Just talked to Brad (the owner) about something going on with my truck. He always explains in detail what the possible issues could be, and never takes advantage of a lack of knowledge about mechanical issues. Rather, he educates and helps bring you to the best decision when considering auto repairs. In short, customer service is excellent at Unique Auto. Not to mention, the 3 repairs I have had done on my truck have never caused a separate issue or needed rework. Just had them do a ball joint and tie rods. Excellent service all around. Thanks Unique Auto! The only repair shop in Fond Du Lac that I trust, for sure.

I am very lucky I found Unique Auto. I had been to over 10 other dealerships before I came here. All I was looking for was a vehicle that had a decent chance at running for a few years. Other dealers were either lying and selling junk or they were shocked that I was looking for this for under $12,000. Then i found Unique Auto. Everyone here is helpful and friendly. They were honest from the beginning. I enjoyed every aspect of buying a vehicle from here. They actually taught me about the vehicle, and they told me what was important to look for when buying any used vehicle.I plan on coming back again, and I will send family and friends here. Great vehicles, great prices, and great people.Brought my vehicle here for some repairs some time after my purchase. They were reasonably priced, and they got the repairs done quickly. I will be taking my vehicles here for service as well.

This shop is our go to place for car repairs. Brad & Bill are great guys, always able to fit an emergency repair in on short notice if needed. Replaced a bad relay for us, part was defective, so replaced again at no cost. Definitely a small town atmosphere!

I am so happy I found this place! They are extremely honest, reasonable, timely and make suggestions not ultimatums about future work. I was always so nervous when going to other places because they would pressure me to get additional things fixed when my budget didn't allow it. I can get estimates and real world timeframes that said work should be taken care of. It's the first time I have had zero stress when getting repairs. The guys at Unique Auto provided top notch service! I contacted them last month to have their mechanics take a look at a car I wanted to buy, and even though they were short staffed and it was late notice, they went out of their way to make time for me. They took extra care and attention to do a full and thorough inspection of the car. The cost was reasonable, but more importantly, I appreciate their honesty, integrity and straight forward approach. Good hands on staff, will communicate best solution vs tell you what you need.Ive purchased a car and brought back several of my personal vehicles to be serviced at local shop. Hard to beat "fair quality service" in small local towns.

Lost our mechanic nearby and needed someone quick for a brake job. He fit us in and had it back the next day. Great work, great price and so friendly.. We now have a new mechanic and he is going to help us find a van in the spring.

Tried to buy a car from this joke of a company with HUGE dissatisfaction! I had CASH in hand, set multiple appointments and was stood up on all accounts. I left multiple messages that all went unanswered. Many promises were made by the owner to fix the problems with the car I wanted to buy but when I told him I was a mechanic and knew the business very well he quit talking to me. They will try to pull the wool over your eyes to sell you junk. I suggest not buying from these sub-par amateurs or at the VERY least take the vehicle to a reputable mechanic to have it checked out!

These guys are the best. Our van had broke down on our way to Madison from Green Bay. We tried calling multiple places but they were the only ones who were willing to help, we caught them just as they were about to close too. They were so kind and helpful to put in the extra time to help us to make sure we got back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Awesome experience and they were such great people! 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you Brad and Billy and all the others that helped out!!!

I bought my 2011 Kia Sedona for a very reasonable price, and experienced very friendly service, both before and after my purchase.I took it home and a week later I found a bulge on the sidewall of my brand new tires, I called and it was taken care of quickly for free, and without qustion, with a great aditude, and apology.6 months later I sprung a bad oil leak, and I called around to many shops and got the same high price for at our $1,100+I called and after they apologized for the car breaking down after only 6 months they quoted me $300 less.Only to outdo themself again by spending all weekend reaching my issue before I brought it in to find that the diagnoses I got from another shop was often mistaken for a much cheaper problem that cost me much less.I defenetly recommend them for purchasing a new vehicle and also for there excellent shop employees!

I can't say enough good things about everyone here . We had a recent bad experience with a different dealership a few months before we had another vehicle die .We had to do get another vehicle .We came here explained what we went through and these guys stepped up and took tremenously excellent care of us .They are straight forward and stand behind what they sell . Very thankful for them .If you are looking for a used vehicle look onto these guys .They are great .Can't thank them enough .

Bought a 2003 Suburban. With in the first year, the compressor for the air ride suspension went ot. Still under warranty, he re placed it. With in the next year, the one he replaced, still under warranty, went out. Tried calling a few times with no returned phone calls. Seems he is willing to sell you a car but warranty issues are a little short.

Worst car I have ever bought. I won't not recommend going to this dealer. Everything that has been fixed by this automotive company I had to replace. They told me they replaced the brakes, suspension and lines in the engine. In fact they gave me a warranty for 30 days, I was back every week. It's been a year since I had this vehicle, too bad I am stuck in a loan. The first week I had to replace all the breaks. Currently replacing the whole front end suspension. Also now the head gasket, valve cover and intake lines are being replaced. The whole reason this is happening is because they have UN-CERTIFIED mechanics. I see teenagers going in and out of the auto-shop. I think this car of may be a flood car, which they never told me, because they told me it came from Florida. My advice to anyone who is trying to buy a vehicle under $7,000; don't it will cost you more in the long run.

Reasonably priced and always willing to help! They are all very reasonable and trustworthy. I do trust them with my car and we did buy a car from them as well (which runs amazingly).
