I was this location yesterday to get my AC recharged and the service provided was beyond amazing. The staff was very accommodating, especially with the heat index reaching dangerous levels. I was assisted by the Blake, Jake, and Josh. Josh, the Store Manager, was especially helpful when assisting with valuable information regarding updated on my vehicle I should be aware of in the future.Usually when I come to places like this I'm always getting ripped off or overcharged. Definitely not the case here! Top notch service and conveniently located next to a car wash. I will definitely be back here for future services.

Josh and his team are rock stars, very honest, they walk you through everything, are experts in their field. I ll def be coming back and would highly recommend them for your oil change needs!

Angel, Blake, and Jack were very helpful and advised me on the best maintenance plan for my car, outside of changing my oil. I needed an oil change on my lunch break and my service was complete in less than 15 minutes! Super 5 star service!!! :)

I couldn t be happier with the experience I had going to Valvoline for my truck s oil change. It was so disappointing to hear that the Ford dealer who did my last oil change over tightened the oil filter and stripped my drain plug by overtightening it. I will return here for my old changes in the future. Thank you for doing a great job!

I had borrowed my grandpa's car for a couple weeks while mine was in the shop and wanted to get an oil change for him as a thank you, since I knew he hadn't since at least April.Nick was really great and told me the oil was still very good, saving me about $80 (made sense, grandpa doesn't drive much). Then he topped off all my other fluids, no charge!I would absolutely go back, just because I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

I have been a customer at this Valvoline for years, but this particular day I had the worst experience. I went in for an oil change for my 2018 Cadillac XT5 in December 2022. When the mechanic took off the cover to my air filter, he dropped 3 of the 5 screws and didn t realize I was watching. When it was time to put the cover back on, I asked if he put the 3 screws he dropped back on. He told me it was secure with just 2. I told him I came with 5 and I m leaving with 5. The mechanic below unscrewed the air filter cover again and tried to find them, but they had fallen inside somewhere. He then told me they didn t carry extra screws. I asked for the manager. He came over and apologized and said he would order them and call me once they arrived . They also forgot to put my Cadillac emblem tire valve screws back on after adding air to my tires. The district manager (Shawn) called a couple days later and apologized. He said he d like to take care of the situation after I explained everything to him. He stated he would send a coupon for the amount I paid for the oil change. I also let him know that the mechanic forgot to put my Cadillac emblem tire valve screws back on. The district manager (Shawn) told me to order them and that the manager, Nick at the Franklin, WI. Valvoline, would reimburse me for the tire valve screws when I showed the receipt. Before hanging up, Shawn, the district manager repeated that I should receive the coupon within 5-7 business days for the amount I spent, plus have Nick reimburse me for the new tire valve screws I purchased. Needless to say, it s been 1 month. I have yet to get a call back from Nick, the manager at the Franklin WI. Valvoline, to get my 3 missing screws replaced from the air filter cover, and my Cadillac emblem tire valve screws, nor did I receive a coupon for a free oil change from Shawn the district manager. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THAT PARTICULAR VALVOLINE, and would strongly discourage anyone else from going to that one as well! I have never experienced such horrible service! For those reasons I am a very Disgruntled Customer!Service: Oil change

I liked it better when Misrer Car wash was in control of the service Bay, they would offer a bottle of water while you waited. the last oil change cost me a $105 Or my 2014 Malibu. Apparently their Wi-Fi was down so they had to take a manual invoice with my debit card and I couldn't get a receipt unless I took a picture of the computer with my phone. Also I used to get a free car wash with every oil change not this time.

I don t understand how I can take my Jeep through a car wash and 50% of it doesn t even get touched by the brushes. I have the same problem on Miller Parkway. It said that the reason I have an unlimited membership is so I can make the two or three trips through the car wash that it takes to get it clean The only Mister car wash that does a decent job around here is the one on Highway 100 and Layton.

Went in for an oil change and they said they couldn't take the filter off and I had to go back to the dealer. The dealer said there is a special tool. How does the oil change location not have the tool to take off a Toyota filter. Was sent away.

A friend of mine went to this location to get his differential serviced and the worker didn't refill and he got 9 miles down the road and the rear end locked up. His review of this situation was removed because they will not take responsibility for their negligence. Do not go to ANY Valvoline location.To further expand on this situation, they continue to reply to our reviews saying they would resolve it. And apparently their only way to resolve is to remove reviews. They don't want the truth getting out about how they don't hold their employees responsible for the costly mistakes.

After 2 weeks for calling for oil filters because I drive a Volkswagen they had finally got them in stock which is now no fault of their own but once I have arrived they had lied to me and told me I had an oil leak and that they would not be able to service it and I should take it to the dealership immediately after taking to the dealership found out there's no oil leak I understand that they are trying to take precautions to cover themselves but with throwing around false accusations of an oil leak that could leave to something very serious.. so was it that you guys still didn't have the oil filters after I called and you told me to come up or is your mechanic unsure what a oil leak looks like which is kind of concerning being in this business

So this use to be Misters oil change, looks like valvoline is now the service provider. The employee i encountered today was a horrible experience that makes both times coming here a bad experience. I will no longer use this oil shop as the employees are lacking in the quality of customer service/ 45 min wait on a 4 bay shop. Pretty sad. Use to be in and out all fluids checked and smile on my face.. so longService: Oil change

Out of the few Valvoline Instant Oil Changes in the Franklin/Greenfield area; this one is my go to location. I was in and out without anybody trying to sell me filters or windshields wipers.

Was turned away for oil change @ 5pm , was told they ran out of oil filters. Really only 2 major things that need to be stocked...oil and filters, other fluids would be nice as well but lets start with the basics

They told me i was 1,000 to early for oil change. That was nice! Then they topped fluids off checked tire pressure. I was on my way in 10 min.

Have gone to this place for years, and after this last experience will never go back. Charged me $70 for an oil change, stripped my oil drain plug, and loosened my tire valve core the last two times. Also, missing the tire valve cap on two tires after they filled my tires.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Drove home after I got my oil changed and my check engine light turned on, oil pressure light turned on, and the car started smoking and stinking. Stuck on the side of the road with 2 toddlers in the car in 22� weather. Leaked $145 worth of oil on the road because they never tightened the oil filter housing. For a place that specializes in oil changes, I had higher expectations and I am beyond disappointed with this service.Service: Oil change
