Our truck started leaking brake fluid. We live full time in West Allis and part time in Quincy. We didn't want to chance driving to West Allis. I called around and was having a problem finding a place to take it to get it fixed. Then I remembered years ago our van had a locking lug nut that broke and we couldn't get it off. Fenners Garage was able to get it off. So I called and they were able to get us in with in 2 days. They fixed our break line, and their fee was reasonable. We had our truck back with in a couple of hours. Thanks to Fenners Garage we will be able to leave for Niagara Falls on Monday.

Discrimination phone call. Because I m deaf and I was planning to ask about tires. But they put a side and refused communicating at all. Not even say hello etc. most disrespectful that I have experienced. 5 min later I called them. And they act like never happen and didn t do wrong. Why lie? Why discrimination to deaf person on phone call.

Brakes started grinding on way up north. I called Fenners at 8 AM and spoke with Earl about my situation. He said they were busy, but if I could leave van for day, he would squeeze it in. Brakes were done by 2:15 and for a very fair price. Fenners has earned a customer.

Had an oil change first thing in the morning, was so happy to see my car done by 8:12. Always impressed by Fenners Garage. Nice to know you can trust your mechanic.

Ok. Had my sons Wedding here 8/13/2022.We used the outside venue that was open for that day. We decorated it,set it up and cleaned it all up as was directed by owner.We ordered the food and setup a guest list of how many would be coming,so the Chef could provide enough food for our guests. The number was given to them a week prior to event. 60 to 70 guests.It was a simple dinner, pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, chips,veggies trey,and cheese and sausage cracker trey. Pretty basic.We where to eat around 5pm,the food was brought out to the venue area. I did head count at that time there was 45 adults, and 8 children under 12 . Half way through the guest food line or tables, we needed more of some of the food that was on treys,veggies, cheese and sausage,and chips,where low. I asked if they could bring more and fill them. The response was will go look.In the mean time the rest of the guests are in line and finishing off what was left. Main dish at this time is now empty and I have 14 guests with no food to eat. .The owner came out and said her Chef made enough food for 100 guest,there should of been plenty. Her answer was the guests where taking more food than was allotted by her Chef. If there was enough food for 100 guests like her Chef said he prepared we should not have ran out.She did not offer to make us anything else or adjust the bill.I had guest going up to her bar and order food so they could eat. She didn't offer to take care of that either.So we had 14 guests with no food and a Venue Owner who skipped out before we had a chance to talk to her. She left our Venue and Food bill with the up stairs Bartender. [NICE] Not. You stay around and take care of the problem at hand.I have been in the catering and food hospitality venue for 40 yrs, always provid and prepare for the unexpected. Extra food is always a good thing.The venue and setting was great we did all the work and clean up. Hats off to my entire family for making my son's wedding great.MICHAEL W, CWIKLA

I had an emergency brake issue with my truck while I was up at my place in Wisconsin. I called Mr. Fenner, explained my problem and he very quickly offered to help! By noon the following day I had my truck back and brakes repaired! Absolutely perfect service and much appreciated! They gotbmy truck in right away when my appointment was scheduled and right away told me the problem and service charge was very reasonable and very helpful, I definitely will recommend and tale my truck back next time.

Earl is the best person ever. He's very chill and they have a doggy that greets you at the door. Also the prices are very reasonable. It's the only shop I will go to

There were great we were on vacation and breaks went out they got us in the next day and had car done little over a hour very nice people and a friendly dog great price on breaks too if you have any car trouble i would go to them again
