Can t say enough about Casey and the team at Fort Fremont Marine. The entire process of getting our new machine was easy, accommodating, and worthy of recommendation to everyone I talk to about it. We are very happy with our experience and will be coming back for years to come.

I had been thinking about updating from my 570 Sportsman for a few years to a 570 Ranger. I checked with Casey in late fall and he gave me estimates on a couple different machines. Decided not to make a purchase and then in February Casey sent me a heads up email on the rebates Polaris was offering on new 2023 Rangers that were still in inventory. It was great working with Casey, straight forward honest dealing so I decided to make the purchase. I have purchased the utv I had, a snowmobile and a trailer from Fort Fremont and have always been treated well.Jerry Engel

Dan helped me order my 2 new Sportsman Tourings (570 & 850)... When other dealers were promising short delivery times just to get my business, Dan was honest and upfront about the Polaris factory timeline to build and ship to the dealer, he kept me in the loop on my order as it progressed and if there was a delay in the process from Polaris, I couldn't imagine being at a different dealership only to hear week after week there was a delay and another delay and another delay in your order because they over promised on delivery... Dan made this a one of a kind experience with his knowledge and honesty for me especially since I have never bought new machines before. The folks at Fort Fremont Marine treated my family like one of their own and I look forward to doing business with them again, and I hope anyone reading this does too!

We purchased one of there used wake boats. The whole crew there was awesome to work with. They took us out to test drive, answered all questions and any concerns we had were addressed. Thank you Fort Fremont for the great experience! Highly recommend these guys!!

"The Team at Fort Fremont is something other dealerships should study. They always take the time with me every time I stop in here. Then when my flex plate on my Moomba boat broke. They went over and above to get me back on the water in time for a trip I had planned, when I was sure I would have to cancel when it broke on me. Thanks for everything!!!"

All I can say is 'Wow!' We live in Georgia and found Fort Fremont Marine while searching the internet for photos of the boat we wanted. They had the Crest Savannah we wanted and for a great price. Dan Thomson was very helpful on the phone and earned our confidence to purchase a boat nearly 1000 miles away. Dave Thomson delivered the boat to Georgia a week later, on time and in perfect condition. It was so nice to purchase from a family owned business!

"I had the pleasure of interacting with multiple people from Fort Fremont Marine and I was Very, VERY pleased. Great People, Great Service, Clean and Organized Facility! I was able to speak with Dan a couple times on the phone before visiting the store to pick up my purchase. Dan was very helpful, answered all my questions with honesty, helped me narrow down the perfect choice in a CargoMax trailer. On arrival Casey was friendly and eager to help me when I arrived 15 minutes before opening and got the ball rolling to get me taken care of, as Dan was with a customer. Shannon was quick with the paperwork and very personable. I look forward to future business with Fort Fremont Marine in whatever I may need. I looked at buying a boat from them and they were very nice and seemed like they would be a great place for sales and service. I did buy a used boat which I have taken it to them already with no issues. My next boat will come from them for sure.

"I called Fort Fremont for assistance the other day and had a great experience. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff researched and ordered the part I needed for cheaper than I could get it elsewhere. They also enlightened me with regard to some services that they offer, again cheaper than elsewhere. They even expressed interest in information I was able to share regarding a vendor s snowmobile accessory that they do not currently carry. They're good people providing good service at good prices, and they re focused on continuous improvement. I will be redirecting my future business to Fort Fremont whenever possible!"

Whether its sales, parts or service, these guys go above and beyond! Having dealt with many other dealers through the purchase and service of snowmobiles and boats, I feel that we can say with confidence that Fort Fremont is one of the best dealers in Wisconsin (and northern Illinois).We continue to refer new customers to Casey and Dan, and those customers will continue to come back for the same reasons we do!Any trip to Fort Fremont has become a family affair, because it truly feels like family & we wouldnt want it any other way!

I placed an order for a Trophy center lift pontoon trailer with Fort Fremont Marine based solely on reviews. I'm in Mass, but had to pick a dealer because Trophy doesn't have dealers that far east. The ordering and purchase process couldn't have been easier. The trailer came in months sooner than planned, and they were happy to store it until I could make it out to pick it up

We ordered a pair of General 4's last year and got caught in the Covid waiting game! But Thanks to Fort Fremont and the entire gang for making the ordeal as enjoyable as possible. Obviously the wait was out of anyone's hands, so losing patients over that would have done nobody any good. In the meantime we stopped in from time to time choosing options to be added, and talking about ideas we had. Dan made it a point to contact us anytime he heard need of delivery dates or further delays. Everytime we popped in to look around, we were ALWAYS greeted with friendly faces. From parts, to service on a couple other machines while we waited, they always took the time to BS with us and we always had a few laughs. When the rides finally came in, we were surprised at how quickly all the options were put on and the machines ready to go! Sometimes a wait isn't such a bad thing as we were able to add to our down payments and get more options put on from the get go! In fact, we were so impressed and pleased that we bought a third rig, a new Ranger 1000 for the farm this past week! I called and found they had a machine I wanted in stock being set up. By close of business the following day I was on the way home with it. Find you a good local dealer like Fort Fremont and create a friendship and not just a purchase. You won't regret it. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a great personal and professional dealership .... Choose these guys! We will be back for many years to come! "

I would highly recommend the team at Fort Fremont! I mistakenly bought my machine from another dealer and have had issues. Which will not happen again. When the other dealer was not working to fix the issues Fort stepped up for me. I had an issue with my winch/plow and they instantly got me in and back out plowing snow. Thanks so much to the service crew for knocking it outside for me!

This was the first time that I've done business with Fort Fremont. I have a boat lift that was in urgent need of repair (broken cable). Conner and the service team were responsive and got the repair completed within one day of being contacted. When difficulties were encountered they were overcome with creative solutions from these experienced technicians. I was delighted with the outcome and impressed by their "can-do" attitude.
