The staff was very professional, and I was greeted as soon as I entered the service area. The service on my truck was done professionally. Everything was explained to me when the work was completed. Great job, Van Horn.

Great experience, fast and friendly service. Package deals are offered but not pushed on you just because your a woman. Had my transmission flushed, reasonably priced.

It's a service center....not much to say....well ok. Friendly staff, clean waiting area, and close to FDL just off hwy 23 just passed Menards. Their goal does seem to be your satisfaction. That's a plus.

Didn't reply to voice mail for days and when I did get hold of someone I got put on hold and the pushed to voice mail, place seems like a joke
