Overall buying process was easy with no pressure, but there's a couple things that could improve the dealership to be better. First thing is they did not give me the lock in APR rate (2.99%) that was promise during the Pre-order purchase contract when ordering my 2024 Expedition XLT, but the manage was nice enough to work with us on the price of the vehicle, Second is they didn't make sure the vehicle is fully inspected before delivered - tire pressure wasn't set up correctly, there was a small dent on the passenger fender, and the driver's side headlight has a hug gap. I bought this up during the delivery process and was told someone from the body shop will call me with in 3 days, it's been a week no called!, after all that I'm not sure if I want to get my vehicle service here base on other reviews on here. Other than those few mistakes, they are willing to work with you and keep you up to date on the ordering process.

Just bought a new 2023 F-150, from Anthony at Bergstrom Ford. From first conversations, via phone, until the final deal, Anthony, and all staff, went out of their way to make the deal work. Best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Same thing with their service department, as previous truck was serviced here as well. So nice to see this level of customer service these days!

We had stopped to test drive a truck, I knew what I wanted, my options, budget, and what I could live without. Saw a beautiful 150 XLT FX4 blacked out. Unfortunately, it was already purchased. Mat Lynaugh came out to greet and help us out. After talking budget, what I wanted etc. He said if I get you what you want, including model and trim, are you interested? Sure was! Couldn't be happier, with my purchase. With the exception of some communication issues in keeping us informed, overall the experience was great. Like I said, Mat did a solid by coming through and delivering the truck I wanted !

We worked with Haley on trading in our 2020 Ford Escape (which we bought from, at the time, Broadway) and purchasing a new Ford Bronco. Haley did an amazing job for us from start to finish! She stayed in contact with us, answered all of our questions (even after hours). At one point she was out sick but lined up a coworker (Ritchey) who did an amazing job in her absence. Thank you both for your outstanding service!

WARNING! DO NOT get a package with your vehicle!Early this year we bought a Truck from Broadway on Military. The salesman tried really hard to sell us package for $1,200 to take care of the car (deluxe package). We said we didn't want any of that, however, He went to get his supervisor, who came with half sheet of paper with "math formulas" in hand and told us he could lower the package to $900. We were sick of them trying to sell us that and wanted to get the car and leave, so we finally gave in.A few months later, my truck is all messed up and dirty, so I stopped by to ask when I can bring it to get it cleaned and detailed.It turns out, no one knew what I was talking about. I was sent from person to person, from one building to another trying to find and answer. So, in my attempt to explain things better, I looked for all the papers that we sign when we bought the car and then BOOM, I realized THEY CHARGED US $1,200 for the package! and not only that. When i finally found someone to help me, He calls his supervisor and I can hear her on the speaker telling him "If he wants his truck detailed, he can take it to PDQ. we don't do that in here."So, they didn't even bother to go and check the condition of my truck and sent me home empty handed.I mean, we love our truck, but we definitely feel cheated with the pushing of a "gosh" package that they forcefully make you include in the purchase and then act like it doesn't exist.There is no doubt in my mind that we are going with a different dealer, for our next vehicle.

Everything about the place is awesome from the time you enter the building to the time you leave. The lady at the front desk is very nice, polite and makes you feel welcome. Amanda Lynn is my salesperson. I have purchased 2 SUV from her. She is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, very Kind, and very sweet and she is always smiling. I hope that every SUV I purchase that Amanda is there to serve me. She s the best

Do not bring your car here. I went in reporting an issue with my airconditioner making a loud noise and a vibration. $690 later, they told me I had mouse nests and that they cleared them out. Paid, went to my vehicle, all issues were still present. Had to go back in and have them take another look. Turns out I also needed a new part. Did no one check to make sure the issues were resolved before just returning my vehicle to me? The following day when it was dropped off by me, the delivery driver left the battery on in my car. Good thing I caught it or I likely would have needed a jump.They also explained that a rattling sound I was hearing was my engine turbo going. a $3,200 repair. I went for a second opinion elsewhere. Not only do they not think my turbo doesn't need to be replaced, they also found more mouse nests that Broadway missed and had to clean up spilled oil from my oil change. In a city with a repair shop on almost every corner, I have zero reason to return here. RUN.

