I recently bought my second car from the Green Bay location. I had a great experience from start to finish! The sales staff were very knowledgeable and professional! The finance manager was really fun to work with and very respectful .I highly recommend you going to check them out! If they are able to help you get into a really nice vehicle they will !I knew going in I would pay a bit more but when your credit is less than stellar, sometimes it takes a sacrifice on your part . Combat Veteran approved business!Stop in for a great deal !

I bought a car here today and had an excellent experience!My salesperson was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Combat Veteran recommended ! The process was easy and I drove home in my new vehicle the same day!The entire sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate all of you !

Let this be your last option, strict strict , unreasonable company after buying a used car with high interest. Account managers unhelpful, they re just hounds sent to get money. I ve never been late until recently. And it was a 5 day difference. They treated me like my options were only to borrow from a friend or call the Salvation Army. Regret regret.

Everywhere I look I m told I need to refinance my car and am paying too much for a 2010 ford! Currently homeless and living out of car with animals and still make it to my job just to put my entire check into the payments the require every 2 weeks or the car is there s again so be careful or be in a very good position if you choose to get a car here.

Had a terrible experience at the Green Bay location. The lady who help us with our application was awesome and so kind, but George, was not. He was very rude to myself and my husband. Pointed out obvious things we already knew and made it seem like we were bad people because of it. He also argued with my husband and myself about a situation he knew nothing about. He didn t seem like he was very eager to help us either. Poor experience with him. Total jackass.

They were very patient with me; I wanted to test drive multiple vehicles before I decided on a Honda Fit. The salesman made no complaints and had a good attitude the whole time.Also, everything was explained clearly.

Everyone at Byrider was really friendly and had great information! Brandon being the first face we saw was friendly, got us right in and we were a little late but that was no problem! Next we spoke with Jim. He had even more information for us and went through everything using easy to follow words and guidance. Overall our experience here is one of the best!!!

Andy was amazing to work with! So easy to talk to and was easy to get a long with. Did not need a co-signer as told by every other place we went to. I love that they actually worked with us and didn t just send us off saying good luck. I m so happy with the vehicle we decided on! The kids will love it too!!

if you re desperate for a car save your money places like this should be illegal lbvs. I got a car here when I was 18 and I thought I was being independent and showing everybody I could do things on my own but looking back now, this place is one of the worst decisions I ever made and I 10000% regret ever coming here. I don t think there is ever a situation in which you can justify buying a car from here and the interest rate is through the roof and insane. Everybody is friendly but this place is a huge scam and I hope if you re reading this it changed your mind cause it s 1000% not worth it the cats supposedly go through testing to make sure they are good for sale but within a week of getting my car the tire sensor broke off and I had to pay for it myself to get it replaced because I couldn t drive it to byrider to have them check it out and wasn t gonna pay for it to get towed and wasn t gonna drive an hour on the highway with a spare on. Also within a few months of having my car, the computer module thing or whatever it was stopped working. the warranty is a big fat lie because the car I got is a push to start and they give you a pamphlet of things that the warranty cover one of them being ELECTRICAL. when the computer module thing stopped working, I called byrider to see if the warranty would over it and they told me it wasn t covered under any of the categories. When I sent it to get fixed, the paperwork had the work it had done listed as electrical so I m curious as to why I had to pay $4,000 for an electrical problem when electrical problems were supposedly covered under the warranty???? The only place that could fix the issue was a Mazda dealership too so I know the work is legit. Stay away!

I don't like to be robbed just to make sure that my wife has a car or suv I should have been paying more attention but got caught up in seeing my wife happy but we ended up getting a 2014 pathfinder for 18,000 when the suv was only worth 13,000 so just know your stuff if you decide to get a car or suv/truck from byrider don't get robbed like me.
