We had a very positive experience. Nick Randall was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable on the many features of the Tucson limited. We told him upfront that we were not making a decision on our first visit. He gave us a price that included a trade in. He followed up with a call the next week asking if we had any questions. I told him I would let him know when I had reached a decision. After we completed our research I called him to accept their offer with a small discount. When we picked up the car he again went over the many features. He was always very upbeat and eager to please. He told us to call with any questions or concerns. I have contacted him and he answers promptly. He also has done a follow-up call. He is a very knowledgeable young man. He makes you feel that he appreciates your business and wants you to be a satisfied customer.

Colin and the team were wonderful. They were patient and helpful beyond my expectation. A enjoyable buying experience for this girl who truly dislikes shopping especially vehicle shopping! If I ever have to do it again I will return.

5 star experience selling my used car! I used the Kelley Blue Book website to get an idea of what my vehicle was worth and received an email offer from Van Horn Hyundai within minutes. Mark Elliott (Product Specialist) was fantastic to work with. After a quick inspection and test drive, he made me a good offer but I never felt pressured or rushed. In fact, I went to another dealer who was going to match their offer, but I ended up calling back Mark because I preferred to do the deal with him. This was my first time selling a car, so I was relieved that everything was so easy and went so smoothly. I absolutely recommend selling your used car to Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac!

Gabi and Eric were PHENOMENAL to work with. Both extremely professional, timely, and very helpful. Eric worked diligently to get me the best price possible for my first big girl vehicle purchase! He took extra time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand all of the documentation. Gabi answered all of my questions and made this purchase easy to understand. I would recommend working with them to anyone I know!

Alan was incredible to work with. As a first time car buyer he made the process incredibly easy and took all the stress out of it. He took his time, explained everything and made the experience enjoyable. He really took into account what I wanted along with my budget and ended up finding me the perfect suv. The service manager and finance department were also a pleasure to work with. Overall Van Horn made this an easy process from start to finish. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from them.

Bought a 2024 Tucson from Bryan. Looking for a car or truck. He went out of his way. Installed roof racks today for me and I didn't like it after on. He was great about removing then. I will recommend him and Van Horn Fond du Lace. Thanks. Jan and steve

We purchased a certified vehicle from Van Horn and we had an excellent experience. Our Sales Associate was Nick Randall and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. There were a few issues with the vehicle, but Nick was able to get them fixed while we were completing the sales process and we were able to leave with the car as soon as the paperwork was completed. Everyone that we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and competent. We appreciated how smoothly the whole process went. We would buy from Nick and Van Horn again.

Bryan C. Is a great salesman. 5 stars for him! We traded in a vehicle and told him we were looking for a budget car for the daughter at a certain price. I found one on their website before coming there and then he found 2 more. Thanks Bryan for getting this car to Fond du Lac from Plymouth.The four stars is we had to wait several hours as we waited for the financial aspect of the buying process. I know others finished before us, but this was still to long.

Mark was a consummate professional to deal with. Alex P. (sales manager) offered a mutually equitable price by for my used vehicle, and I was treated to a World Class Experience from start to finish. I even received a complimentary chauffeur home in a beautiful Genesis GV80. Not only will I consider purchasing a vehicle here in future, but I would recommend this Establishment to Friends and Family. A++

If it wasn t for Nick being our salesman I m not sure we would have bought the vehicle we did. He listened to us, we told him we just started looking and didn t want to be pressured. Gave us time to decide and was very thorough on all the features on the Santa Fe. If your looking to purchase a vehicle from Van Horn in Fond du lac, set up an appointment with Nick, he s a great salesman.

Gabby and Alex were super helpful. They specially addressed their sales presentation to address specific things they knew about me and straight up earned my business. They were very attentive. They made a lot of suggestions but were not pushy. Finance team was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish it was a fun, informative, professional experience. I m extremely impressed at the professionalism I was greeted with at Van Horn. I am a younger person, so when I went to look at a Veloster N, I wasn t expecting to be able to drive it, to my surprise, he let myself and my girlfriend go for a test drive. We were told to take our time and that they d be waiting when we got back. I really appreciated that! Then while waiting for the finance team to get back to us, Nick offered us to head to town for lunch, and let us take the Veloster! Nick was fantastic to work with, he was extremely friendly and gave me all the time I needed to come to a decision on the vehicle. He was also extremely receptive of negotiations in price! Any question I had, he had a good answer for and explained everything while out at the car. I did not feel any pressure to buy the car. I ended up purchasing it and I couldn t be happier! I highly highly recommend Van Horn Hyundai, because everyone I talked to there, treated me like a friendand they were great to do business with. I wouldn t have pictured myself in a Hyundai, but this is truly a great hot hatch. Thank you guys!

Alan did a fine job letting us drive many vehicles and even staying after hours to see that everything was taken care of properly. We will come back again.UPDATE: It's been nearly 3 months with not much of a follow-up, no big deal the vehicle is fine and my wife is happy with it.

I went to this dealership, thinking of purchasing a used Tucson. A week later, with Hyundai s rebates, I drove out of this fantastic dealership, with a new SUV!Alex Perone, Finance Mgr, works above/beyond, for the bottom line & financing!Jeff Keys, my salesman, was knowledgeable, personable, very helpful, prompt and all around great person.He was the only salesman, I have ever had (in all my years of buying vehicles), who spent quality time showing me where everything was in the vehicle & how to setup it all up. I was totally impressed, with their efforts beyond the sale!I would recommend VanHorn, FDL, fully, if you are out looking for a vehicle . I will be recommending them, going forward.***Jeff needs to be cloned, with a big raise!!

Bought a car here back in 2020 , and just bought another yesterday and I absolutely love it. They really work hard there to really give you a good stress free experience. I worked with Nick and I d recommend him, his customer service was outstanding. Their financing went so smooth and they really try to get you the best rate. 10/10

Probably one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever went through. They were very up front with me on everything. I'm from Chicago and this is the second car I have purchased from a Van Horn Dealer, they are that pleasant to work with. They gave me exactly what I was looking for on my trade, never felt preasured. Awesome people to go to when car buying.

Worst service I have ever received. I should say "lack of service". No return calls, no follow ups. I have no idea why the Fond du Lac location has been so incredibly difficult to communicate with. Go to the Lomira location and you'll be treated 100% better, like they actually want your business.
