Straight Line Collision really supported me through a difficult timeline. I was in Milwaukee visiting from out of town when someone side swiped me on the freeway. With limited time and resources, I could not find a body shop that could take care of my work for over a month. When I came across Straight Line, not only did they get me in right away for my estimate, but they also helped push the process through quicker as much as possible when it came to dealing with insurance. They made sure not only was my car finished in tip top shape, but they also got me back on the road within a extremely short amount of time which helped ease my anxiety of the overall process with not having enough free time to hang around. I am really appreciative of their quick turnaround time, thoughtful process, assistance in my unusual matter and providing quality work. I would recommend Straight Line to anyone needing body work. So glad I chose Straight Line Collision to do the body work on my car. Did a beautiful job. Customer service was fantastic. Went to four other body shop and this one gave me the price.Price, quality of work, and customer service, they have it all. Will highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place and the people that own/operate it. If I could rate it over 5 stars, I would.They provide what a lot of places are lacking nowadays: good old fashioned customer service.They do high quality work, as well! I'm always happy with my vehicle once it comes back from them.I'm recommending them to all my friends and family if the need for body work ever arises. I hope this place stays around for a very very long time.Thanks for being great!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to do work on my car. Shiela was so kind and always answered any question I had. Supply chain was an issue with getting my parts. But Sheila was so patient with my multiple calls to her. She followed up on the parts and called me when they came in. Sheila and Dan were great to work with - down to earth reasonable people. The repair work they did was incredible - you would never know the vehicle was in the shop and repainted (no overspray found and paint blended perfectly). Very efficient too - quick turn around. I have never been more pleased than I was with the service we received from Dick's. I, my son, and our business which has loaner cars for our customers, have had to use his services 3 times last year. They did an amazing job on all 3 vehicles. The work was finished in less time than quoted. I tell all my friends!!

I have been in the auto industry for over 15 years, and when I need something painted(one of the few things I don't do myself), there is no place better, they flawlessly paint matched my front end swap for my Crown Victoria and there prices were way below other shops. Highly recommend to any one, better than dealership bodyshops by far.

I highly recommend Straight Line Collision in Germantown. Sheila and Dan went above and beyond on the quality of bodywork and paint on my Ford Explorer. I couldn't be happier with their work, and I'm picky with my vehicles.

The person that wrote a review 5 years ago wrote a BS review. He was never in my shop. Don't know what his problem was. Please disregard that review. The people that came to Dick's Body Shop have all been very pleased with our service.
