Me and my significant other just purchased our first "new" car from here. Candi and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Due to the nature of my work schedule Candi was very accommodating and made every effort necessary to help us get into the car we wanted in a very timely manner. My husband and I bought a used Honda Civic from Jose and had a great experience. Jose had great communication from the very start when my husband initially inquired about the vehicle and was clear every step of the way. He was knowledgeable with all the questions that we had and very personable. Carlos was amazing in going over the financing in depth and putting things in terms that were easy to understand. Craig was also so welcoming and a delight to chit chat with as well! Would highly recommend. Great job team!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the experience while purchasing my very first Subaru. The communication with Jose was top notch from the get go and I would recommend anyone and everyone work with him. This was our first experience with Bergstrom and it was a very good one. We really appreciated the service of Matt V. and Josh. Matt was very responsive and timely with his communication as we ordered and waited for the vehicle. I really appreciated his attention to detail, honesty, and sense of humor. Very professional. Josh was patient and informative as he helped a Boomer try to figure out the Information center of the vehicle! I would certainly recommend this dealership for a new or used vehicle.

Bergstrom Subaru GB was able to fit us in for a major repair in just a couple of days. I was greeted by name and offered a comfortable area to wait why the technician assessed that what we had been told that our vehicle needed was correct before proceeding with repairs. The entire staff is professional and very courteous. Their facility is clean and orderly. We will continue to have our vehicle serviced there. Thanks for a very positive experience!

There is not enough room here to share how delightful my experience in purchasing my Subaru Forester was! With the efforts of Christi Metoxen who is professional, personable, and someone I HIGHLY suggest working with we purchased our dream car. Christi is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, responds super quickly to emails, and worked with us through test driving many vehicles. We had a child spill all over the backseat but we have a fabric warranty that we purchased when we bought the vehicle. The only problem was, that dealer is no longer in business and Bergstrom has taken their dealership over. Matt M. and the service department deserve a huge shout out because not only did they honor the warranty, they went above and beyond our expectations in cleaning our vehicle. We are very proud to be Subaru owners and Bergstrom customers! Thank you!

I took my subaru in for a strut replacement and was misquoted over the phone. When I went to drop the car off and heard the new quote, I opted to make an appointment elsewhere but made sure to get an itimized breakdown of the new quote. Upon reviewing other non bergstom subaru dealers' prices, I found they were charging 40% more. They charge book rate but had significantly higher times as well as a higher hourly rate. I would also recommend against using the parts department because They charge 25% over MSRP. I have spoken to the service manager and the general manager who were very friendly but ultimately refused to price match the multiple quotes I received from other local dealers or to be sold parts at MSRP. I will never spend another of my hard earned dollars at a bergstrom dealer after this experience and only make this review in hopes others will see it make their own price comparisons before being overcharged.

We were very please with our experience purchasing a car with Jose Hernandez. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. He was informative about the extended warranty options available to us and was not pushy regarding our decision to take a pass. I would be happy to work with Jose again in the future.

This is the first time I've literally ever posted anything online, and the reason I'm doing this is because I had a great experience purchasing a used car from Candi Robbins, who is a senior sales advisor at Bergstrom Subaru. Even though the car I purchased was an older used car, I was treated the same as someone who was purchasing a newer and more expensive car. I was also impressed by the knowledge and all the ins and outs and details about the car that Candi was aware of. She was very professional and she was on the ball with any little thing that I needed, getting back to me basically ASAP and for any reason. So I feel there's not much more you could really ask for in the position of a sales advisor, basically everything that I could need, I had with Candi Robbins. So if you're in the market looking for a new or used car, go see Candi at Bergstrom Subaru... you won't regret it!

Barry was awesome to work with. My wife decided she wanted a bigger car after a very frustrating time at the local ford dealer in town I decided to check this place out and I m glad I did. My wife got to order exactly what she wanted and we got it sooner than we were expecting, great trade in price on her Jeep. Very laid and no pressure, didn t hound us on extras for the car. Would definitely go back.

Love our new '24 Outback! We ve had it for a little over a week and couldn't be happier. It rides like a dream, and were still working on learning how every thing works.Matt our sales person provided us excellent service from beginning the process to driving off of the lot. He made sure that we had any and all of our questions answered, explained the featirea and let us know about prtions that might benefit us. He also explained the warranty and how to set appointments.We look forward to a long relationship with Bergstrom.Chris VanLaanen and Bill Sims.

Took my 2013 STI in for an alignment. Service advisors and techs were all super friendly - I enjoyed talking Subarus with them! My car was quickly serviced, and drives great now.Overall environment is excellent, with complementary drinks and snacks of course. A+ for the service & parts team.

