Tim Maney Was a huge help, it was my first time buying from a dealership and while other employees were wrapped up in their things, Tim made time for me and my smaller purchase despite his other commitments. He had an answer or solution to all my questions and overall was very nice and personable! hoping my next purchase is with him as well!

Hands down the best experience I had with a dealership. I ordered a new vehicle out of state and they made the process seamless and easy. Carlos kept me up to date on everything from the build to the shipment of the truck. If I had to buy a new ford again it would be from these guys.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership and it was done all out of state! Huge S/O to John Chady, GM. When it comes to communication, this guy is where it s at. From the order being placed in March, to staying in touch the entire way, he made sure to keep me up to date the whole time. He also went above and beyond to keep all paperwork etc for me as the car is a GT500 track pack and a future collectible. I requested for the car to not be touched when delivered from Ford, and John made sure that this was communicated through the entire dealership which many have difficult doing. He made sure to also have chains put around the car until my transport guy could pick it up to bring to Ohio. Thank you to John, Tim and the entire Griffin Ford team for making my dream come true. I will be purchasing my Ford vehicles from this dealership only moving forward!

I was there this past Saturday 3-11-23 and purchased a SUV from them. Carlos Martinez Sosa was my Sales Representative and he did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible. I truly recommend this dealer. Great cars and great customer support even after the purchased went through. I have been in contact with Carlos with questions here and there and everything has been great so far. 5 Stars for sure!

I went to Griffin Ford twice in the past month for service on my 8 year old F150 and each time the technicians were fantastic and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them for service and Denny in the sales department was great as well.

I am super happy that I stopped at Griffin in Fort in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Thanks to Carlos, who knew I was in the market of looking for a vehicle and he helped me find what I needed. Hospitality and customer service was great. They knew that there was a shake in the vehicle that just needed a system upgrade. carlos made an appointment with Chrysler in Jefferson at no cos to me. Highly recommend Griffin and Ford and if you re looking for a salesman ask for Carlos Martinez, he will most likely help you what you re looking for.

Even though it took almost a year from the day I put a deposit down on my 2023 Ford Maverick Hybrid until I actually picked it up it was worth the wait. Truck is everything expected and gets great gas mileage! Sales staff, financing department and sales manager all went above and beyond to help taking delivery smooth and easy.

I had been researching Navigators since December. I located several near me that grabbed my attention. I was also watching a small dealership about 500 miles from me in WI. Suffice it to say, I made the drive from Kansas City to Fort Atkinson, WI to trade in my 2015 Toyota SUV. Zach, from Griffin Ford, took the lead from my e-mail inquiry. He was easy to work with, professional and responsive. He and his managers worked out a trade in value on my existing vehicle and I setup an appointment to make the 8 hour drive. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sales manager, who knew who I was based off of my Toyota. He informed me that Zach was out sick, but he improvised and put me in touch with Eric after a short wait. Eric handled the finances and after a short sales pitch for extended warranty s, GAP, etc, I was out of there, driving back to KS. My total time in the building was approximately 1 hour, which was more than acceptable to me. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely make the drive again.

Customer service is less then exceptional especially with one of the main guys in the shop part. I usually work with Kay whom is great but today the gentleman working was very short and rude. Not impressed and had him before with same demeanor. Took our business elsewhere today and had a much better experience.

The service department exceeded my expectations. My 2016 Gmc Terrain was diagnosed and fixed in a timely and professional manner. The rep was very upfront and knowledgeable about my repairs and the cost of service. I will ALWAYS have my vehicle serviced here from now on!!Thank you so much Ford Griffin.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our car buying experience. But our service experience lately has been horrific. Our explorer was in about two weeks ago and they told us there was nothing wrong after doing the tire rotation and inspecting the car. Today, after having it at a different mechanic and spending $600, we found out that a rear hub bearing went bad to the point where the tire was going to fall off at any point. Had we not brought it to another mechanic we could have been in a serious accident. I will be following up with the service manager and the dealership manager so this happens to no one else. Needless to say my service business will be going elsewhere from now on.

Griffin Ford was able to get my truck repaired and back to me as promised even with me adding a couple of additional items when they took the vehicle. Having the use of a loaner vehicle while my truck was in was nice. They also picked up and delivered my truck. Will definitely use them for future needs.

The "puddle lights" on my 2020 F-150 inexplicably would turn on and off for no apparent reason. One night they would stay off the next night they would turn on and off. I could turn them off by hitting the door lock on the fob but then they would come back on. I explained my dilemma to Rachel (customer service rep in service). Rachel was able to squeeze me in on a Friday and had a tech look at it. The tech rand diagnostics which showed a shor in the system which he thought might be caused by the light switch. Rachel told me that if the switch arrived on Saturday morning, she would call me and have the tech replace it. Which she did. Of course that didn't turn out to be the problem. I called Rachel on Monday morning, she set up another appointment for Friday, Rachel called me and told me they had earlier opening.I truly appreciate the personal attention that Rachel has provided in this matter. Five stars to her.

