I had an amazing experience. They had great customer service, with great communication. They answered their phone when I called and updated me throughout the process. Having recently dealt with another brand's service and had a terrible experience it really highlighted that good service is possible. I would have awarded them 5 stars except in the span of the last 90 minutes I have been hit with so many texts requesting this review (something I planned to do after work) that I am just putting this review up hoping to stop the madness of the text onslaught.Edit: the texts stopped and I decided I was being too hard on them for something that likely wasn't their fault. Changed to 5 stars.

Consider this in a world where selfishness is rampant and customer service is vanilla at best. My latest experience was great. They went above and beyond during just an oil change. I appreciate the candor and professionalism and patience shown during my appointment.

My car was picked up and brought back to my apartment. That was much appreciated. The gentlemen were on time. I received texts confirming when they would arrive and when they returned to the service department. Aaron, called me several times to advise me what needed to be done and an approximate cost and asked if I needed any other work to be done . I requested the battery be checked and that was done as well as checking out my brakes, tires and fluid levels. All in all, a great experience. My thanks to all who were involved in fixing my car. Good service, especially the vehicle pick up and delivery. Keep up the good work!

Called Aaron about the problem I was having with my truck. Got me on the schedule right away. Aaron was off the day it was dropped off. (Sorry I can t remember the guy who helped me) but he kept me informed of what was going on and the test that was being done. Hiller Ford and the service advisors have always been a pleasure to work with. This experience was very smooth. Thank you guys!

Rachel and her staff took great care of our vehicle~treated it like their own. Super helpful(didn t treat me like a dumb lady) clean and honest. I highly recommend Rachel at Hiller Ford!!!

Very happy with the quality of customer care provided when I went for an oil change. The reminder to check my Ford app for points resulted in a free oil change.

Hiller Fords service in this instance was outstanding plain and simple! I had to drop off the car without any appointment do to the sudden transmission problem. They looked into it the very next day. They had the part sent overnight and I had my car back within 48 hours. The repair was covered by Ford extended coverage. Could not be more pleased!Service: Transmission

Took in for oil change and the tech found a leak. Rachel took me right out with a flashlight to see what was going on and explained what could be going on.. THAT is customer service! Honest and articulate. Thanks Rachel!

They scheduled an appointment within 2 weeks and completed the work within the time frame they gave. The truck doesn't make noise anymore. Very satisfied.

First time visiting this service department and I highly recommend them. Had my old f350 towed there and was originally told it could take up to 3 weeks to have it looked at but they could maybe get it in sooner. They were actually able to get it looked at same day and repaired less than a week later. Great first experience with hiller ford!
