I have had many insurance in the past. None of these comes close to what Rural Mutual with Walt Camp has to offer. I love that I know my agent, can have a conversation and meet face to face, on the telephone or even late at night during an emergency. We love our service with Rural Mutual: Walt Camp and would not consider changing any time soon. Only peruse if you want honesty, integrity and someone that loves what he does every single day. Walt Camp and Rural Mutual have your best interest in mind.

We have used Rural Mutual Insurance for more than a decade, and Walter Camp as our representative for most of that time. Walt has always been very responsive (every year we add and remove a seasonal car) to all our questions. We even had a car burn up in a storage unit fire which was quite traumatic for us. Rural quickly helped us with our claim and we had a check in our hands in no time.

We have been with Rural Mutual Insurance for over 10 years. They have amazing service and answer your questions quickly. If you have an accident they are very knowledgeable and make you feel like you are their only customer at that point in time. I would recommend Rural Mutual Insurance and Walt Camp as the agent to anyone.

Dealing with Rural Mutual Ins. has been an enjoyable experience! Situations that were difficult to deal with my previous agent are easy to deal with Walt. I appreciate his honesty and integrity! I feel like he is working for me.

Walt and team provide great service and get back to you timely with updates and interaction. The Rural Mutual web app is an easy way to pay your bills on line and access your documents -- it is a little clunky and not the easiest to navigate.

Potential New and Current Customers Be Aware!!! Walter Camp Insurance does not care about their customers nor do they give them the time of day. We have 5 separate companies with Rural Insurance through Walter Camp and we have been over charged by tens of thousands of dollars, our Workers Comp policies have been mysteriously "dropped" , we have sent checks to Walter Camp that do not get cashed, and worst of all, Walter Camp will not return phone calls or emails nor does he seem to care about these issues. Given our lack of satisfaction AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES with Walter Camp, I would HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Although I haven't had to make a claim. They do seem to be a good insurance company at a competitive price. They have been quick to respond when we've had questions or needed to make a change to our policy.

Walter has always been nothing but professional And has always helped me get the best insurance available for my records. I started working with him at a young age as he insures my family and many of my coworkers. Walter has helped me realize that their is nothing better than having an agent. He is always one phone call away to make sure that everything is taken care of in the best possible manor. As a 20 year old college student and subcontractor he is always there making sure that things run smoothly even when everyday life gets in the way. I could not ask for a better agent.

It's a pleasure to do business with Walter.He is always quick to answer my questions and his knowledge of my business is great. He makes the insurance process much easier for my somewhat complicated business including employees, rental properties, horse farm training and boarding facility, hired and non owned vehicles, farm equipment, etc.
