The team was SO wonderful and helpful. All of them came together to help me get what I needed. Ty the GM, Blake, Christian, and Ethan all took such good care of me and got me everything that I needed & beyond. I was so touched by how polite and caring they were especially considering how helpless I would have been without their assistance and guidance. They even noticed that my battery needed to be checked and saved me a huge potential headache down the line. I really recommend this shop and their customer service is unparalleled in the area. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I will certainly be back! What a great group of guys! Nothing like the way I was treated when I got to Auto Zone to have my battery replaced in Jefferson their manager left a lot to be desired in the customer service department. Won t be going back there again. But thankfully there won t be a need because Advance Auto Parts in Fort has a wonderful team!!!

Everyone that works here is always very helpful. I really appreciate Christian s help choosing the right battery for my car and testing my old battery to confirm it s needed to be replaced.

If I could give this store a zero I would! Absolutely horrible customer service, no respect for customers. Management is laughable, I believe his name is Mike, when you hangup on a customer because you don't have a level of professionalism to answer questions.

I work at advance auto Fort Atkinson the manager ty he was mean and bossing me around and he doesn't do his full job right he has other people do it and I wasn't able to call or I get wrote up and fired, when I had my day off he said I was going to work on my day off he wouldn't give me one weekend off a month so I could go see my family but he said no everytime. And the district manager everytime I would talk to him tell him thing he would run back to my manager ty and say my name then the next day I would get yelled at by ty

They're okay they're staff is not that friendly nor helpful so I went next door to AutoZone where I was helped instantly no problems no questions no qualms much friendlier service at AutoZone

Purchased a battery online, my order was ready immediately to pick up. Great customer service from the older gentleman who helped me out, he even installed and removed my old battery for me. If you're looking for really knowledgeable and professional autoparts experts, then look no further.

Rudest I've been treated in a long time. I walk up to the counter with my items, and the employee behind the counter walks away and clearly says "Not my guy." I have to pick up my items, move to the end of the counter. When I ask what's the deal, the other employee says, "That's just *****" (I'm not out to get him fired). The only thing I could think of was that I was wearing a mask and none of the employees were. Last time I shop here.

Just went to pick up a FedEx package that FedEx had delivered to them since they receive packages that FedEx wasn't able to deliver to the person(s) listed (name & address) on the package to hold for the receiving party for a duration period before returning the package to sender. It was a simple and quick process, I was in and out in literally only a couple minutes.

I love the people who work at this location. They are friendly and really try to help. When I leave I feel a lot less stressed than when I arrived. They definitely have great customer service!

Ok I've been here two weekends in a row and I'm not very happy at all. To start they only ever seem to have two people there I have dealt with Heather and Mercedes. Mercedes can't seem to do anything by herself always asking the manager Heather for help with her problem when Heather is already dealing with a customer interrupting her. Mercedes will be randomly walking around and trying to chit chat with Heather when there is a line of people and not being very helpful. Now today my partner and I walked to Advance auto over a mile from out house our thermostat gasket for our mini van had blown out so we couldn't drive our van. We checked online to make sure they had one before we started walking we get there since they haven't done a store wide inventory in "quite a while" according to Heather they didn't actually have it or at least couldn't find it. She contacts Janesville Advanced Auto Parts to see if they could bring one over for us cause again we had no car. We are told at 11 am that the gasket should be here no later then 11:30. So we walk up to burger king for a early lunch and to wait. We come back at 11:30 and the gasket hasn't even left Janesville yet. My partner and I are beyond mad at this point when we had started our quest at 10 am it was 75 degrees by 11:30 it was 88 with a heat Index of 90. We still have to walk back install the gasket with the gasket seal and leave the car sit for 24 hours. Two hours later were no closer to getting this gasket. We walked over to O'Reilly auto parts and guess what. They had the gasket we spent 5 minutes at O'Reilly's and was on out way home. From now on O'Reilly's is getting my business.

Would be a 5-star rating for service, but their Whitewater store hours posted on the Internet are wrong and they were closed on Saturday citing a lack of staff.

We tend to order the majority of our parts online. I come in for pickup and they always have my order ready. I personally have never had any issues. Great people.

Not feeling the love anymore. I guess not open til 9pm on Monday night? Called, and told they are closed. Trying to get new part because they sold me wrong part twice. Now my car out of service until they reopen and get us right part. Bummed in Cambridge.

Heather D. Saved my father and I after the first leg of our fishing trip started rough with a blown alternator. Coasted the truck and boat into the parking lot. She set up up with a new alternator and a cart of tools. 30 minutes later we were back on the road. I cannot thank them enough.

Went to get a part that they said they have but when I got there to buy it they didn't have it and had to order it for me but I'm still waiting for them to call me when the part comes in but I'm still waiting????
