I don t understand all these negative views from other people on here. I had a great experience on my first ever visit to this store. Booked an online appointment for a tire replacement and oil change. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and got in right away. Oil change and tire replacement was done in forty minutes. Staff seemed knowledgeable and the price was under my budget limit. Definitely going back there again.

If I could give this place a no-star I would because I took my vehicle there recently only to be told that they could not replace my tires because there was a chunk missing out of my rim. This chunk was less than a golf ball size so I had to go out and buy a brand new OEM Rim just for them to replace my tires but I didn't even go back to this Walmart I want to the one in Beaver Dam. Now I took my second car there to replace four new tires only to be told they can't do it because it's crumbly underneath. This seems to be really poor customer service and people not wanting to work on your vehicles. If you want to get tires replaced on your car make sure that you go somewhere else because every time so far I've wasted my timeUPDATE: found out they did not lift my vehicle in the right spot leaving it dented. Also was told that they could have replaced tires because the chunk missing was smaller than a golf ball. Please check your auto training.

Trying to get a oil change for my SUV. 6 techs in the garage. Only one car in the bay. After waiting over 5 minutes finally got someone to come out to the service desk. Said they were booked out 2 weeks. Asked to speak to the supervisor. She wasn't much help either. If your in a hurry to get service on your vehicle , I'd suggest taking it somewhere else.

Horrible!!! Wanted oil change and tire rotation. Was VERY rudely told no, they don't have enough people. Paid for service, tire rotations, when I purchased the tires and have been pushed off twice. Had to go to the store manager and complain to at least get the tires rotated. Fond du Lac store is Horrible. Been to others and had very little issues if any. The best part, they say they were short people but had 2 doing nothing in the auto department. Walmart Corp should check this store out, not just the auto department. Not all but most employees are very rude and give you attitude. Will get my service done elsewhere except for the tires, until I need new.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Went in for a flat tire and was rold tire cant be repaired and i can replace one tire since rest are in good condition. When i ordered the tire and went for an installation after a week was told the policy is not to install one tire on AWD vehicles. Appointment and tire order were cancelled. The person who told i can replace one tire just lied when i went for installation and was very rude. Horrible experience and will never use walmart autoService: Tires

I went to get my tires rotated around 10am i got in at about a little after 10 i decided to wait. It was almost 12pm about 11:40 i went to check on my status of my car. The girl was nice and checked me out immediately. I asked her why it took so long and she just said i didn't check you in i dont know. I got the sheet my car had been done since 10:47am they literally forgot i was there. I had no calls no one looked to see if i was in the waiting room. I was checked out at 11:44. But they at least enjoyed sitting in my car with the ac on i guess. Because when i turned it on it was freezing cold like it was just on 10 minutes prior. Never going back againService: Tires

Get ready for a story!About a month ago, I brought in my 1988 Jeep Cherokee XJ for a tire change. While working on it, they broke one of my lug nuts. However, they REALLY made things right, despite my slowness. They told me that when I had the lug nut removed, they would discount the cost from my new tires.Okay, I thought. However, my job keeps me unavailable Monday thru Friday, and most of the shops are unavailable to fix it Saturday or Sunday.Finally, today I have a weekday off work, so I went to the Car-X across the street. And sure enough, Walmart took the Car-X bill as a discount for my 4 new tires.But just like an infomercial, wait! There's more!I wanted Douglas All-Season tires. (205/70/R15, $50 per tire) Unfortunately, their computer told them that I needed a 75 instead of a 70 tire, and they didn't have the 205/75/R15 tires in the Douglas tires. So instead, they discounted the Goodyear Viva 3s in that size from $63 down to $50 per tire! Plus, because they wanted to make up for my time and effort in fixing their mistake, they also gave me FREE Road Hazard and FREE Lifetime Balance/Rotation!So, my total cost at Walmart was about $54, plus what I spent at Car-X. All in all, they made an honest mistake, but they REALLY made it right!

