I feel that over the years, true customer service has been something that you really do not see with companies anymore. You buy something from them, and then they are on too the next sale not really caring about the after care and support of that customer.I was shopping around looking to purchase new snow equipment for our landscaping company when I called Spellman Trailers and spoke with Tom Schmidt. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the snow equipment that I had interest in. He asked me to stop into the shop for further details on the equipment.After meeting with Tom, I knew this is the guy I want to do business with. He's knowledgeable,honest and will take the time to explain the product to make sure what your looking to buy is right for you.Even after purchasing our equipment from him, he has always been there for questions on the phone, and general information.Spellman Trailers will have my business moving forward.
