Excellent service, mechanic and all employees were friendly and welcoming! Bob went out of his way to explain and demonstrate operation. Service was a great experience. They even provided a ride home while service was being provided. Thanks Bloomfield Tire & Aito.

Al is my go to guy. Quality work, reasonable price, tries his best to handle emergency work. I lucked out finding this shop. His right hand man, Bob, patiently listens to all your problems, lol. Been going here over 10 yrs now, and highly recommend !

On multiple occasions I've gotten out of work to discover a flat tire at 7oclock in the morning.. Aware that Bloomfield Tire & Auto opens at 8am, I call shortly after & likely always get a friendly "Yes of course, come right on in" when I ask if AL & this team could perhaps, fit me and my tire needs in right away.. 10/10 & I do recommend! Friendly, Fast, & Affordable.

Myself, my boyfriend, and now his dad have all gone here in the last couple months with varying issues. They are always very upfront with cost, timely with getting you in and serviced. I appreciate that if other issues are noticed (or a list) they will show you what the issues are on the car and prioritize repairs if they cannot all be done at once. Very kind and personable. I have had poor experiences with auto repair shops in the past and I feel very comfortable taking my car here. I feel confident they are honest about issues and fair on pricing.Service: Auto tire replacement

Al and Bob have been so helpful and accommodating in getting my Ford F-150 serviced. Especially honest in what needed to be worked on versus what the Ford dealer was telling me.

Al is the best! He always takes care of me and I can trust him to be honest. It can be hard to find a mechanic who only does the necessary repairs and will not take advantage of you; Bloomfield Tire & Auto is that place. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family alike. I have had to go here more often than I would like, but it is always a good experience.

On a Friday afternoon I discovered I needed new truck tires asap. I called every tore shop from Lake Geneva to Waukegan with no luck finding the type and size I needed in stock. Most places could get them on Monday, but Al was the most helpful of anyone I spoke with, so I ordered through Bloomfield Tire. The tires arrived earlier than expected on Monday, and Al called me right away to do the work in the morning. Everyone at the shop was pleasant and helpful, and the total cost was very reasonable - exactly what he had quoted on the phone, without trying to upsell, which I appreciate. Just had a set of tires installed on Toyota Highlander. Al provided excellent information on tire options, provided an extremely competitive quote. Install was scheduled within a few days. Tires look great, super happy with customer service and install.

Zero Stars was not auction so sadly I had to give them one star my battery light kept coming out I brought them my car they said it was one thing charged me $300 couple days later battery light is back on . Brought my car back thinking they were going to fix it for free since they didn't fix it the first time and charged me $300 but they said your battery needs to be replaced and charged me $200 few days later battery lights back on bring my car back to them telling them I'm broke I don't have my rent money now and Christmas is in a few days I'm a single mother of 2 kids .I payed u twice to fix the issue and you didn't he said he understood my frustration and to bring my car in assuming they are fixing it for free .that have my car for 2 days so I call to see what's going on they said they can't figure out the issue so I go pick up my car once I get there the mechanic says it could be your alternator and when you get money let us know and we will replace it with no labor charge .that was my mistake for bringing it to a new mechanic mine was busy and I should have just waited I will never go back to this place

Al and his crew did my tires and alignment and was a great experience. I highly recommend. I got very quick service in bad weather and on a weekend they fit me in, I was lucky. But fact is that others were just not willing to make it happen. And they have the best high tech equipment for alignment. Got it done pronto and perfectly aligned, it drives great on the snow and ice now. Will repeat and will recommend this is a very good mechanic shop.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Al, Bob, and Dave are great. They re always welcoming, and ready to help with whatever I might need. If they notice something that might cause me problems in the future, they let me know; but they don t try to upsell me and no pressure. Easy to talk to and happy to explain anything I don t understand. And Al knows foreign cars too, such as Volkswagen, which means you can save a trip to the dealer and some money! I ll continue to take my car to Bloomfield Tire & Auto as long as I live in the area (which should be many years from now.)Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Car towing, Auto tire replacement, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Great service! So fast too! I called and got lucky they had a cancellation to get me in same day for oil change and rotation. I was very thankful for that. Didn t take long at all.
