I had a very low tire.They filled that tire no questions an no waiting. Then checked my other tires,an put the necessary amount of air needed. Thank you so much for your help.

The service and price was great along with the customer service, but when I picked up my car, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Not too happy about that

Great work with more than fair pricing. Excellent customer service. They managed to squeeze me in to get my flat repaired even though they were extremely busy so I was very appreciative and thankful for their awesome work. Will most definitely take my car there again.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Adam is awesome at what he does! He explains everything down to a T. Never rushes you out the door or off the phone. Gives his professional and personal opinions!! I trust him and his guys 1000%! Keep up the amazing work guys

Adam and his crew are Awesome. I've been going there for a couple years now. They've never lied to me or cheated me. They try their very best to fix what is wrong. Adam is Awesome at explaining the problem and the repair to customers. Most of all they understand that repair costs can be serious for customers who can't afford it. They always tell me the cost before they do anything. The guys whose hands are all greasy are the guys who are as actually working hard! Thanks Gtown Tire & Auto!!!

Never had such an unprofessional experience in my LIFE!!!Only wanted them to change my tires and fix one of the summer tires. I brought my car in early, appointment at 2:30pm, I arrived at 2:15, and asked before I left, how long it will take.I was told about an hour, once my car is in (which made me already wonder since I had an appointment).At 4:05pm I called finally and asked if the car is done. I was told it's done but not paperwork yet,so I should come in 20!!! Minutes. I thought again, what is going on there?Once I got there more than 20 minutes later, of course the paperwork was still not done.After I had to wait AGAIN, I obviously asked for a discount for this outstanding service.The owner or manager or whatever position he has, then freaked completely out on me. While not looking at me for one second but yelling at the person at the service desk.I thought wow! And said that's great customer service. He had apparently 6 phone calls to handle and idk what else he had as an excuse.Don't go there since no customer service at all and definitely way overpriced too!Idk if that man forgot to take his meds today but I had more the impression that must be a day as usual for that idiot!

I stopped in unannounced on New Year's Eve with a bent rim & flat tire. They fixed the rim, checked for leaks, took my spare tire off, and put the repaired rim/tire back on in quick fashion. I was very pleased with the service considering I didn't have an appointment. To top it all off, they did all this work free of charge! Couldn't ask for anything better.

I couldn't be more thrilled with this business and will absolutely be returning as they have totally earned my trust! I had a very slow leak in one of my tires. Costco told me it was not repairable and they'd have to replace the entire tire, but manufacturers don't allow them to only change one tire so I'd have to replace ALL FOUR. ...I wasn't falling for it and it put a bad taste in my mouth that Costco takes advantage of their customers in this way as I otherwise shop and take my cars there regularly. Germantown Tire quickly looked at and repaired my tire in the same appointment for $22.10. #TakeThatCostco ;) I was humbled by their professionalism, kindness and transparency to find the issue and economically handle it. (Tiny end of a screw was picked up.) Thank you!!!Service: Tires

Came in at 530 and was refused help because it was too close to closing time. I had a nail in a tire causing a small leak. Asked them if they could atleast put on my spare since it was faster and was told no . If hours say open till 6, work until 6. Would hate for anyone to have tire trouble anywhere near this place.I dont live in the state so there is no solution to your horrible attitude and poor service. I contacted you when I needed help.

Waste of time and money!Took them twice as long as estimated for a simple alignment & didn't even correct the car from pulling.No way to prove it (if I could I take them to court) someone opened the banjo bolt of my caliper to allow brake fluid to leak out! Never EVER will I go back & strongly suggest no one else ever goes there in the first place!

These folks do great work and put in the extra effort to get something right. Also, they stand behind the repair and will fix it if something goes wrong. They've worked on four different cars of mine and I have always been satisfied.

Pretty disappointed with this place. I brought in my wife's car because the tire needed to be fixed. They fixed it once, and it was flat less than a week later. I brought it back in, and they fixed it again - saying it was a valve issue that should've been caught the first time. Less than a week later, the tire is flat again. We're not hitting anything in the road because we never drive this car. Somehow, they keep missing these leaks, and I don't have time to keep bringing it back in to be fixed. Will have to go someplace else because these guys just aren't getting the job done. You'd think a place with "tire" in the name would be a little better at dealing with tires. They're nice enough people there, but the service is lacking.

Had a flat tire. I have a VW and roadside assistance which came and put my spare on. I took my tire to Germantown tire and auto and they were able to plug it and even put it back on all for under $25...... so reasonable and accommodating....will def be using their services when needed in the future. Highly recommend.

It was below zero and my tires were low on air, as was indicated in my car. I drove to the business and explained my dilemma. The manager told me to pull in and the situation was handled. It may not seem like much but it was to me. Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

This place not only takes all day for a 1 hour job but then Mark's the price up drastically. I only even came based on a recommendation..I've never been ripped off by a mechanic like this before....steer clear of this place or expect to be rammed in the @$$.

I was very satisfied with the level of service and friendliness of the people. This is the second time I have been there and both experiences were positive. This time I wanted to acknowledge the timely and effective service I received at Germantown Tire & Automotive.

My experience was very simple, I dropped off my vehicle, they gave me a qoute on the time and price it would take to fix my brake and put new tires on my vehicle and I picked up my vehicle, very simple I love this place!

They were the only tire dealer I called that told me my Porshe needed a different size tire on the front than on the back. Great service but only sell Goodyear tires
