A guy named Eric found the part I needed today. After that he stepped outside and installed the part on my truck. I didn't mention or suggest if he could help installing the part. This was an act of genuine kindness and I sure appreciate that!

Went here because I bought windshield wipers from a competitor and they couldn t tell me how to put them on. I explained to Steve and he jumped to it and showed me how to put them on my truck without a second thought. Grade A customer service, they have my business from now on

I have had at least 4 batteries placed at this location. Always great service. Sent a family member to have a battery replaced in a 2012 Chev Silverado. Pretty straight forward replacement. They wouldn t replace. Reason? Computer indicates needs professional installation.Called AutoZone, sent family member there, and they replaced quickly, professionally, with no issues!Feels like this Advance Auto location has just decided to not install batteries anymore.

They Really didn't know what I was looking for even when I had the part in my hand. Wasn't knowledgeable about a simple fuse for a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado. I only go here cause it's right on the corner from my house.

They had my parts in stock, so that is a win for me. Yeah I paid a bit more but they had the parts right there. Needed those plastic push rivets for the mud flaps fender gaurds. A lot of snow recently and I was losing the rivets and close to losing the mud flaps. I needed then ASAP! The staff was helpful.

My online order got messed up and I ended up with the wrong bulbs for either car. Came back, was greeted promptly, and taken care of. Got my refund, got my correct bulbs and was good to go. He even honored the online discount my return receipt showed. Very good!

Went to return an Amazon package yesterday (9/1/23) and all doors were locked even tho sign outside says open and so does online. Came back today and cashier was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Horrible experience.

The employee that I have dealt with every time I've been here is basically no help at all. Pretty dissatisfied with advance auto as a whole at this point. Ordered six spark plugs and half were broken, and employee spelled my name wrong so I wouldn't get my rewards points. Save yourself some time and just go to a different location.

Had to stop in for some wiper blades. Was greeted with friendly and helpful service, and they took care of changing them out and disposing the old ones. Thank you for the help!

Their workers are absolutely awesome to help me to find the right part. I glad they allow me to recycle car oil for free. Got pretty good stuff you need for car. Just tell them your car model, year, and make to look up in computer.Good job!

Got me the part I needed since other locations were out of stock. Only complaint is the wait time. Took 5 -10 mins for someone to approach the front desk to return my core. In the process 2customers walked out and 2 employees passed the front desk. When someone finally approached service was great and quick.

Awesome service and fully staffed so I didn't have to wait. Craig installed a new battery in no time and was friendly and professional! I didn't have good service at their competitor down the street so AAP has a loyal customer in me!

I needed some washer fluid, transmission fluid, a 60 amp Maxi fuse, and a paper funnel. After walking around aimlessly for about 5 minutes trying to find everything I was finally greeted very professionally and the girl (I forget her name) helped me find everything and even looked up whether my 99 Yukon uses R12 or R134A freon and recommended some that they also had in stock. She did a great job, thank you!

I had an emergency today when I was in town. My car began to overheat due to lack of coolant. Steve was able to get me set up with enough coolant to get me home until I can get the leak fixed. I am so appreciative!

After many purchases from all the major parts stores I can say without hesitation that Advance is my favorite. Using their website to buy online for local store pickup allows me to easily apply discount coupons to get amazingly low prices. Today I was able to take back a defective car battery that I purchased at an Advance store in a different state. I no longer had my receipt but they refunded the full purchase price anyway! That is incredible customer service and just made me an extremely loyal customer. The counter folks have always been helpful as well diagnosing check engine lights on my various car projects. Outstanding store.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Johnny Mendoza, the general manager, is super knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to answer questions and get us the right item/parts we need. This is the only place we shop now for all our auto parts.

i knew my battery was on the fritz and when my boss had to give me a jump after work, I decided it was time to get a new one. I pulled up, and 10 minutes later I was on my way with a newly installed battery and a restored faith in humanity. I can't remember the chaps name that installed it, but he was very nice and did a quick and quality exchange.

Had a gift for 5$ Thats the reason I went there was going t0 get a cabin air filter. They said any were 54$ to 74$.I said way to much so I got a can of wd40 fo12.29 use my 5$ gift card. Went to mill fleet farm got my filter for 28$ The same can of wd40 was 6.99.Your store is over priced.

Went to get a fuse, showed the fuse to the guy hoping he can direct me right to where I need to go. He then asked me if it was a light bulb. So I went to find it myself but the guy who doesn't know the difference between a fuse and a lightbulb proceeded to try to assist me the entire way and was annoying.
