This will be my new place to go! Nice waiting area. You can get appointments same day / next day. Prices are reasonable / cheaper than other places I've been to. Tire patch took less than an hour, and this saved me money vs. buying a new one. Nice courteous staff.

Rachel is honest and was awesome to work with! She helped me over the phone when my tire went flat in my driveway. She told me what to do and what not to do! She probably saved me $100s because what I was planning would have made it worse. My tire ultimately had a nail in it and was fixable because of her help! 10 stars!!

These people had our honda twice with a mention about humming in the front end on the highway.The 1st time for an oil change."Everything looks good"The 2nd time a squeak was also mentioned over bumps.They replaced a tie rod.(Overtightened with no play)Mechanics reading this ...You're right:Cv joint and wheel hub.So bad it was risky to drive it.Peace of mind is a precious commodity that these people do not deliver.Had our wheel fallen off(A real possibility)a lawsuit could have happened so before complaining about my review or trying to justify lack of action, let that sink in.

The first time I went to do business with them it was great over priced but everything was well taken care of but the second and third were different. The first thing was they broke my trim piece and didn't tell me or the shops boss he had to ask his employee what happened so that's a mark against. I was told what parts I needed and when installed it didn't fix the problem. I was then told something different was broken and when I had it test buy a different mechanic it was in working order. All in all they treat you with respect but you might end up paying more than you really need to

Got all four tires replaced on my sedan. Quick turn around for an appointment. Took less than an hour. Staff was professional and made my product selection easy.

Daughter took a tire in to be plugged. Appreciated they were able to do it same day but they charged her $50. Feel it was very expensive for a plug. Next time we will be shopping around.

My rental car suddenly had a low engine oil notification pop up. I called Pete s, and they got me in immediately. They were super busy but still made time to assess my vehicle and complete an oil change. As I waited, I witnessed them assist a man who walked in with broken windshield wipers (it was raining) and they even brought a tire into the lobby for other customers to look at. Even though they were very busy, they provided quality service and were very pleasant to interact with. If I lived in the area, I would come here for my vehicle s needs.

I was there asking to change some tires. WOW over $400.00 They told me. Oh, our machine costs 10,000 dollars. And we need $$$$ for our new business in Milton that we want to open up thus summer. Guess what. GO TO DISCOUNT TIRES IN JANESVILLE. good prices and you won't get ripped off. Come on people..Wake up. These people don't give two nickles about you. They want everyone dollar they can scam out of you. I need to pay for my new house, my new truck, my new baby, my new Cadillac, me, me, me...man sounds like Aaron Roger's. .Pete's once was a great place to go. Not any more. This was my first oil change experience with Pete's Tire Service in Fort Atkinson.Mike was very pleasant on the phone when I called to schedule the appointment. He provided me with helpful information including pricing to help me determine which type of oil I wanted to use.When I arrived, both Mike and Clint greeted me. Both were friendly and smiling (a great combination when you want people to feel welcomed and want them to be returning customers).When my oil change was completed, I spoke with Clint. He was great at informing me of what the technician found and recommended for a future visit.While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to overhear Clint on a phone call with a customer. He was very informative, patient and extremely helpful.I felt completely comfortable in their place of business and would highly recommend them. They not only do oil changes but are also a full service garage and of course sell, mount, balance and rotate tires.They provide complimentary coffee, comfortable seating, a big screen TV and a table for kids to color in coloring books.If you haven't visited them yet I recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed.

First time using Fort Atkinson Pete s Tire. I m a student at UWW and I try to do as many of my own repairs as I can, as I have had no luck finding a quality shop nearby. Called Pete s Tire in fort explained what I needed done, they called me back when they said they would with a quote, got my vehicle in and done the next day, 4 new tires, alignment, engine tune up (spark plugs, air filter, etc) and tie rod ends. They hit my preferred max price on the dot with the estimate and were very honest and helpful with all my questions! Definitely recommend them.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

This place really bailed me out. Had destroyed tire and couldnt be without a car for long. They ordered a tire before noon, got it in and put on vehicle before 4pm. Great service!

This is my 2nd time going here and will be permanently switching to Petes in Fort! My brake fluid was leaking this am and Petes was able to get my car in today at 4pm and called at 5pm with a caliber replaced and ready for pick up! Amazing customer service and will definetly support this local business opposed to the other big dealer on the other end of town with terrible customer service. The receptionist was so kind and understanding. Can't reccomend this place enough! Thank you so much!!!Service: Brakes

Great experience! First time visitor but I'll be back! Nice waiting area, and service was excellent! Was able to get in last min to get a nail removed from my tire SAME DAY. Service was great and priced right too! Highly recommend!
