This was by far the best experience I ve had buying a car from a big dealership. Ken was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. I m diabetic and when I was starting to droop he was great at finding me something to snack on so I could finish what I was doing. There was no pressure to do things I didn t want or buy what I didn t want. I came in with financing already and unlike other Chevy dealerships Nick wasn t pushy about running it through them, he explained what he thought he could get and took my answer and moved on. They gave me a great price for my trade, ($1500 more than other dealers) so they valued earning my business. Love my new truck and great thanks to the team at Bergstrom on Ashland. #ChevyProudOwnwer

Nate was knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional.Justin in finance was the best financial guy we have ever worked with. Worked with Isaac D. On potentially getting a different truck. I've dealt with many "car salesman," and I would put Isaac with some of the best I've dealt with. He's extremely polite, respectful, and understanding. He is very knowledgeable with many makes and models of vehicles. I would happily recommend him to family and friends.

My sales rep Carly was incredibly responsive, helpful and respectful during the negotiation process. The additional options she coordinated worked out perfectly! When I picked up my Silverado Nate was super thorough during the vehicle review prior to my departure. Based upon my positive experience, Bergstrom Chev-Green Bay is highly recommended as a dealership. I m especially pleased with the level of inventory on hand that I was able to select from.

I purchased a Volkswagen from Sal one year ago. I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle. He truly cared. He spent over an hour at time of delivery, showing me different features of the vehicle that I did not know even existed. He showed me how everything worked. Over the past year he has made himself available for me to call and ask any questions concerning the vehicle. we have since purchased another vehicle at a different dealership because we needed a different type of vehicle and the delivery was quite disappointing in comparison to Sal s delivery. Sal truly cares!! The VW I purchased is a superb vehicle, but what made it better was Sal s knowledge & willingness to share his knowledge, along w answering all my questions. Out next vehicle purchase will definitely be with Sal! He was 100% top notch

Our service advisor (Warren) was great to work with and communicated well with me during the entire process. The shuttle service is a great benefit and allows me to get a full day's work in while my car is being worked on. The diagnosis was fast and the fix was as well. Pricing was fair. This shop remains my "go to" for maintenance on all of our family vehicles regardless of brand.

I am so incredibly impressed with the perfect customer service we repeatedly receive at Broadway Chevy (by Bergstrom) on Ashland. We'd previously purchased new vehicles here, but weren't sure if the new ownership from Broadway to Bergstrom would be as great as the old... I can assure you they are even better now! We just bought a vehicle from Christina Kemp and she was outstanding in every way. She made my daughter's first vehicle purchase something fun and easy. She was patient and kind. She explained everything throughout the purchase. She followed up with us long beyond the sale. Christina was such a great sales rep they should move her into new vehicles too, since I will want to work with her directly when we return for our biz vehicle upgrades next year. We've purchased several vehicles from Broadway and another area Bergstrom locations and we will continue to do so. Their service, even beyond the sale, is unmatched in the area... 10 outta 10 perfect rating!

Bill Sullivan was wonderful. He was non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He made us feel very comfortable, even though we were very uncomfortable and not ready to buy a vehicle after finding out our SUV had been totaled. Edit to add:I received a call from Dustin after sharing my experience, he was eager to hear about the experience and quickly owned the situation and took responsibility for the experience. He was very empathetic and truly wanted the feedback to correct the behaviors moving forward to ensure it was not a reoccurring customer experience. I am shocked by the quick and pleasant response and changed my review rating. We are all human mistakes will happen, how they re responded to is what matters.I had an oil change appt for 9 I dropped my vehicle off and 3 hours later I showed up since I did not get any replies to text asking in the status or a phone call back. I showed up 3 hours later and it still wasn t ready. That s excessive for an oil change and with the no communication I was not impressed.

Came in for an oil change and mechanics found a significant issue causing my truck to lose oil. Repairs were made and I had the truck back by the end of the day. I appreciate the effort by everyone involved. I have always had excellent service at Broadway. Special thanks to Michelle Bushmaker...great customer service! She's the best...give her a raise!!!

I went in a couple of weeks ago and ordered Weather Tech floor Liners for the front of my Equinox. The price that was quoted was $110.00 plus tax.At the time of pickup, I ended up paying $126 and change.From the time I ordered the parts and when I got them Bergstrom increased the price by $10.00.The sales rep told me they were over 140.00, but when I got home,I looked up the price and they were $131 and some change.For the extra 5 dollars I could have ordered them online, had them shipped directly to the house without having to go get them.Point: don't give the customer one price, then change it at time of pickup!!!I don't shop at places I don't trust!

