I contacted my insurance company for a lock out. Anderson's was the 3rd company and agreed to make the drive to Tommahawk Scout Reservation, back to Chippewa Camp, leader parking. They arrived in less then half the time stated, unlocked my car and even was a happy soul! I don't remember the drivers name but the Scouts have named him Derby King. This Scout Family is forever grateful. Again thank you from Troop 178G and Troop 178B from Port Huron, Michigan. We are forever grateful for you amazing service

Anderson's is a good hometown traditional business. Fair prices, honest service.You can just tell they enjoy what they do.They care about people.To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing they cannot do.

Karl figured out how to move a Boulder that our car somehow got stuck on top of! There was also a ditch involved.Needed a person who could figure it out and that was Karl! Thank you!

I'd give a zero if I could. Driver made illegal lane change right next to me almost hitting me and pushed me over into on coming traffic. Pathetic POS!Lic#74724

This company is top shelf! They take meticulous care of my classic car. Very friendly and professional! They are my go to for towing. I highly recommend them.

They do OK work at best for way too much money. The best way to explain this place is expensive and they never complete the work when they claim they will. For example it's cheaper to pay the gas to drive to Spooner and back to get alignment work done than to do it here. The other time I made an appointment with them for service when I arrived they told me to come back next week as they were too busy. Another time they completed work on my vehicle a week later than they said it would be done. They were nice to me in person and the work got completed, but the cost and scheduling issues inspired to me to search elsewhere afterwards.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Really appreciate the help on a holiday weekend, needed my boat towed to St.Paul after a blown tire bent the fender so I couldn t get a spare on ! Showed up quickly and Kara kept me updated on what was happening after I dropped the trailer and kept going , couldn t be happier , Thanks again Brian Seidl

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced! We needed a tow. Our driveway is long and a steep grade, >7%. The tow truck they sent couldn t make it up the driveway because of the snow cover so they sent another truck and their shop technician. The second truck also couldn t make the driveway, but the technician was able to disengage the steering wheel lock and roll the car down to the base of the driveway. The service was excellent, from the first phone call to the car being towed to the dealership, 50 miles away!

I made an appointment to have work done on my vehicle but when I arrived at the appointed time I was told that they were too busy and I would need to reschedule for the following week. A call to me before I wasted my time to show up for the appointment would have been a nice, professional courtesy.

My sons car broke down this morning on his way to work. AAA had this company pick up the car. They also reccomend their shop. I was happy when I asked if they worked on Subarus to find out they have a Subaru specialist. I will update this review after picking up the car. I really hope they are amazing because finding a Subaru specialist out here is absolutely amazing. The receptionist was rude & they were misleading about pricing, kept the car over a week longer than they said it would take, they said they had parts but had to special order parts they didn t have for Subarus. I will say the tow truck driver was great.

This is a Great company! I had a problem on a Sunday and needed a trailer towed and they were there quick and took care of everything I needed with professionalism and at a fair price. I feel very fortunate to have found these guys because I was just passing through the area. Thanks again for all your help.

Absolutely the best service you could ask for from a local mechanic. Honesty, Integrity, Communication and all around good ethics and mirals. A family owned and run business is always the best and these guys prove it. Save the number for a tow. Mr Anderson, the owner, is quick, polite and good company on the ride back to the shop. I cannot find the words to express how highly I recommend Anderson Auto,Towing and Body Work.

Ripped off my elderly inlaws. Charged 61 dollars to visually check the brakes, than overcharged and replaced parts because they knew my inlaws would pay. 0 out of 5 stars, wish I could leave less.

They were a little busy when I called so couldn't make it out for a few hours but they were very courteous and kept me updated all the time. Their communication was outstanding and their service couldn't be better. Very friendly. Highly recommend using them

Went for a simple oil change...left the grounds and not even 30 seconds later--my car was telling me to stop engine low oil pressure. I turned around and drove back and was told some story about a faulty oil filter. I went to go have my oil changed yesterday by a different company and was told the last place that did an oil change did a terrible job!!! DO NOT USE!

Was not happy with the estimate and the bill was more. They fixed what I did not ask or give permission to fix. I would recommend Scott's automotive repair shop.!!!

We had a flat on our riding lawn mower they where able to get the new tire in and on and get us back mowing... they usually work on much bigger items but no job is to small!

There work seemed ok. They promised to have my vehicle by late afternoon, I call them s 2:00pm and they hadn't even looked at it do determine just what needed to be done. It took a upset customer, me, to get it fixed.

They are way to expensive for towing. They suck as a repair shop too. They take advantage of the people because they know they are the only towing company around. Shame on them.

Can't find a better towing company for the price. And their mechanical and body work skills are phenomenal. I would recommend this company to anybody