I know that the Walmart in Fond du lac gets a lot of bad reviews. But I felt compelled to write on here and comment on the Walmart Auto Center. I came in with a flat tire that needed to be replaced on short notice without an appointment and they came through for me. They got it back to me in the time I needed and the price was good considering what I got. They helped me in a jam and because of it I'm going back this week to get another tire done. So thanks to the Walmart Auto Center, I really appreciate it.

I called in the morning looking to get an afternoon oil change and have a tire looked at (it was slowly losing air, and I purchased the tires from there with the extra warranty). I was told I could come in at 2 which was perfect.I dropped off my car and was told it would be about an hour so I decided to wait. After 90 mins I hadn't heard anything so I checked with Dylan at the counter. He seemed almost clueless (just being honest) and after rummaging through some papers and checking with a tech I was told there had been a delay with an earlier vehicle which caused delays. Ok, I get that - it happens - but it would have been great if someone could have let me know.Anyway, I'm told it would be about 25 mins before my car actually got in the bay, then another 45 mins more for the services. I decided to call a friend to pick me up and asked to be called once it was ready. While I was waiting one of the techs had come out to page a manager and on his way back to the service bays I clearly heard him say "I'm really tired of how this sh**hole is being run", so I know the others waiting there heard it too.I waited another 2 hours and had to call the store to find out my vehicle was indeed ready.If it hadn't been for the tire warranty I would have gone elsewhere and spent the extra $10+I doubt I'll be back, unfortunately.

Call ahead and avoid the headache I had with simply having a battery checked to see if it was shot. Staff said there was one on the charger and mine would be next, the process is roughly an hour to 90 minutes in length so I return 2-1/2 hours later to be told mine had just been put on it. So I had to return the next day to pick it up.

While shopping my husband tried 2 times to get his hair cut at the salon.This was at 8:45 am the 1st time. About 10:30 am the 2nd time.Both times he was told to come back in a bit. She was waiting on someone that was shopping..........R E A L L Y! .THere was NO ONE in there at all, anywhere. Just the stylist. A man can usually get his hair cut in 20 mins.Ridiculous !!!The rest of the store was nice. And All the WM employees very helpful and friendly.

Very inconvenient store! The aisles in this store are too narrow, and are frequently cluttered with stacks of sale items they're trying to get rid of, and most of the clientele is too ignorant to know when they're blocking the aisles. I can almost NEVER get around easily in this store. The parking is no better.

I purchased (2) packages of black forest ham (sliced). When I opened both @ home the next day I could barely stand the smell. My husband was brave enough to taste it & he said throw it away it is ransit. I could tell by the smell that it was bad....& the expiration date was in November of 2012.Now I purchased a bag of coleslaw mix...expiration date is # days away & I just threw that out!!! It also smelled very bad.That's it...I will never buy any meat or produce there again!! Frankly I really won't miss the hundreds of fruit fly's @ the produce section.

Called to speak with someone about some work needing to be done on the phone for 5 min. NO ONE answered the phone. Curious how much business do you get if you don t answer the phone.

I had to put one star rating only because I can't post a review without a rating... In reality this place doesn't deserve even a half of a star. Waited 4 hours to repair a tire....showed up...my car was not even touched. Very incompetent!!! Save yourself a hassle and frustration and go elsewhere!

didn't get any job done at Tire & Auto Parts. They are so busy to the point that when you do get someone on the phone ( after several minutes ringing / attempts), they will put you on HOLD for ever. So, I gave up and went to another business. It seams like they could grow much bigger,..but will need much more staff and space I guess.

Horrible. Bought new tires there. They were leaking the next day. Took them back. They could find nothing wrong after 4 hours waiting there and they are still leaking.

This is the worst place to take your car, I will never take my car back, bad service, incompetent workers, i went for a flat repair, they said 30 minutes 3 hours later, I went to ask about my car flat repair and they said that it couldn't be repaired.