I pay 7.25 per oil filter at Sommers Subaru with my business account. This dump charged me 10.25 per filter on my business account. When I questioned them about it they told me to bad we charge what we want. The actual cost of the filter is $1.60 per unit, that is direct from Subaru. I understand needing to make a profit. I own 3 businesses. Bergstrom is probably one of the worst if not the worst set of dealerships in Wisconsin. Not only do they price gouge everything but they love lying. We had 3 hidden cameras in our 2021 WRX when we brought it in for new tires on some new aftermarket wheels. The things we saw and heard during this routine tire swap was astounding. Not only did they damage 3 of the wheels but they tried to blame us the customers saying we brought them in that way. We had before and after pictures of the wheels. No damage before and a bunch of scratches and paint chips after. When your technicians say things like, "these WRX owners need to be taught respect" and "screw them I don't care if they don't want power tools used on their wheel they ain't here I'll do what ever the hell I want" well by using power tools on my 3k wheel they managed to damage 3 of them. Subaru corporate bought us a new set of wheel, gave us $500 in customer care money and 3 free oil changes after we shared the recordings with them. I've not read anything good about this particular dealership. It's all negative. I drive 2 hours past them to go to Sommers for everything now. At least they respect the customers wishes.

Love Subaru but don't buy from Berstrom Subaru of Green Bay.We were sold a car with mechanical issues from day one. Took sales 3 days to get back to us after we reported the issue just for him to say call service. No apology or anything. Service treated us like a burdon that they fit us in to such a busy Friday to look at a car we just bought. Then service told my wife to drive on a bad wheel bearing which is dangerous.It took me complaining heavily to 3 different managers to get a loaner to drive while our car was fixed. Laurie the manager ignored me so she clearly doesn't want to be a manager. Carlos talked a good game on day one and then ignored us. The loaner they gave us was from their used lot and leaked oil. I have 5 oil spots on my driveway now from where this vehicle was parked.Clearly their techs didn't catch a bad wheel bearing on inspection and had put a car on the used lot that is leaking oil. They are clearly not properly inspecting their used cars before they sell them. Buyer beware.I did get an apology from Brian the service manager but that whole sales side of the dealership doesn't care about their customers. If I was John Bergstrom I would fire that entire staff and start fresh because this is not the type of customer service you normally expect from a Bergstrom dealership.Save yourself the headache and go to Gustman in Appleton or Bergstrom in Oshkosh. Btw you can also have used cars transferred to better locations to buy them however I wouldn't buy anything again that was checked over by this dealership. I did this with an Outback and the paint guy at the Green Bay Subaru butchered my paint which was discovered by my detailer when he went to apply ceramic coat.

Traded in our 17 Legacy and bought our 3rd Subaru from them (first time from this location), a preowned 2020 Ascent Touring 7 passenger. Super easy process! We will continue to take Miss Jean there for service as well.

I have a 2017 Subaru Outback. 6 mo ago I had to have new tailgate parts installed because it would only open a foot. Been good since then until today Feb 2. I called and Matthew was able to talk me thru a manual fix which corrected the problem. Thank you Matthew. Service Dept rocks!

The transaction started out good. I went there to look at 1 specific car they had on the lot. I was greeted by the salesman, he seemed pleasant. After the test drive we decided to buy the car. 1st issue(the minor issue): Right away he informed us there was only 1 key but they would get one made for us. After many phone calls and texts back and forth with the salesman who seemly was very confused about how to get us a key, we spoke with 1 of the managers. The manager insisted he would get us a 2nd key. Well to make a long story short it's been several months and still no key and have not gotten 1 single update on the status. 2nd issue: (keep in mind they have a 7 day return policy, I'm not surprised they gave us the run around) a couple days into owning the vehicle my wife noticed after driving the car around for a bit the brake pedal was super squeaky, like annoying loud squeaky. We called the dealership and of course they were acting like they've never dealt with an issue before. They claimed they were too busy and couldn't get us in for several days. So we agreed and brought the car in a few days later. The salesman tried to explain the problem but obviously he had no idea what he was talking about. I asked "is it fixed?" He replied yes. So we took possession of the car and left. The following day my wife had errands to run and shortly after driving the car noticed it was not fixed. So we called back and got the same run around. Got the car back in there on a Thursday. Our wedding was that following Saturday followed by our honeymoon the following week. We had not heard anything by Monday (1st day of our honeymoon) so I called in and the salesman explained he didn't want to bother us. He still didn't have an answer on what was wrong. A few days later we got a random text from the salesman that had a link to an estimate. They wanted to charge us $3500 to repair the car. After several calls with the salesman, and the service center, I got nowhere. I had to call corporate 3 times before I finally got a call from the sales manager. After speaking with him for a while he explained that they would take care of the bill and get us a new key. I was told they would call once they got the parts in and started the repair. Never got that phone call either. The entire first month of owning the car it sat at the dealership. We actually made our 1st payment on it while it was still at the dealership. This dealership is terrible, I absolutely would never do business with them again. The breaks do still squeeze a tiny amount but it's vastly improved. And several months later I still don't have the 2nd key they promised. I've been waiting to write this review in hopes they would get us a key. I would have at least given them 3 stars then. I'm honestly so sick of dealing with them I don't even care about the key anymore.

My first experience deserves a good rating/review. I bought a used Subaru at a different dealership and brought it to them for a used vehicle inspection, just to see how my vehicle looked. I was quoted $100 and promptly scheduled an inspection. After the inspection my invoice was much higher than quoted. I expressed my concern professionally and politely let them know my future relationship with their dealership was going to be based on this first impression. They quickly adjusted the price and held up their end of the quote. Well done. I'll be looking forward to future business with this dealership.
