in there lot after being told that its there policy to lock all customer own units. even the day i finally picked up our unit it was pulled to the front from the back lot with the door and several compartments unlocked, including the electrical plug acess door. this was our 1st and last time I deal with camping world green bay.

I stopped in to check out some campers, but I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. Michelle Clark made it so much fun! By the end of our visit, I felt educated, comfortable, and ready. I know exactly what I want now, and am so excited to go back and get this rolling!

We had an amazing experience!! Michelle was absolutely amazing to work with and answered a million questions for me. Rebecca was so great to work with for the financing and paperwork, and Austin did a great job explaining the camper and was great with our kiddos! We bought our first camper from a different place and we had an absolutely terrible experience there right from the beginning so we were very nervous, but our experience couldn t have been better with Camping World and Michelle, Rebecca, and Austin!!

Bought our new camper here. Easy to work with staff, not overly pushy, got the price we wanted even though they had to go to Illinois to get ours because the one on the lot was sold. Overall, good experience.

Our camper was dropped off right before changing to Camping World (in Aug). I called multiple times after the transition to see the status and no one returned our calls for weeks. My husband stopped by and they finally looked into it to find that a work order was never submitted. We received a quote that was quite high but they promised to reduce the price given our bad experience. We kept checking in and 3.5mo later was told it was finally complete and total was $750 something. Went to pick it up a week later and total was actually $1500 something. We had such a bad experience and will not be going back. Had I known the actual real cost instead of making up random numbers, I would have tried somewhere else. Don t trust any quotes they give you as it s not even CLOSE! And if they say they will give you a deal, they actually don t.

My son-in-law and I both got a camper from Jonathan this past week. We were really excited about the Campsite Reserves but they were out of stock. Somehow Jon got us hooked up and we couldn't be happier.

I was dealing with another RV sales company and they were quite rude so decided to go check out Camping World GB.... After viewing several new models, found one we liked, The purchase went pretty smoothly as it was also a cash purchase no financing needed. When signing paperwork, I noticed my name was incorrect on Good Sam's membership, I brought it to the attention of the gentleman doing the paperwork, he said he'll get that fixed. I told him I need it, as looking to do some online purchases that were online only and needed my membership to receive discounts.. So after weeks of waiting to take delivery so we could take our planed trip. All we were dealing with at Camping World knew we were looking to pick up the unit ASAP, as we own a campground and want to get away after the 2023 season. The sales representative is new at sales, so I understand that can be a learning experience, I had to contact her several times asking for a date, after 3rd attempt, got a date... Upon pick up, the service guys were excellent to work with, with me owning several RV's over 20 plus years and owning/ managing a very busy camping resort, my knowledge helped go very well.. After returning from our 10 day trip, we had several warranty repairs, so contacted Camping World in Green Bay, explained to our sales rep. Then to service, got a date to drop off Dec. 1st 2023... No need to list the issues as I feel they will get taken care of, the main issue is service, I told 3 people the water issue, fill fresh water tank ,turn on pump and water was shooting out the city water connection, hook up to city water, and tank would fill... Got a call 3 1/2 weeks later from Chris , whom said it was my water filter attached to tank.. like what ?? I don't have a filter attached to the tank, so I had to tell him the issue now this is the 4th person, he said " I'll have to recheck it out... There were 4 things that needed repairs, all was made aware of before bringing camper in... Chris said in the call, 2 items are taken care of but I will have to recheck the water issue, also pointed out unit has been fully winterized, so will need to be rewinterized... The other 2 issues,we are waiting to hear from MFG, so , why didn't that get submitted when they knew of the issue, almost 1 1/2 months and it's still there. Also after all this time and letting several know of the name issue can't use my Good Sam's membership, it still has not been corrected... There is issues in the RV industry, we hear the struggles throughout doesn't matter what Brand or Dealership, we've been hearing about it the last couple years with camping growing so fast .. Hopefully this improves, soon...

We have purchased twice from Van Boxtel. Our first experience was just ok, nothing extraordinary and nothing terrible. However, or most recent purchase experience has been more than wonderful. They have fixed any issues that may have had before. From our first day working with our sales person Laurie, to the day we picked up our trailer, has been exceptional. The gentleman Mike who did our walk through orientation was pleasantly knowledgeable. The finance experience was equally amazing, John made the process smooth and painless. Thank you Van Boxtel for providing top notch service and enjoyable buying experience! Highly recommend!!