I have been working with service advisor Warren Young for over 20 years and it is always service with a caring smile to make sure all work is done to my satisfaction. He always makes me feel like part of the family. He always answers my questions and asks if he could help in anyway. I always feel confident if any issues happen to my vehicle, I have a caring personal contact who cares about my concerns and completely explains the repairs needed. I want you to know he is a great asset to your team, as i stay a customer because of the great service i receive from him.

I recently bought my third used vehicle in my life from Bergstrom. First two were great vehicles no issues, third one issues. Drove off the lot and realized the truck had transmission issues. They took care of it without any questions. Replaced the transmission and gave me a vehicle to drive during the repair. Everyone was easy to work with.

Was scheduled for new brakes, rotors etc. had a 9 am appointment. Dropped truck off, got a call early afternoon that they couldn t get the old ones off. Long story shirt, was ready the next day, and charged $400 more because it took so long. Didn t think that was really my problem. Truck was purchased there, and all service done there. Not happy with this extra charge at all.

I was greeted by Lee as soon as I entered the VW shoe room he extremely polite and asked great questions to assist in my decision about purchasing a new vehicle.He directed me to Ryan at the Chevy building as the new car was being delivered for a test drive.After the test drive Ryan advised it was late in the day and asked if I could return Saturday morning (his day off) so the car could be prepared for delivery to me and the finances could be done. Advised no problem and I greatly appreciated he would be at the dealership on his day off to take care and assist in me getting the new car.All of the associates were very helpful, polite and professional during my visit. Thank them all since I have not purchased a new car since 2016 and Ryan took the time to show be all the new devices used in this modern version.Again thank your crew for making this an easy purchase. We have been looking for the right vehicle, and looked and looked at a few and texted our salesman, is this one still available, hey is this one available? After waiting for the right vehicle, we found one that my wife and I both agreed on. Called our salesman Brandon Murray, he did everything that was asked of from us, got the trade amount on our current vehicle and then went to the bank for a cashiers check for our new Equinox - Premiere Edition. Love everything about the new car traded in my 3rd Dodge Journey. We really liked the Journey's they were perfect for our Family. Each time we upgraded we wanted to have a feature that we didn't have before. This new car has it all (but no CD player - I guess they don't put them in new cars anymore). If your looking for a great trustworthy salesperson - contact Brandon Murray we were pleased with him and he'll get any future suggestions from family, friends and clients (I do real estate). Brandon helped me pick out the perfect vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and listened to what I said I wanted. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail, in terms I could understand. I especially liked the way he showed me all the functions of all the buttons on my new vehicle, as it was very different from my last one, and made sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. He is a very polite, patient, and helpful young man, and he deserves a raise. I will be sending everyone I know to him.

I had my car towed here last Monday because of engine issues. I worked with both Shaun and Jared. They were both very professional and caring about my individual needs. Jared called me almost daily to give me updates on my car. I want to thank him for his communication in a very stressful time. I don't usually talk well on the phone but he was very patient and understanding which was great.The only negative hence the reason for 4/5 stars was when I called them last Tuesday morning to ask if my car was being worked on they told me they couldn't find the keys. I will accept blame for this because I should have signed and made sure my keys were well documented. But once my aunt stopped down there and found my keys and handed them off to someone, I got a call from Shaun saying he couldn't find them. I find it unacceptable that this was not communicated to Shaun since he was the one who was supposed to be working on my car.Besides that one incident I would take my car here again to get it serviced! Thanks again!

Nate and Nick made sure they were able to do a co-sign deal even though my mother lives in a different state. They were very nice and helpful. I was nervous going into the dealership because I've had bad experiences in the past. Nate made sure that didn't happen.

I was there Saturday morning with my 16 Chevy.Well apparently the lug nuts were swollen and they didn t do the tire rotation. Also forgot to give me the sheet were it says battery health, tire and such. Also didn t get the new sticker to know when I m due for my next oil change.Well once I got home told my husband about the lug nuts and he got his BATTERY TOOL and was able to get all the lug nuts out with it .. so I don t know why it got decided that I wasn t getting the service I payed for.

I deeply regret to share my recent experience with the service department. Despite my efforts to address a safety concern regarding my parking brake, the service person appeared uncertain and failed to return my coupons. Despite multiple attempts to reach a supervisor, I've received no callbacks in almost two weeks. This lack of attention to my concerns has left me disappointed and concerned about the safety of my vehicle. I've also encountered a recurring issue where, when I am requesting an inspection, I'm informed that my concern was supposedly addressed before my purchase or that it should still be in good condition for an extended period without even examining my vehicle.

Kimberly initially reached out to me after my internet search. She was sooo helpful. Set me up with a diesel engine test drive and then found the perfect vehicle for me. She and Victor made the experience seamless. Kimberly was surprisingly knowledgeable about the trucks and made sure I had answers to all my questions.