This is our 4th car from Broadway. Our first experience was great, from sales with Angie, who was not pushy but very well informed on any vehicle we looked at, to financing to service. The main reason we come back is we love working with Angie, but service is what you need long term. It is truly what anyone would want in service. Satisfaction IS guaranteed. We ve had two Santa Fe s and just purchased our 2nd Palisade. As long as the service stays the same, we ll keep coming back.

We have been going to Broadway for years. This was the first time since they sold to Bregstrom. Worst experience we have had there. First we went to get or oil changed and have the window looked at. They overcharged us and I had to call 3 times to finally have them tell us they would reimbursed us but still have not received the money. 2nd they told us we need new brakes. We took it to another shop to get the brakes done and were told we don t need brakes that they are still around 70%. Also some how Bregstrom messed up our alignment and charged us almost $200 to lube the window.

I purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe and took delivery this past Friday, 8-25-23. This is by far the best suv ever. My salesman was Brandon and he was TOP NOTCH!!! He explained every little detail and was VERY PROFESSIONAL, kind and courteous. Out of 10 stars 10 being best Brandon gets 20 stars!!! The day of pickup it was in the showroom with a silver bow on the hood, how cool is that. Brandon explained every feature the Santa Fe has! I d recommend him and Broadway Hyundai to anyone. The BEST car buying experience ever . 5 GOLD STARS PLUS FROM ME!!!

Not impressed with the service department at all. It's taken almost a full year to get a trailer hitch and harness in for my Santa cruz. I talked to someone last month and they said they both were finally in stock and on hold for me. A week later I noticed my tail light filling with water from the rain and humidity. Called immediately and was told they would order one to be done at the same time. Was also told they would have a loaner waiting for me for the day. Finally went in on 10/5, Guy at the counter could not find my work order. I did not have a loaner waiting, and was told by enterprise that they dont do pick ups. Which was never mentioned by the service staff at Hyundai. So I was over an hour late for work. Midday he calls and says they don't have the harness nor the tail light in stock. No one can tell me when it will be in stock nor schedule me for a follow up.I expect a call from a manager at this point. Because it seems like they just want to sell you a new vehicle and then waste your time until your warranty run outs.

I ordered a F-150 from Brett. During the wait for the truck he kept me informed on its progress and so does ford sending emails when it s being built and shipped and arriving at the dealer. Was nice to hear these things as I was waiting. It came in and got a call from Brett who was great to work with! Went and picked up the truck everyone was great including the finance guy Creed! The whole experience was perfect! Definitely going back for another vehicle!

I purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion on December 28th, and I couldn t be happier with the newest vehicle I ve ever owned. The entire experience was above expectations, from test drive to signature. Broadway was amazing! After having a terrible experience elsewhere we came to Broadway and met with Salesman Rick Meyers. He listened to exactly what we were looking for, (which wasn't easy) and he made it work. Rick was very personable and incredibly thorough; making sure the price, interest rate, vehicle, everything was perfect for us! We ended up getting a beautiful truck with low miles perfect for the approaching pheasant season, everyone is more than happy!

Brandon was a great sales consultant. He was always courteous, very professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. He carefully explained and showed all the vehicle options/controls and the vehicle was showroom ready on day of delivery. I recently purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V. I l test drove two other vehicles before this one and this the one I had chosen. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it home it started making noise from the front right wheel. I was concerned about driving it home but I did. After being a unhappy customer I drove it back to the dealership two days later and told them it could sit here until they fixed the the problem. They got it into the shop asap and they found out the lug nuts on the front wheel were loose. I am thankful that the front wheel didn't fall off while driving.

Great sales staff and great competitive pricing. Angie is very wonderful to work with. She knows her cars and this is the 3rd vehicle our family has purchased through Angie and the last 2 were in Sept./22 and just this week on Dec. 20th. Absolutely love my Genesis GV70 and very happy I went with the Mauna Red instead of the Silver!

