It's a building with an owner that acts like a teenager.The staff in the office was lazy and unhelpful.I told them I'd let them work on my car but I'd need them to be professionals about it. Due to this, they decided we should not work together.They are not to be trusted.

I had a great experience and I would highly recommend quantum to anyone. Josh the owner was very friendly and engaging and Franklin the general manager was very helpful. I wish I could remember the names of the other mechanics but everyone was Super friendly and professional.

Very knowledgeable group of guys who know what they re doing. 500 miles into my break-in and my Subaru has already been running better than ever. After weeks of researching local tuners I decided to go with quantum performance to tune my 06 STI after all the good reviews I saw online and im glad I did. They did a great job and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend them for your tuning needs!

Having taken my 2018 WRX there for the first time, upon a recommendation from a good friend, I was not disappointed. Really easy communication, and they asked about everything before performing any work.Not to mention I got my car back quite quickly after work started, being that it was my daily and I needed it asap, I was super pleased that they managed to get it done so quick, for a first time customer. Super pleased.Would definitely go back, and do plan on it for any future work!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Called and got instinct great professionalism and customer service. Took about 3 minutes for me tell the guy what I wanted and when. The other 10 minutes was spent talking about cars. Felt like I knew the guy for years . Nonetheless took my car in and in about 2 and a half hours got my cat-back installed. I am very happy with the job that was done and with the whole crew. Guys were very knowledgeable and honest about what they know or didn't. Again spent about 15 minutes talking cars. The guys even show me my old exhaust and show me where it was leaking. My boyfriend, Jamie E, recently had his newly purchased, used WRX here for a vehicle inspection, exhaust repair, and tune. The guys at the shop were very professional, knowledgeable and told him about issues with the vehicle that weren't originally known to him. Tom kept him updated and informed during every step of the process, which was appreciated.After they tuned his WRX it drives the way a WRX should. They worked on my 2011 Subaru outback, replacing subframe and entire exhaust system. Great service, really took the time to make sure everything was done right and in a timely manner. Would highly suggest this shop if you need honest work done, and will tell you if there is anything else the needs to be done on your car to drive safe!

Quantum Performance is a premier automotive shop. Aaron & Tyler are excellent and professional at diagnostic work, repair and install. I high recommend their service to anyone looking to have aftermarket parts installed. They only recommend parts that they feel have superior quality over cheaper brands, you get what you pay for . Shady business practices, don t come here. I brought my wrx to Quantum suspecting that I had rod knock, they inspected the car and found that it was in fact a lose spark plug. They asked if I had ever changed the spark plugs which I had not since I have not owned the car for very long. They offered to do a compression test to make sure no more damage had been done. The mechanic came back out 30 minutes later and told me that my cylinder 4 was down 55% (cylinders 1-3 at 150psi and cylinder 4 at 118psi) and that I needed a new engine. I was quoted over $10k to replace the motor with a new stock short block.I then took my car to another much more reputable shop which quoted me a much lower price to replace the motor (about half as much). The shop called me back later that day and told me that they had performed multiple compression tests both while the engine was cold and warmed up and determined that the engine was completely healthy (all cylinders within 6psi). Furthermore they said that it looked like a compression test had never been done on it as there was no evidence that the components that need to have been touched in order to perform the test had been touched in months.They tried to take advantage of a younger owner with less mechanical experience. If I hadn t taken it to another more honest shop they would have scammed me into unnecessarily spending $10k to replace a perfectly healthy motor.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

The owner, Aaron is an excellent and knowledgeable car tech. His shop does everything from basic oil changes to entire engine rebuilds. He also has a chassis dyno and he can do fuel injection tuning and write custom programs as well.

They don't know anything about cars and tried to get me in trouble with the law!!! And left with a misfire on cylinders 1, 3, and 4 that wasn't there prior to arrival!!!It was supposed to take 45 minutes to install a basic tuning map, after an 1 hour and 15 minutes the guy in the office went to see what was taking so long, and the owner comes out and says they won't tune my car because it doesn't have a catalytic converter, the check engine light is on, and a couple other things... the car ran great until I married it with a new cobb v3, not knowing it would delete my previous tune.Long story short, they were telling the COPS I had an illegal exhaust and I wanted them to illegally delete the code (reason for check engine light) and tried to get me a fine and not be able to drive my car home with the check engine light on, stability control light on, and cruise control light flashing! Non of which have ever been on prior to going there! Furthermore I HAVE A CATALYTIC CONVERTER!!! I HAVE A COBB GESi 300 HIGH FLOW!!! But the owner and so called master tech didn't know what it was!!Do not take your vehicle here unless you want it messed up! The reviews with 5 stars are fakes, made by their friends!!!Service: Auto engine tuning

I'm personally been talking with these guys about a engine build for my 1991 nissan skyline and regardless of what a few comment I've read on here say, they are amazing. I know nothing about cars other then that I like them and I can do a few things myself in terms of maintenance but these guys broke down the whole idea of what I wanted power wise and explain what I'd need to doo and explained it in every last detail the staff is unbelievably knowledgable and helpful

Added 40 whp and 43 ft/lb torque to my WRX on 93 octane, with just a cold air intake. I can definitely feel the difference; hence the increase in airflow going through my car.Aaron and company are definitely the best around.

Knowledgeable staff, great service, friendly environment. If you ever need help on builds, these are the guys you could turn to for needed products/info on builds/products. Will also get you the best bang for your bucks.

QP saved my Fiance almost $2000 off what dealer wanted for parts and labor and a better product. I can't say enough, genuinely nice and very knowledgeable. They'll tell you exactly what's going on.

I was there looking to get a quote in person, at the shop. After submitting the info they need, the lady promised to have the quote emailed by Monday. After a MONTH, nothing. Called again last week, the lady told me the information is right there on her table, (Really? So you just leave it there every day knowing it's past due for a month?!) and promised again to get back to me on the following Monday. Four days past, still nothing. I don't understand why they would act like this but this is definitely terrible business.
