One star is far too hightraffic jams speed shop and the owner Robert Yonkee aka Bob have Reviews on both facebook as well as with the better business bureau of Walworth county that are horribleI brought a running driving car to them for suspension work the pictures are the end resultThe pictures I posted are from when I picked my car up The car literally fell apartIf I was driving that car when that happened, someone could get seriously hurt or worseHe left my vehicle outside for weeks with a plastic bag over the carb and ruined my engineHe takes your car and performs whatever he feels like doing without your consent or permission if you could actually call what he does repairs.The front suspension is no betterLee is the technician that worked on the car he put the spindle in upside down Notice how the brake line came in contact with the spring the steering column had bolts missing as well as no support at the topAs seen in the pictures, they did not even grind the rust off the axle they welded right to rustPlease look at the nut attached to the shock tower it's not even threaded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is unbelievable that this level of incompetence could happenI bought my car to him running and driving Now my car not only does not run or drivegoogle Robert Yonkee this man owes everybody moneyI have never seen more incompetent workAdditionally, the way you can tell my post and comments are one hundred percent legitimate and accurateNotice how after I posted my reviewHe now is actively asking his customers to submit good reviewsplease go and look at his facebook reviewsAs well as complaints filed with the better business bureau

3 have been to Bob's, Traffic Jams Speed Shop 4 times. FIRST with a good friend who has used them to keep his and his wife's cars going for years. I took my wife's car there because it started leaking oil from almost everywhere. I was impressed with the fact that they sent detailed photos of all areas needing work. Which I thought was great. They finished in record time and I felt the price was more than fair.Since then he has worked on my car 2 times for different things. In the 3 times they have worked on the cars each time the found additional things wrong that I was not aware of and again sent photos backing up the diagnosis. I have decided that I'm taking all of my repairs to Traffic Jams. Everyone there is nice and knowledgeable. If you take your vehicle there, you won't regret it. DWS

Anytime I am looking for custom work on my or my friends classic automobiles, this place delivers !! They are honest, friendly and followup on any issues that may pop up!!
