July 18, 2022 at 3:00pm-4:0pm incident happened at Sam's club, 27th St, franklin, WI. The mechanics damaged my vehicle also lost one nut bolt with negligence while said the car came without one nut/bolt, damaged another nut/bolt too and refused proper ownership of the situation. Well ! It takes over 90ft lbs to torque and stripe the nut and bolt; afterword's they solicited another 3rd party ;location I should go to get it fixed. this is kind of scam. Please kindly assist me with issues. I had good experience with Sams club but if it is easily resolvable. I will take business elsewhere.. Thanks

I will give 0 because this place is a joke the broke your stuff and dnt even be responsible for it. I have to get my car towed away cause the break something in my car. It was 30 minutes install and Last for almost 3 hours did waste my time there good price with tire but save your time and read comments about them. After that the tell me ti drive my car like just with 2 screw holding the tire. If I did what they I will have a car accident and will Sue everybody in there thanks God I took the towed that I ended up paying my self I went to econ�mical tire on Miller park they got the job done better price, rotation and alligment.

You should be able to give 0 stars. I ve been a club member for years and have gone to several different tire centers. This one is by far the worst tire center I ve been to. They didn t have the tools to do my vehicle after scheduling me out weeks for install on new tires. Then couldn t figure out how to refund me, left me at the counter, and worker was outside smoking instead of getting help!

Update: previously Sam s Tire said I needed to have the sensor replaced and told me they didn t have any. Not ONCE, until recently, did they say that I could buy one from Amazon and they would put it on! Ugh! So now I am waiting- over TWO HOURS- for them to replace it. (They only had 2 cars before me, 1 flat tire & idk the other.) HORRIBLE Service!!! The phone has been ringing a lot and the girl working here ignores it.So FRUSTRATING!!!!! The TPMS (tire sensor warning light) was on, I asked them to help fix it. They UNPLUGGED it and said I needed a new sensor. They said they would put in a new one. That was OVER TWO MONTHS ago! Despite several phone calls to Sam's asking them about the sensor and the answer is No. (Status is still the same.) Today, I discovered that I had a flat tire (huge piece of metal in the tire.) I have the warranty on my tires, so I called the Sam's Roadside service. (They were FABULOUS!) Guy came, put on the spare/donut tire, and I went to Sam's to get the tire fixed. They can't fix it because they don't have patches. WHAT?!?! How can a tire center NOT have a way to fix tires that are purchased at their facility? They said they haven't been able to get patches for a few MONTHS!!! INSANE!!!

Had an appointment at 8am very first appointment. At 945. I'm told that they can not take the locks of my tires and I will have to go somewhere to get them loosen. And when I come back they will get the new tires put on asap. Dropped the car off 1045. All lug nuts loosen at 1144 they can not get one off and let me know about it. Finally after telling them how to get it off it. Came off with very little effort by them.Wasted my entire morning and early afternoon with Sam's club Might be a good price but go somewhere else to install.

Nathan 2556 and Justin 4285 did a excellent job. They were very friendly, and the service was fast. They made it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend these guys.

Slow service, not trust worthy. After completing I found that tyre pressure was not set then I asked to fill up the pressure. The mechanic fill pressure for 40 PSI. Don't look for cheap option.

They were booked out for weeks but they still made time to get my tires mounted. Great service, great auto team!

Horrible service, they damage my air suspensions and they were not even able to get the new tires in, and the claim service is a joke. They are ignoring my calls and email. I m thinking about getting lawyers involved because they also damage my sister s air pressure tire sensor

They tell you 20 minutes and a hour later they are done. Not quick.