Went in, in the midst of remodel cash in hand ready to purchase. It was near close and few units were open for viewing. I was told I d be sent information on some the next day. I got nothing. Guess that is probably the level of service we can expect.

Nice sales person and selection but WOW, the added fees! I couldn't believe it. Feels deceptive to not be disclosing $2,500 in fees on top of the prices. (new units have a delivery fee of $1,400 + setup fee of $1,100). That's insane. Not sure who would buy a camper here. Kunes RV charges an additional $495, that's it.

I have to send a shout out to Van Boxtel RV and our favorite salesperson @Laurie Aschenbrenner! We purchased our Grand Design Reflection in early 2019 and just picked it back up from storage today to get it prepped for our 2022 season. Laurie worked tirelessly to get us this exact unit-the one we wanted, and she made sure us newbie campers had everything we needed to begin family camping right away, the right way...and we have kept in touch ever since! From walkthrough until now, 4 camping seasons later, the advice and support to maintain and upkeep on our camper has kept it in like new condition. I can't thank Van Boxtel and Laurie enough. I wouldn't go to any other dealer than Van Boxtel, and for me...we won't go to any other salesperson at Van Boxtel than Laurie. Great friendly service and they treat you right! Thank you for the years of memories Laurie!

We purchased our Imagine Grand Design from Van Boxtel RV. Everyone was fantastic to work with until after the sale was made. The service level drastically dropped once we owned the camper. This is especially the case with sales. You are no longer valued because they already made their money. Working with the service department is very challenging as well. After speaking with other camper owners this is the norm within the RV industry.Edit: October 2021- Over 23,000 people viewed this review since last year. Poor service has consequences.

These are some of the best people to deal with. We visit Green Bay a few times a year and of course when you have a rolling house in a constant earthquake, things will go wrong, They have been amazing to send service people to us or if we can gimp our way to them they have gotten us fixed up in no time!!! They also have a very convenient dump station and fresh water if you have the need to refill or dump. Very clean. Always a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them.

We own an Imagine Camper by Grand Design. We have worked with the manager John Hildebrand as well as Taylor, someone in service, apparently. Needless to say, the ball has dropped somewhere with service at this place. We took our camper up early spring and this is what has transpired or not! This is a brief rundown of how our service appointment went.We bought our camper from the people who purchased the camper new from you. They purchased an extended warranty, which we transferredinto our name. The issues we brought it up for were the water pump randomly kicking in about once an hour overnight and some issues with the awning. We were told there were some loose fittings that were causing small drips under the sink that were tightened, and the awning was adjusted. Also, there was a factory recall on cabinet door and drawer handles due to being too sharp. When we picked up the camper and brought it home, the drawer used to access the water pump was not closed and bounced all over while traveling, which ruined the drawer glides. Also, the panel in the front storage under the bed on the driver side was removed for some reason and not put back together.New drawer glides were shipped for the drawer by service, and even though they came 2 inches shorter than the ones that were on the drawer, originally, I was able to make them work. I put the panel back together in the storage compartment. The water pump still kicks in once and awhile, which has us concerned about a leak happening that we can not see. How do we address this? We now worry about water issues underneath but they dont return calls. They did try and say they leave messages on my husbands phone which is not truthful. He has a work phone and recieves numerous messages daily and handles them immediately. In regards to the cabinet drawer and door handles, we were told they would be shipped in to you, and I would have to bring the camper back to have them changed. We live an hour and 15 from your store. I asked if the handles could be shipped to me directly, and I was told I would have to pay shipping for that. They ended up covering the shipping and sending them to our house. I have no problem changing them myself, however, I went to change them and when I opened the package there are only 10 handles in the package and our camper has 32 door and drawer handles. I do want to change them because we have actually scratched and cut ourselves several times on these handles, so I do need 22 more handles. Also, I'm not sure if it matters as the screws are on the inside, but the new handles sent have different fastener spacing than the ones in the camper. That means there will be new holes needed if I used these. We were told the new ones would fit in the same holes.Overall, our service experiencewas not a good one. I want to get these issues resolved so we can all move on. However, no one returns calls including the management. This has been a very difficult experience and it should have been so simple! Just giving us a solution seems simple to us. Taylor seemed to laugh at everything I told him which seemed so completely rude. Perhaps because I was a woman, not certain but I found it completely rude.

