I have been taking my car to Auto Clinic for 6 years now and it is by far the best and easiest experience I have had with a shop. Everyone there is so friendly, explains and walks me through exactly what s wrong and what I need and makes the already stressful process of car problems, comfortable and painless. I trust Auto Clinic with my car. They run this place with integrity and care about the people they are working with. I m so thankful for how they handled and worked with me on my most recent repair.

Always get prompt appointments and honest service. The fix what the car was brought in for and also check to ensure all is safe. I would like to say i had a decent experience at the front desk every time she was lovely both times I've stopped in. How ever when it came to replacing 6 feet of brake line for $1000 dollars ID have expected a decent job.... I had to return due to mechanic negligence and leaving excess brake line rub on a part of the cross member.... Had it fixed cool drove it 30 miles and the lower radiator hose blew off due to yet again negligent repairs. Some times things work great and some people don't do great work ill get a picture of the left over brake line they left if I remember in the morning.... If the guy that fixed my truck still works there tell him thanks I guess... I know it doesnt matter but I wont be going back.... Lol. But quick question. If this is the quality work you guys allow can I get a job? I have pretty good attention to detail.... Sincerely the Wery familyService: Brakes

I have been a loyal customer for years. So, when my son arrived home for the holidays after driving cross country from Colorado with his check engine light on I knew the first people to call would be Auto Clinic. They managed to fit him into the schedule to look at it before he needed to make the long drive back. John s flexibility was describable and very much appreciated. As always, we were very pleased with the customer service, and fair price. If you re looking for a trustworthy, reliable car repair company, Auto clinic is it! They are always so nice; whether it s in person or on the phone. They are good about getting you in quickly and taking care of the issue for a very affordable price! I received excellent service. I had my truck's oil changed and had the vehicle checked for a trip I was taking. The charge was very reasonable and I have come to depend on Auto Clinic's expertise. I believe it is my third time using Auto Clinic and have been very happy with service and pricing. I used to do all my service at Dorsch but charges were through the roof! I've been taken advantage of by mechanics on multiple occasions, so it is so amazing to have found a local mechanic that I trust to give me an honest opinion at an honest price. John and his staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful. I trust my car in their care, and that's very refreshing.

My number one standard is honesty when it comes to auto repair and service and Auto Clinic is top of the line in that area. They let you know what's going on and what their recommendations are and let you decide what you want done. The work is done professionally and at a reasonable cost. Great place..You feel welcome when you walk in to the moment you walk out.they try their best to work with you and are fast and efficient about it. Easy to set up an appointment and Jon was awesome and easy to talk to and figures out exactly what I needed for my car!!Thank You Auto Clinic of Green bay, we will definitely be back when our girl needs the right dr.

I get shops up-charge on parts but I think charging twice as much is a little excessive! I d never recommend this place to anyone. They seem nice at first but will quickly turn to being rude as soon as you question anything!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I had been taking my car to Nissan because that's where I bought it. But since my warranty expired why pay the jacked up parts and labor of a brand name business, when you can be treated better, faster and cheaper at a local neighborhood garage. I have never had to go back twice for the same issue which tells a lot about the mechanics. But what I like best is the guy that answers the phone, tells me the problems so I can understand them, assures me the problem isn't as bad as I think and takes my money is all the same guy - Jon! Jon has been my mechanic for 15 years. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. He spent a long time researching online to find me the set of tires I needed at the very best price. He knows I will try fixing things if I can and freely shares his knowledge to help me troubleshoot and repair issues myself. I can't say enough about his ethics and he provides quality service. Auto Clinic's sterling reputation is built on a long history of honest assessment, quality work, and quick turnaround. The mechanics are friendly and clear with their diagnoses and recommended fixes. The facilities are clean and the location prime. In the end, you just can't find a better garage in GB area.

Never have I gone to an auto place and had things explained to me! It wasnt even my car (my boyfriend needed me to take it in for him) but I still got an explanation and a show about what was wrong with the car. Doug was incredibly helpful and kind! I'll definitely be taking my car here then next time it needs fixing!

Wonderful shop! Very quality service at a totally reasonable price. When you look into the shop and see how clean and organized it is you know your car is going to be taken care of. Highly recommended!

This place is a scam. No one is on the same page with this place.Rude and, nasty people. The son coasted this business money by not knowing what he is talking about. They will cause more problems than what you already have. Obviously they can't do header gaskets. They are all lost and, can't be found.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Brought in our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country for coolant hose repair on 3/6/19. Shop said the hoses were 6 that had to be replaced all at once. Repair was finished same day. Wife went to pick up vehicle and it began to violently shake. Took van back to shop where they found a wire that goes to spark plug to ignite the ignition had snapped and also needed a new coil. Mechanic said it was ok to drive home and to bring it back in the morning. On 3/7/19 we attempted to start the van and it would not start and had to get it towed to shop. Took the shop until 3pm to get the van fixed. Thinking it was fixed we began to take the vehicle on family trip where the van began to shake at 60MPH, a loud clunk noise in engine and then lost heat, blue smoke began to come out of the exhaust pipe, electric throttle light came on, coolant light came on as well as check engine light. The temperature gauge would fluctuate from overheating to not then stopped working all together. The tail light began to flicker on and off. Van eventually locked up and died on side of the road leaving family stranded. Nothing but problems ever since they touched it. WOULDN'T recommend to anyone!Didnt have the decency to respond to the BBB either!

Great auto care facility. The owner goes out of his way to accommodate you without selling you items that aren't needed. He always makes sure your'e leaving in a safe vehicle.

I went in to get a tire. My tire was flat already they took my tire off and after the tire was off they said that they were wrong amd they didnt have the right size tire. So i figured well my tires already off might as well throw my spare on spare goes on and then i find out its $30 for them to put my spare on. I have no problem paying for the work but i went there because i was told they had my size tire amd they didnt so they would have had to put my tire back on anyway for free. But because it was my spare and not the flat it was $30 come on
