Some new guy handled my order and when I went to go pick it up they had sold the tire to another client even though I paid for this couple days in advance. Maybe when y'all get orders you should have them organized and not have it first come first serve.

I had a very positive experience ordering parts from Bay Auto Parts. I run a shop in Harris, MN and had ordered a used grille for a 2018 Ford Escape for an insurance repair in our auto body shop. It turned out that I was not able to use this grille. I contacted Dennis more than 30 days after ordering the grille and he issued an RMA to return the grille with no restocking fee and no charge for shipping. I was very impressed with the ease with which I was able to complete the return. As it turns out Bay Auto Parts has a daily delivery route in our area. Dennis was such a pleasure to work with and the fact that they have daily delivery at no extra charge is a great benefit for us. Thank you Bay Auto Parts and Dennis for taking good care of us.

BEWARE!!! All they do is lie to you!Told they tear down 20 cars a day. BULL!!Told to pay for part, ( then they take it off vehicle) hmmm thought the parts were already off.Can t look at parts before you buy.Have parts listed online they don t sell.BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

I have been ordering parts from them for last 10 years. They don't warranty there engines anymore and send you to a 3rd party that you have to jump through hoops to get a replacement engine. Spent $1655 for a used engine that's junk, 16 hr labor installing it and now have to deal with a warranty claim department to get a replacement engine. Called back and got a "have a good day". Not happy and will be dealing with other business's from now on.

Ordered a hood and fender they claimed to have in stock. A week later get a call telling me they don't have the hood and that it will be another week to get it in the right color.Hood finally arrives, drive 2+ hours to pickup the part, but the hood was the wrong color, they blamed the sending salvage yard and gave me a 7% discount if I wanted to drive up when they have the right part.Disappointed they wouldn't have at least checked the part before having me drive up. Especially when I specifically mentioned that I needed a color match.I was about to drive away when they stopped me and let me know they had found a replacement hood in the yard that matched the color. I noticed it had some scratches and some paint damage as I was loading it into the car, but decided to cut my losses and just go with it.Nick saved this from being a one star review by finding a workable solution, but wasn't the best overall experience.Would recommend asking for pictures of any parts you buy from here before making a long drive

I bought a steering column from them for a vehicle. And the key did not work. I called like 5 times to talk to Steve about it. Left the voicemail never reached out to me and never answered the calls.

They pulled a bait and switch that resulted in spending 400 more for the correct motor that is usually cheaper than the one they pulled out first. That and the lady made it clear she had better things to do besides take my 2,400 bucks. If my wife wasn't on me to get this job done I would have kept looking for another motor. 2 out of 5 might be low but I would like to think a 3 gets me better service and price than what I got.

My husband recently ordered a truck part from Bay Auto Parts and made an 8 hour round trip to pick it up. Unfortunately, the part ended up not fitting our particular truck which left my husband pretty frustrated at the situation/miscommunication. We were refunded our money after shipping the part back to Green Bay, and Jim at Bay Auto Parts showed himself to be a man of integrity when he agreed to help us with part of our fuel/shipping expenses. He stood by his word, and we couldn't have asked for better a customer service experience! Thank you!

Bought an engine from them after one day the customer brought it back because the car was overheating the car had a blown head gasket. We contacted the warranty department to file a claim they then passed the buck to some other warranty department they then passed the buck back to the sales people. I left 3 voicemails and 3 emails for the sales department they never responded a week later I called again because I still had not received a response from either the warranty department or the sales staff. Only to be greeted with the amazing news that they were not going to be honoring the warranty. I get stuff happens but take responsibilty. It's ridiculous.

Super helpful, got my side mirror from them. I was quoted (at the dealer mind you) $450 to get it fixed, so the $60 mirror from them saved me a ton of money! Removed for me within hours, easy pickup. Thanks guys!

You can tell them the part # that you would like and they will give you what ever they feel like. Traveled 3 hours to get there told them that they gave me the wrong part,and they said that I would have to come back tomorrow.

Amanda is extremely disrespectful and rude. I walked in and waited at the counter for exactly 6 minutes. The entire time I was there I watched her and heard her watch Facebook videos while I was waiting completely ignoring me. When she finally noticed me she walked up to the counter with an attitude and condescendingly asked me "what do you want"? I said that I was here for parts that had come in and she proceeded to have attitude and said "that doesn't help me, what are you here for?" I said my last name and she gave me more attitude and said she needed to know the part. I was about to storm out and come back with my parts and return them all and never come back. Luckily Jim came out apologizing that my parts werent there and that he would make sure to take care of me. Jim is an amazing employee and very helpful as well as professional. Amanda is rude, disrespectful and gives the company a bad image. I highly suggest going here if Jim is helping you but I would walk straight out if Amanda is there to assist you. Would be 1 star if Jim was not there.

I have worked here. They treat their employees like garbage. Work them into the ground, to the point where they can never work again and fire them. I will not support a business who doesn't care about it's employees. Prices ain't that great either.

Last few times ordered used transmission and a engine, both were bad right off the bat. When need to do anything for warranty very difficult and takes a long time to get back. From the five different people our shop had to deal very poor customer service. Been trying to be the bigger person but nothing seems to make a difference at that company. We get that its used parts but customer service should be #1 goal for a salvage yard.

Went today to get a rear bumper and a fender liner. This place is outrageous! $345 for a fender I can buy online for $200. And wouldn t sell me a fender liner at all. Said I had to buy the entire fender. Not only that the guy was pretty rude. I ll drive down to menasha and go to Gibson s

Never do business with them!!! I purchased a transmission from them and was very specific on what I needed. Drove 2 hours and picked it up and when my mechanic tried putting it in the car they gave me the wrong transmission. Contacted them and they said bring it back and we will knock off $95 of the correct transmission. I drove it back and when I get there they didn't know anything about a different transmission or the $95. They said they would refund my original purchase price which puts me out the $145 in labor because they gave me the wrong part. According to them it's my fault they gave me the wrong part. Bad Business to deal with

They told me they have the parts on the phone I Drive an hour and a half to get there and they don't have what I need, then wanted to charge me more to get them in at a different time! Extremely dissatisfied with the service and customer relations! Not a good way to run a business.

Good price on a gray door that was supposed to be silver. Drove a hour to look at it. They had 2. Found out they shipped it earlier in the day.. Just 4 hours wasted driving and painting

The always seem to run on the high end of the pricing scale and the staff at the counter always make it seem as if you're interrupting something super secret and important when you walk in to collect your parts.

Horrible service called a week in advance for a part and it never got shipped to location after being told it was there I drove 60 miles just to come pick it up... talk about a waste of time
