For my Chevy express- I bought a door, bumper, grille, 2 rims and 2 tires from them. I get there and there a huge hole in the middle of the door and it's been repainted with rattle can. The bumper had all three mounts rusted off and the rims were extremely rusted on the I side- I've never seen them so bad. The outside looked not bad, but sure made me nervous. The only that was nice was the used tires. 2 months later I get them mounted and find out there not 10ply like I asked for and one had 2 big slashes in the sidewalls. These are truly bottom of the barrel parts- stick with Morrison's. I just wasted good money on this junk.

I read most of the reviews on this page. I understand sometimes a person has a bad experience at a business. But this place is top-notch. Every employee was nice, courteous, friendly. They even towed my car on a Saturday morning. The work was done in a timely way and the price was very reasonable. It may not be the prettiest place on earth, but I'd trust these guys with any job that came up. Five+ stars.....

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Dependable Auto Parts. My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from them over the years--starting with my first car when I was in college 20+ years ago. Can't beat the price, the service and the reliability!

If you ever need parts for a vehicle go to dependable auto parts in Fort Atkinson WI. They are very reasonable on prices. When you go ask for Jason he is very pleasant person to have help you what you need.

Great friendly service. Called on phone late on friday and they put my order in. Called back Monday that it was ready. For $60 got a passenger seat in perfect condition. Easy in and out (I even had a 5 and 3 year old with me). Would definitely come back!

There were no signage to signifying the necessity to go into the office prior to viewing the cars in the lot. I was looking at a truck with a tailgate that was half taken apart, completely disgusting inside, and the steering column was all but fallen down except a limp wiring harness and a few small pieces of plastic. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was yelled at by an attendant even though I passed by an employee before when I arrived and they said nothing. Apparently it was a personal truck of one of the employees personal truck, although it appeared as any of the other cars in the lot. I was then escorted to the office like I had committed a crime and then I had to explain myself even though I had done nothing except walk around. VERY ANNOYED AT THE LACK OF SIGNS

I brought my car into Dependable Auto because I needed a water pump that I knew was going bad, and to charge my air conditioning. The owner, staff, and mechanic were without a doubt the nicest people I have ever dealt with while doing work on my car. The estimate was very fair, and they stuck with it not trying to gouge me with other costs like you sometimes hear. The car was done in a very reasonable time, and they took special care to keep sparkling clean like I brought it to them.A TEN PLUS for sure for this group, and a special thank you to Jake. Jake took the time to answer any and all of my crazy questions without making me feel like a pest. I really worried about finding a reputable and trustworthy place to work on our cars. I really lucked out finding them.

I travel all the way from Madison to buy all my used parts there my guy there is super smart and can find whatever I need and their prices blow away everybody in the Madison area by a mile maybe 2 miles and the owner is super friendly as well look forward to continuing purchasing all my used car automotive parts from them love that place

Just wanna say these guys are stellar! I have a lifted super duty and the gentlemen that installed my rear window and windshield got er done even though I m sure it wasn t easy being up so high. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and personable. On top of that, the cost for both windshield and rear window and installation I saved money over the competition. Highly recommend these guys! Plus I got 2 spare tires to boot! Don t think I ve had a better experience at an auto shop!

Honest and Reliable company!! I managed to break an AC bracket and no other company would even look or care when I called for the part. Customer service was great and the price was even better! Could not have asked for a better experience! They really saved me when I was in a bind. Would definitely recommend for anything! Awesome company and great customer service! Thank you!!

"Box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get", the only dependability is in their name !their parts at times are sketchy, their customer service can be nice ,can be bad !their idea of price matching is not what it should be! if you're going to match the price, you match it exactly !not $155 more and only a 90 day warranty when it's a year warranty? they need to get a clue ,and be consistent.! Undependable

These folks really know what they are doing!! They had to replace the engine in my van and did a great job! Great pricing on auto parts coupled with technical mechanics who have a wonderful work ethic. Everyone is helpful and eager to provide great service to the customer!UPDATE:One of the hardest things to do, is to determine who you are going to do business with to service your automotive needs? The larger the need drives the expense of the project. This usually warrants more of your time to investigation and research vendors who all want your business. So, when you find a vendor that surfaces to the top of the group, like a tasty spaghetti sauce, you sing their praises loud and clear! I m singing about such a vendor, Dependable Auto in Fort Atkinson.It started with the grueling task of finding an engine to replace the one in my van. The usual bartering and maneuvering for the best price took place with many different vendors. I finally decided to go with Dependable Auto in Fort Atkinson. They were not the least expensive, but they have a hard-working staff, who has great experience and knowledge of the automotive industry. They are personable and take a genuine interest in your needs. When all was said and done, I paid for the engine and their service.Now, here is the clencher that made a customer for life the follow up service!!! I came to discover later, that I didn t hire a garage shop to fix my vehicle, at a very fair price I hired true professionals that wanted to keep me on-the-road ! Their follow up service is second to none in this geographical area.If you need a truly professional team for your automotive needs, I strongly recommend Dependable Automotive to fulfill your needs! They were simply asked for a switch in a particular vehicle which they swore they had up and down. Knowing the difference between different year model numbers to the other. Not only did they want to sell you the wrong switch but they wanted to sell you the whole steering column. Only after you waited 4 days for them to get back to you...?

Staff there is kind of rude and acts like you are bothering them, if you have anysort of issue good luck, took them 2 weeks to get me a replacement part when the one they gave me was defective (they didn't even order it, I had to call and ask whats up about 10 times in 2 weeks before they bothered) I expect a little better service when I spend $600+ and in the end they would do nothing for me like a discount or something after I was unable to drive my vehicle for 2+weeks while waiting for them. This isnt the first problem ive had with them either, I wont ever do buisness with them again, they arent very dependable, Go to LKQ smart parts, or B&M out in waukesha