We recently purchased a new Keystone Cougar from Van Boxtel. We had a very good experience starting with our salesman Gary, who helped us with the what we were looking for and a very easy person to work with. Then on to our finance person John who was very knowledgeable and helpful in many areas and we greatly appreciate the suggestions. Our service person Jason, who helped get the correct hitch since we decided to go with a gooseneck hitch. And to Mike, who took us through our demo, answered many questions we had and adding some very helpful information since this is our first fifth wheel. Thank to this entire team, they were all great to work with!!

Stopped in with our RV, they had someone come out to look at the issue and told us it would have to stay. It had an issue alright! Slide won't not come in evenly. They are busy,2.5 weeks out to fix. I don't care how long it takes just so it is right again. Great service so far and very helpful staff. Thanks again for all the help.

Wow what a great buying experience! My wife and I were at a lot of different dealers and looked at a lot of different manufacturer's travel trailers and we decided to take a run up to Van Boxtel's and boy am I glad we did. We met Rebecca who happily showed us several units and we ended up really liking a Grand Design Imagine and the floor plan. We went back the next day to find out that the unit we wanted was sold just prior to us getting there! Rebecca worked her magic and was able to secure an in build process unit for us that we were able to get in a short period of time. We now have our unit and it is outstanding! At time of final payment and pickup we were able to meet with Rebecca again to look the unit over first and there were no issues and the Prep team did a great job having it ready. Some sound advice from John and then we dove into a shakedown with Mike on all features of the unit which really helped us better understand how to operate and maintain the unit. Great job VBRV Team!!!!

We just rented a camper for a 2 week trip. We loved the camping experience however, my husband had to fix several issues on the camper and luckily he is handy which saved us a lot of headache but still an inconvenience on our vacation. One of the issues we had was clearly something that was not properly inspected before our trip (the hot water was not hooked up properly). Our refrigerator started going out and when we tried to get a mechanic we were told it would be a hefty fee and possibly could fix the next day. The guy gave my husband pointers and one of the wires was burning behind the refrigerator because of improper installation. Also the water tank was leaking and my husband had to take the bed apart to fix this to find the water tank wasn t even properly secured. When we addressed this when returning the company only offered to reimburse for the extra miles we went which was a mere fraction of what it would have cost to have all these repairs made on the road in a remote area. We were very disappointed the company did not see the time my husband spent repairing their vehicle as important. Unfortunately we would not recommend renting from this company.

If there where a no stars option, that s the one I would choose. We purchased a brand new? 2019 Thor four winds 24f on August 13th and it s been in the shop for 3 weeks. When we took it for a test drive, it happened to be raining. When we returned, I noticed water on the floor behind the drivers seat. Red flag right there. Phill our salesman assured us it would be taken care of. 1 week later we purchased our rv. We had it for 3 weeks. Little or no rain during that time. When we did get Heavy rain one night I went in the next morning and there was more water on the floor than last time. I immediately called van boxtel and brought it in on September 17th. One week later we stopped in to find out progress and they told us the slideout was installed improperly and they would have to order parts from Thor. Went down on October 8th only to find our Rv outside instead of under cover from the rain. Obviously they moved ours outside to make room to winterize other rvs to make money. They tell us they are waiting on parts from Thor. When I called thor manufacturing in Indiana, they said they received an order but needed more information from vanboxtel. Then I called van boxtel and they tell me they sent out pictures and orders for the parts they need but haven t received them yet. That was today. I will be writing a similar review on Thor s reviews. Monday will be a month without our rv. I do not want it back in fear of black mold from all the water damage. Not to mention it will lower resale value when we decide to sell. It will be on car fax with water damage. Who wants to buy an rv with water damage?? Also, there was a list of other defaults we gave to them. Dent in stove, cabinets installed improperly, door crooked, I could go on but basically this place only cares about the sale and not standing behind their products. I asked for a new rv because I m afraid of black mold in the walls after all the water damage and Dan, one of the managers told me well, that s not going to happen in a very condescending tone. Bottom line, go somewhere else if you plan on purchasing an rv.The picture is our rv sitting out in the rain at vanboxtel. They don t even have the where with all to at least lay a tarp over the top
