Bought a new to me car and realized the rear climate controls were not working. Called Auto Select and they were able to get me in immediately. When I got there the guys were super nice and informed me the car was still under factory warranty & suggested I take it to GM to save some money (MUCH APPRECIATED). As my husband was waiting to pick me up thinking we were going to leave my car, his car died in their parking lot. They were able to work him in and replaced his battery (not an easy replacement) that day. Definitely will be back in the future if the need should arise. They were great to work with!

Montana was more than good. His exceptional customer service is hard to find. On top of that you were able to loan me a van which was huge that day. And even more impressive your mechanic team changed 4 tires, an oil change and air filter in only 2 hours. You now have a new loyal customer in me and my family.

Auto Select is an EXCELLENT place to take your car to for most anything! Thought i had transmission problems ($$$$) and they found it was a computer problem! Much less ($$$$) and fast service. We have dealt with them for many years! Starting on the East side. Josh and his team are GREAT! I give them a 10 out of 5!

The individuals that work here treat their customers like family. I was going on a trip they next day and they got me in so I could get my brakes checked. They weren't only bad, so we're the rotors. They got me in that afternoon, changed them and I had a safe journey. I was so happy with their work, the next week I scheduled a tune-up. They're awesome.

The staff at Green Bay west Auto Select are absolutely fantastic. They treat you with the upmost respect if you are spending $1 or $1000. I drive my own car for a living and they have always gotten me in when they could. I will be a customer for life.

Always top notch customer service, which is not easy to find! Whether investigating a two year issue or a same-day tire repair, we have always left satisfied and feeling we paid a fair price. We continue to recommend!!!

I have been going to Auto Select for 3+ years. Montana and his team are just great. They take a common sense approach to auto repairing. They explain exactly what is needed and do not 'pad' the repairs. The most important aspect is they do not patronize or condescend to female customers, treating us fairly. I will always go to Auto Select for my automotive needs.Thank you Montano and Josh.. you have an awesome team.

I stopped at auto select west on Oneida St, asked if they had a back windshield wiper for my car and they did, they even put it on for me! Without charge. I was very satisfied with the service I got from them. Very friendly and helpful.

I ve got to say that Auto Select and all the guys there are so amazing!! They got me in for an estimate they were quick, professional and so thorough! I m so impressed my daughter and my parents have all had great things to say, and now I know why! Thank you Auto Select! I ll be back!

Great experience as always. Chad was very helpful in giving me the diagnosis of my vehicle. I was able to get a loaner car too. My work was done within the same day and I have no complaints! The work was good.

Chad Montana Tony and the crew always do an excellent job maintaining our fleet vehicles as well as my own personal vehicle. Excellent service, quality work and always reasonable cost. They always go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right the first time. I highly recommend them for personal or fleet vehicles.

I took my car in to find out what was going on. I was able to get a loaner vehicle. They got back to me pretty quickly about what was going on and the cost for everything to be fixed and then what I absolutely have to fix now and the cost. An that my engine mount are rusted and my only last a year or two before I will need to get a new car.

The staff was very helpful and quick to fix my car problems. I called around 10 am explaining my car won't start. Around noon my car was towed to them by 3:30. It was up and drivable. The next day I was informed I had no tailights. They looked at the problem. Ordered the parts needed. Gave me a letter so I could show the cops the problem was being fixed in case I was stopped. Bright and early the next day. The problem was resolved. I thanked Chad for all his help. Told him he was Amazing and so was his staff. Thank you so much

Had the guys perform an alignment and ride height adjustment on my 97 Miata. Got everything within spec, the ride height is absolutely perfect, and the car drives awesome after fixing some rubbing with the front bumper tabs.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Great service and very friendly. The warning lights came on right as a blizzard was starting on a Friday morning. They got me in right away. I was able to pick up my car a few hours later. Highly recommend.

Just an update after last weeks performance. The owner realized their error and made good on his promise to fix the issue. He displayed great business ethics and personal integrity by doing so and I ll be returning in the future with any other repairs, I suggest you do too!

My husband and I decided to come up to Green Bay for some shopping and dinner. When we were to head home (an hour away) my truck blew a spark plug. It was after hours, so I jumped online and found Auto Select Green Bay West to have a 5 star rating. I requested an 8 am appt and Josh (Owner) emailed us back asking if we could be there at 7 and they would do their best to get us in. 10+ stars these guys deserve!!!! We were there early-they took us in, were straight forward, honest, respectful and beyond kind. Best of all, we got home safe and sound! Thank you Josh, Chad and mechanics!!! Beyond thankful we are!!!

Avoid.Took my daughter's car here, there was smoke coming from the steering column on her Vue. Charged $100 for a diagnostic. Couldn't find any problem and sent her on her way. I got home from work, popped the steering column cover off, and immediately saw the burnt wire from the wiper blade lever. Clear as day. Ordered a new one on eBay motors for $20. Problem solved. Lesson learned. They saw a quick $100, didn't even diagnose a thing.

I recently had my car check out by the veryPolite staff at Auto Select. The crew were very courteous and efficient. The report that I received was exactly what I was expecting. There was no surprises. I believe that I will continue having my car taken to Auto Select.

No one likes an unexpected car repair but each time I ve had to take my vehicle in Auto Select has done a great job. Always told the exact price prior to starting repairs, on time service and a friendly staff and fixed correctly. Will continue to use Auto Select for my cars needs.

I went here on April 17th to get my valve cover gasket replaced and fix oil leaks on my Hyundai Sonata. The next couple of days I could smell a burning smell coming from the engine but didn't think much of it and thought it would go away. I assumed since they are experts that they did their job, so I didn't worry. Five days later I drove to work and a couple minutes after I walked through the door, I noticed my car was smoking from under the hood. The smoke turned black and then turned into flames. It took the firefighters about an hour to put it entirely out and when they did my entire car was completely destroyed. I went into Auto Select a couple of days later to see if they could do anything for me and take some responsibility. The owner did not want to get involved at all and showed no sympathy. He did not take any accountability whatsoever and began to fight me about it rather than try to resolve it. He even admitted to not fixing all of the oil leaks present in my engine but yet continued to say something else caused the fire. I had no other major issues with my vehicle before this and took great care of it, it's no coincidence that 5 days after I bring it there my car goes up in flames. Not only is this terrible customer service, but it is a major safety issue. It is very disheartening to have such a negative experience with a "local" business. The disrespect I was shown when trying to resolve my issue that, mind you, was not an issue prior to bringing the car in for repairs, is enough to tell me that the owner and employees at this Auto Select do not care for the best interests or safety of their customers. Moral of the story is that this owner and company are disingenuous and not trustworthy, and if you can get service ANYWHERE else, I highly encourage you to do so.

An issue with my wife's car came up, and Auto Select was able to get it in right away, had the issue diagnosed and repairs completed the same day. Awesome business and great employees!

The guys are always friendly and accommodating. When I needed a new battery, I called and was told to just bring it in. I did and, 20 minutes later, was back home with problem solved. I won't go anywhere else.
