Wonderful staff, very helpful and always willing to take the time to answer all of our questions.I would highly recommend them for your equipment rental needs and sales and service of Cub Cadet lawn and garden items.We especially liked the Cub Cadet zero turn lawnmower with the steering wheel instead of levers... Even my wife was comfortable driving it!

Very helpful. They did not oversell. They suggested just the right equipment I needed for my project. Price was perfect for such a small project. I will definitely rent from them again. Also, if I ever buy any lawn equipment or a power washer or other small equipment I will definitely buy from them as I know I can rely on their service to help maintain the equipment.

Amazing service. Took our cub cadet there after awful service elsewhere. The Westbrook technician went over and above. His ability is amazing and the price was reasonable! You shouldn't go elsewhere!

We took several items there to be serviced only to have to take them back because parts were never replaced when they should have been. We used the wood splitter for 90 minutes after getting the muffler fixed and the muffler was so loose it melted a wire. We went to pick it up and they wanted to charge us $200! We got the charge removed but now the splitter will not start. We were told to take it somewhere else. That is not service!

Awesome Owners an Very Customer oriented. Went above an beyond to get the equipment I needed for my home project,when I needed it.Service Dept guys always willing to help ,load an unload, an explaining equipment operation.Its doent get any better

If u need to rent equipment go see these guys, I needed a woodchipper last minute and these guys came thru and offered me a very good price on it as long as I had it back earlier. Well I did but at the very last second, thank you guys for all the help, will definitely be coming to u for my next project.

Rented a Penske truck from him on a Friday. He stated that we could have the truck longer than the time it needed to be returned. We called Friday evening or Saturday morning to get verification that it was still ok if it was returned later. And we were told it was ok. So after we finished with the truck. We returned it and went to get our $ back for the deposit or whatever they consider it there. And he wouldn t give us any of the $ back because he stated we returned it back to late. And that we got charged for another day and for going over mileage. Even tho before I even moved the truck I rest the trip odometer so I could keep track of our mileage. We told him we figured we would go 40 miles. And the trip odometer said we went 32-35 miles so under the mileage we told him at time of pick up. So in my opinion we never got told a specific time the truck had to be back since they weren t even open on the day we were returning it. And we never went over the mileage. I feel we should have gotten our money back. But Matt thought otherwise. I will never do business with them again.

One employee damaged the paint on my car when loading equipment into my car, another employee put a hole in the liner in the car when removing it when he yanked up on equipment. Neither time did I ask for assistance. In fact I was able to unload and load this equipment by myself at my house with no damage.All the owner will tell you is that they are not responsible for damage during loading and unloading. But I never asked for help!No apologies, just a we aren t responsible for damages, have a good day .And the employee who damaged the liner in the car kept saying I know exactly what the owner will say, he ll say we aren t responsible for damages during loading and unloading, it s in the contract .I bet this has happened many times before for him to be so sure.So BEWARE

Great place to rent equipment of all varieties. Best place to rent from in the city/county! And Mr westbrook is a fantastic fellow as well as the rest of his employees. I've rented from them many times and always great equipment well taken care of and great experiences!
