The Worst!!!!! Had to buy 4 tires (1 was flat). Called after tired showed issues, 3 times in a row. Kept adding air. No fix. Went in today and guy gave me the excuse of excuse. People are out, covid, blah blah blah. So much for warranty and what not. Went home called Geico. Fixed tire....stay away from Costco, waste of $$$$ no customer service whatsoever!!!

Rude every single time we come there. Never fails. Won't bore you with my long story but just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I like Costco but this crew in the tire center leaves a lot to be desired.

Road Hazard is a way to get more money from you. If a tire gets punctures they always say it is not repairable. A tire used for 10k miles would cost you 90% of the price you payed to install it new with Road Hazard. If you fix a puncture somewhere else (Costco has tire centers only in big cities) they refuse to do the "free lifetime tire rotation"

Fantastic group of people work at this tire center - you won't find more helpful, knowledgeable and cheerfully decent people anywhere. I've bought tires here and had them installed three times - on both my Tacoma and my wifes Santa Fe. The service is second to none. I recently had a slow puncture on an installed tire that was on the truck and the guys checked out my tire immediately, told me is was repairable and filled up the tire with Nitrogen (Hector was extremely courteous and efficient). They got me an appointment for less than 48 later to repair the tire - it was such a slow puncture that 2 days wasn't a problem. Oh and this was also the week following thanksgiving (right after their black-Friday tires/install sale), and they STILL saw to my vehicle right-away and got me in within 48 hours. Absolutely fantastic.

Given how many years I ve been a Costco member and gotten tires from them, the performance and service at this Costco is appalling. They don t allow walk-ins, and it takes weeks to get an appointment. Even with an appointment, they ll never start work on your car on time. I ended waiting almost three hours for a couple tires to be replaced, since they hadn t even started on my car an hour after my scheduled appointment. Moreover, they broke the hubcaps on the front two tires and carelessly threw them in my center console. Less than 24 hours after I got home, my front right tire was flat again (15 psi). This was a brand new tire. Finally, we took the car back to Costco and demanded it be set right. Keep in mind the warranty won t replace your tire unless it absolutely cannot be patched. A bead leak from a likely faulty tire won t warrant a replacement. The people who work there did not care at all about their poor service. This is definitely the last time I ever bring a car to this Costco for tire service.

I have had several tire plugs done at this location. Each time the process has taken 1 1/2 to 2 hours- with an appointment. The staff are condescending when ever I have returned to pick up my car. They seem to do a good job, but not worth the trouble.

I thought I needed to replace my tires, but the tire associate, double checked the mileage, measured the tread and said they are okay, and suggested that the visible wear was from the type of driving and a possible alignment issue. Also, suggested a better tire than the one I was looking at just because it was on sale.

This place is fantastic and the prices are amazing. I needed a tire repair on Xmas eve and called them in the morning. Tom, Sean, and Andrew were able to get me in and repair my issue so I could make the 5+ hour trip home. Great service!

I got free installation around September for a set of michelin tires primacy mxv4 245/45r20. Tires rock in dry conditions, however, took a couple thousand miles before getting to full stopping power. I've 4x4 so even in wet/snow they've performed exceptional so far. The guys here are good people, if you got a problem my bet is they'd try to meet your expectations.

My son waited for weeks to get an appt. to get his truck in after ordered tires came in, complained, and was told by a manager, installation and disposal would be credited and would show as a note on the appt. file. Showed up for appt., note was not on file, and was told after an hour, he needed to come back after missing lugs were replaced somewhere else. He was fed up, and told them to put the tires he had already paid for nearly a month ago in the back of his truck, and he would not come back. I called Midas in Grafton, they got truck in next day, took care of everything and truck and son are happy. Go to Midas, they take care of customers.

I bought tires here, so tire balance, repair, and air pressure are free.

We ordered the tires and set up a time to get them installed. We went in, I waited in the store while the tires were mounted. The installer was polite and friendly.

Was discouraged that while I ordered, paid, and set up appointment all online, I had to stand in line for 25 minutes behind people who were doing it in store.

Friendly staff and always fantastic products with a return policy that stands behind it. Great for gasoline, no diesel, and their food court.

The drop in service for Tire Rotations can take way too long.