I sat down with Carlos Martinez Sosa and he was AMAZING! He was very professional yet personable. He met my every need and was very understanding and made sure that I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about everything. 10/10 would recommend Carlos and will be going back to him for every car from here on out. Purchased car when it was Havill Spoerl. With that said, I have preferred customer package allowing me oil changes / tire rotations (pre paid when purchased.) Last time I was here they did not rotate tires stating not enough tread so they couldn't rotate tires. Was told today my plan expired but they will honor it until complete (two more oil changes and tire rotations)Updated Edit: Recently took auto into body shop for insurance claim repair. Maynard and his crew worked directly with me and my insurance company start to finish making everything seamless. Contacting me with each and every step of the process.

I found my car online @ Griffin (after months of searching limited local dealership inventory, and the unsuccessful, delayed build, new order process). Brian was awesome - he is so personable, professional, detailed, patient and helpful. With extra pictures and all the questions he answered for me I felt like I really knew the car I was getting. He brought the car 2 hours to meet us. It was polished and beautiful! He even provided some rode snacks for our long 900 mile trip home. Everyone at Griffin was really helpful and made the long distance purchase a breeze! Their detail shop "beefed" up my Bronco Sport, and I have a one of kind gorgeous car! Do not hesitate working with these folks! Call on Brian for anything you need!!!

Recommended to me by a family member and I m glad they did! They had good prices on the vehicles and mine specifically was a very good special they had going on at the time. My experience with the salesman, Tim, was wonderful! Felt like I was talking with a family member. Tim treated me like a human being and not like a sale stat and I appreciated the humanity that comes with that. I was able to test drive the car by myself due to Covid restrictions I m assuming. This is my third car purchased and my first brand new vehicle, and for once, I felt like I was confident in my purchase and not swindled or taken advantage of like I had felt in the past.The whole team was very knowledgeable and friendly and they have definitely earned my business for future vehicle and service purchases.Update: had a vibration issue with the vehicle that turned out to be simple ice build up in the rims. Service helped me out with no appointment after speaking with Tim on the phone. What an amazing dealership.

I took the van for a test drive and noticed that the engine was making a fluttering sound. When I asked Tim the salesman about it. He told me he had heard it as well and it goes away when the van warms up. I asked if we could talk to anyone in service about it. He then held up the point inspection and said, see we inspected it . I went ahead with the purchase. I drove the van an hour and a half to home. The van made the noise the whole way home. I believe an hour and a half is substantial time for a vehicle to warm up. Being concerned I had emailed Tim explaining the sound was still there the whole time. Even after it had warmed up. I did not receive a response. I then took the vehicle to a local reputable dealer and had them look at the van. I paid $150 to have them fix the van. The vacuum hose was installed wrong on the air box. The vehicle no longer makes the noise. While I was nervous about what could possibly be wrong with my new van. I did blue book it. Probably something I should ve done before purchasing. I paid $27,000 for the van. It bluebooks in good condition at $24,000. I did ask Tim for a preferred customer price. I buy these vans for my business and this is the second one I ve bought from Griffin this year. He gave me $100 off. Not many people buy two vehicles in the same year. I will need to buy many more of these in the future. Griffin Ford seemed to be a good source but now I m doubting whether I return or not. In business I ve learned it s more profitable to build strong relationships. Than it is to try and get rich off of one sale.

I popped into the shop to set up an appointment to put my visor back on and the service was amazing. Kay took my visor, talked with a repair man and fixed it right there for me at no charge. It made my whole day! I couldn t recommend a better place to go to get better service.

Never have had a bad experience with Griffin. Everyone is so friendly and polite. Bought my second vehicle from them and have my vehicle serviced there as well. My vehicle is always ready in a decent amount of time and I love how they explain everything to you at pick up. As far as what they did, what will need to be done next time, etc. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience! We own a competing brand of electric vehicle and were attending a show at the dinner theater (great!). I called ahead and asked it I could use/pay to use their charging station and was told "no problem". We got there on a rainy morning, had a very friendly greeting, was shown the charging station and given a ride to the theater! I was not asked to pay. Very friendly people. Thanks Griffin!

We were visiting from out of state and had a problem with our truck. When we stopped in to the service dept, Kay was so helpful and understanding. She was able to pinpoint the problem and get us an appointment quickly. The repairs were done, the problem taken care of, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our visit. We highly recommend the service and staff at Griffin Ford!

Excellent experience at Griffin Ford Fort Atkinson. Dennis was wonderful to work with. He made buying a car easy. We drove 4 hours to purchase a specific vehicle and it was everything he said it was. Definitelyrecommend this dealership!
