They are always ready for me when I come in, never have to wait. They are great at explaining the service they provided and their prices are very reasonable. They have great personnel to work with.Overall a great place to take my car for whatever my needs.

I have worked with Aaron Chivers from day one at Larsen Auto. He is a down to earth, trustworthy person who will go above in his job to make sure the customer is satisfied. The whole Larsen Auto team has been good to us throughout all of our years with Larsen Auto. Thank you for making sure you have the staff that any company would be glad to have.

Wonderful staff! They took time to show me all the features on my new car, set up my phone to pair with apple car play and demonstrated all the new safety measures. Top notch staff and service department. I won t buy a car anywhere else!

On time. Informative about oil change, tire rotation. We were sitting outside & the mechanic talked with us for a few minutes not only about our vehicle, but interacted with our dog. It s nice when they are busy to take a few minutes to talk. Receptionist helped me make sure I received my rewards points. Overall = AWESOME!!!!

Scheduling was quick and pleasant. At check-in, Dave helped us with questions on another vehicle. Nice day so we sat at a table outside and visited another customer during the oil change and tire rotation, which started and finished just as promised. Thank you to all the staff at Larsen Auto.

Great customer service. I have had oil changes, tires rotated, a new battery, etc. and recently had new brake pads, rotars, and a caliper replaced. I have always been happy. They are top notch and have excellent customer service.

I had just bought a used Cadillac in Mn. Within one week the issues were: a cracked windshield. Co2 sensors, and suspension system needing servicing.My nearby service mechanic said to go to Larsen.I did and was greeted, listened to, received a diagnosis of issues and the plan ... the service could not have been better, the staff engaged and professional, the popcorn free and the workperfect . Great going guys & girls.

I bought my Buick at Larsen in Frederic Wi. I love my vehicle. From buying to servicing, the staff there has always been respectful and informative. I recommend them to anybody wanting a great experience.

Very fast service, excellent care, everyone was friendly. The dealership and service areas were very clean and bright. I came in for routine service and inquired about running boards for my new Silverado. Although it was an unexpected service, they had them on my truck within thirty minutes of asking. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Service folks kept me informed as the repairs progressed both on how it was going and potential costs. They were personable, efficient, and seemed completely confident in addressing my cars' problem. The repair experience was everything one would hope for.

Rod, Heidi, and the rest of the crew at Larsen Auto Body do great work. I appreciate all the time and effort they put into my car. Heidi was great about communicating with me any delays or hiccups that came up. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The people at Larsen Auto Center went above and beyond for me! I purchased a new Traverse in June and the very next day I hit a deer and my Travers was out if commission. They called me to help me get a loaner vehicle (another Traverse) and we so kind and thoughtful. Working with a local dealership is something I will continue to do.Larsen Auto Body shop did a great job of repairing my Traverse and getting it back to me as quickly as they could!

Just a periodic service appt...but looking for an upgrade in the future. Great service as usual from Dave and Mitch. Courteous and efficient turnaround on my vehicle, as well as pleasant and informative update as to status of my current vehicle. Am considering what my next vehicle move should be.... Darwyn Brown will be my advisor! Informative, straight forward and trustworthy!

Our experience buying a used truck from Larsen was excellent! The sales person was honest and helpful. Their finance people found us excellent terms, and everything went smooth through the entire process, right down to delivery of the license plates. Larsen has exceptional customer service. We had a small issue with the truck, and Larsen stepped right up and made everything right. Can't get any better than a dealership that will stand behind its promise of quality products and service! My dad bought a truck from Tom and had nothing but good things to say about the dealership and his experience I recently purchased a truck through Tom and again I have nothing but good things to say not to mention my experience. I just purchased a new vehicle from them. Darwyn Brown went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I wanted. He was polite, professional and sincere in helping me get the most for my money. Great visit with dealership personnel. This is a fun place to edit for an oil change ad the staff I'd like family. Lots of smiles and catching up since the last 5000 check and tire rotation. A feel good visit:-)

The only repair done of the THREE things this vehicle was in for was the recall notice repair to the air-bag on the passenger side. The running is was NOT resolved, and the other main concern/ repair was supposed to be the service stabilitrack /traction control lights that were on. Not to pleased, especially as the same warning lights came back on two days later.

Shady repair practices, they do not want to even try to help with getting warranty to cover anything. They replaced the faulty part before asking if I wanted them to and were upset at having to put it back while charging me for it.Thank you for the response but from my experience from the first visit I will not be back. I wish you all the best and maybe it was just a fluke event.