So get this story:I m selling my personal vehicle through social media. One of the sales representatives from Broadway saw the listing, was wanting to see my vehicle. And I thought it was a bit strange that someone from a dealership wanted to personally see my vehicle at my residence, but I figured let s see what they have to say. So the sales associate shows up to my house, immediately comments on about wanting to negotiate on the price, then looks at my vehicle, test drives it, only to try to haggle me on the price of the vehicle that I knew exactly what it is worth. (And the vehicle was fairly priced in excellent condition.)I told the sales associate that I m not haggling on the price, and you re wasting your time coming here thinking if I m going to fall for cheap haggling tactics. So the joke is on you Broadway!In closing, if any private sellers are reading this, use caution if Broadway reaches out to you and sends their uneducated sales goons to talk you down on your vehicle price. It s fairly obvious they re desperate to try to find vehicles, which they must be struggling at auctions, if they re showing up at private residences. If they reach out to you on social media, I would immediately place them on your ignore list.You re welcome.

Broadway Huyndai is AMAZING! We worked directly with Angie who was incredibly friendly, honest and eager to do everything she could to make our experience least stressful as possible.We initially ordered a Kia Telluride, however, their availability did not fit in the time frame we needed. The Huyndai Palisade is similar but SO much better! We absolutely love our new vehicle and want to thank Angie specifically for all of her help and patience with us!Also, I needed to bring the vehicle to the Service Department for a minor repair a few days after purchase. I did not have an appointment prior to going (which I don't ever suggest doing). However, the office staff there were very friendly and a technician kindly offered to stay late to make sure our vehicle got taken care of. Thank you to Kayla & the technician for squeezing us in and for the great customer service!!

I ve always been a Ford 150 guy. Owned one or another for 35 years, if it ain t broke don t fix it. This one is the first one I searched for on the net. Broadway had the best prices I could find, my sales person was Braden.He was a nice young man who was a pleasure to deal with. I was pretty much sold on the truck as soon as I test drove it. After I got my best price and was ready to sign, Braden even came in on his day off so I could get on my way. I put a couple hundred miles since I got it yesterday and just love it. 2.7 eco with plenty of power, true mileage , 22.6 mpg from brand new, and that is what I was looking for in a full size 4 wheel drive.Thanks Broadway.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Broadway. Both have had the engine fail before 100K miles. It s been 21 days since my car was towed to Broadway and I am still without my vehicle and they are just now trying to get me a rental vehicle, which only took me calling numerous times and eventually going off before something was done. We ll see how long it takes to get this rental vehicle and I can t imagine how long it ll take to get MY vehicle back. Do better!

Our sales rep was EXCELLENT and helped us through the process of purchasing the car. I was very happy with their process, and I ended up getting a car I LOVE. Broadway sold me a vehicle with warped brakes. The made two attempts to fix the vehicle, both taking over a week. They used after market parts and the issue with the braking system remained. When I contacted them a third time to try to rectify the situation, it took two months to get my call returned. When they finally did return my call, they said too much time had passed and they were not willing to do anything else to address the original issue that was present from day one. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership, you'll regret it!8/17 It's been two months since their comment about review and action. Unsurprisingly, no action was taken. I was not contacted.

My son and I went to Broadway used car to buy an f150 that he had his eye on. Greatest promptly and politely by a salesman. Let us drive the truck. I said we ll buy it. Went inside where I found out they priced it wrong online in our favor. They said they have to give us the online price. Good deal for my 17 year old son, right? Well from that point forward we were treated like absolute garbage. I called 4 times the next day to tell them I can pick it up with a call back 4 hours after my first one. I called the direct line and let someone know I was coming to get it after 5, if that works. Yes they said. We got there and the sales manager brought us in with no conversation with my son and very little with myself other then where to sign. Then hands me copies and walks away. Come on! Kid just bought his first truck and that s how you roll?? Then come to find out they never detailed it or washed it! And on top of that nobody knew how to set up the ford pass and showed zero options. I left and went across the street to the ford dealer to get help. Myself and my son won t be back, ever. I buy new vehicles every year for 25 years and have never been treated so invisible.
