Battery died at the worse possible time and Brad saved the day! My husband is a magician and he stopped at the gas station between jobs to fill up. He turned off the car and it wouldn't start again. A nice guy named Wayne helped him with a jump, got it started and sent us to Auto Zone. They found the issue, got us a new battery and installed it in record time and my husband was able to get to his next job, which was a kid's birthday party, in time. Tight timeline but Brad did an awesome job and we really appreciate him!!

Called ahead to ensure a battery/install was available. Gentleman who took my call was polite and helpful. I arrived in store to multiple employees standing around. The store manager proceeded to assist in looking up the battery I needed, due to Covid restrictions wearing a mask, I attempted to mention that I was hard of hearing and was struggling to hear him. The access of employees were joking with "store manager" who was also distracted making jokes back at employees while poorly attempting to provide service. I asked for a recommendation from manager. I was told that he recommended a battery which they didn't have in stock. I purchased the next recommended. Seemed a bit poor in salesmanship. The installation tech was great and seemed knowledgeable. My car struggled to start after installation. "Store manager" was called and still maintained a lack of customer service skills. I may visit this location in the future if I know exactly what I need; however, I will avoid service from the store manager.

I love this AutoZone. Best customer service you could ask for. UNLESS you re dealing with Mario, the store manager. Not sure why you have the attitude, Mario, shrugging your shoulders at customer concerns. It s a very good thing you have such excellent people working there who do understand how important customers are, those folks are jump-up, ready to serve, how can we help you today? Every time I leave there, I feel a little better about the world. As a result, they re my first stop for everything vehicle related. It s time to take a lesson from your employees, Mario.

Amazing service!!!!! Jessi and Jakob were fantastic. I have a 2011 GMC Acadia that needed a new battery. I did not know that my battery replacement was going to take half an hour with the battery being in the backseat! They went out of their with kindness and support to get the job done. Thank you both for your help!!!!

Great customer service and very helpful every time I've been in. They are always as helpful as they can be. I've actually had three of the people working there pulling my parts at one time instead of standing around and letting the person checking me out do all the work.

I am only giving one star because of a recommendation that came from a staff member at this store. The store and staff are great and always provide me great quality parts but. I had engine lights come on and they recommended an auto repair shop 'Lineville Auto & Truck Services' which I went to and was frauded out of repairs. The owner Dale and his one employee Marco are pathological liars even to my insurance company. My full review is on their sight.But this Autozone is great, I continue to shop here and get all of my parts here. If they don't have the parts, they will call their competitors just to ensure I get my parts. Like I said, the store and staff are great; the 1 star is because of their recommendation to have my truck worked on at 'Lineville Auto and truck Services'

Best experience ever alternator and starter went on a road trip Cody and Matt saved my ass on a Sunday tested both and even helped me with a diagram to replace. Basically K on the road in 3 hours and life is good

I had outstanding service provided. Matt went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was running. He went outside and changed my battery for me and also noted that the previous battery was under warranty which saved me about $150

Stopped to make a quick purchase. Fram PH16 filter. 5.99 a bit pricey but ok. I get to the register and they want $9 something for it. We went back to the shelf it said 5.99. He was going to adjust it. I told him I would go to Fleet Farm. I did. $3.88. You better know what your doing when you go there because they don't have a clue. Definitely my last time.

I really like the team at the Howard location. They have always been helpful. If they would just call when "on order" arrive they would be 5 stars all the way.

Usually always get the wrong part and I always have to double check but they usually pretty good about returning the part that is wrong and replacing it with the correct one.

They didn't have what I needed, but they tried other possible options! Rear wiper blade kia sportage, only available at dealerships it seems! Very friendly staff, and helpful!!!!

The workers there are not friendly, they do not ask you if you found everything you were looking for or needed. They don't even smile or thank me for my purchase. I would not go back there.

Went in today the manager was very rude and extremely rude. Younger man that came back from lunch was trying but manager is not helpful to me or his employee.

Returned item to store , and employees were not social distancing. 2 weren't wearing masks and 2 were wearing masks on their chins. What a joke.
