We did a 100% online transaction as we live in a different state. The photos and 360 video were great. The truck was shipped to us and is beautiful and drives great.

Dealt with Chris Kuklinski at this location over the phone about a truck I was interested in. He was fantastic, he went ahead and immediately sprang into action and got me everything I asked for pointed out the imperfections as requested. The deal I was getting from this location was a good deal. I was about to make the purchase but then drove one in my state and it was not what I was expecting, and ultimately changed my mind on the vehicle.If you want to deal with someone who s detail oriented and a great communicator. Call and ask for Chris Kuklinski.

They started charging to use a credit card to pay and never told me. It was an additional $7 for the oil change. It would have been nice to know, I would have used my checkbook instead. Other than that, service was good.

Very pleasant experience. Went in for an oil change...made the mistake of taking my husband who enjoys strolling the showroom and a few days later we were signing papers for a new Chrysler Pacifica. Everyone went above and beyond to make the trade-in and purchase a very smooth transaction.

Marty, our sales rep, and the service team went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were happy with our purchase of a Mazda 3. We asked a lot of questions and they had all the answers. I would highly recommend! Pizzas were delivered to show our appreciation

Summit has always treated me right in the past, never a complaint there. The only thing that bothered me was I just had 4 tires put on my truck and 1 day later another company advertised the same tire for $83 less (per tire) When I called Summit and asked who sets their prices just out of curiosity, I was transferred to several different dept.'s it seemed and then hung up on. Called back and was told "well that's the way it is....sorry" Been at this dealership when it was Holiday already and now Summit....many many years, and it's come down to this. Just makes me sad.

I was having issues with a slow leak in one of my tires. When I went in they told me that it may be a half hour to 45 minute wait as they had oil changes ahead of me. They found a nail in the tire and plugged it and I drove out of there within the hour and there was no charge because I had purchased the tires from them. I have never had bad service at Summit!

Everyone was super nice and courteous. They did my tire change quickly and the service was exceptional. Great job, I will go there again and think of Summit when I am ready to buy a new car.

Extremely helpful! Got me in the truck I wanted at a great price! Gave me a good price for my trade in and worked with me to get additional aftermarket options added to the truck quickly after the sale. Spencer, Ryan & Zac were great to work with. Great experience!

Bought a used truck and was verbally told if I have any issues we will take care of you, not the case had some questions on the back window as it is leaking and was told I have to pay for it and it was maybe 2weeks out. Very responsive when looking at vehicle but not so much after the purchase.

Had issues with my navigation and U connect. After 2 months and a couple dozen phone calls to U connect Summit replaced my radio and navigation at no charge. Summit 5 stars, U connect 0.

I needed a recall update. Scheduling staff, Alicia was great in helping me fit this into my schedule. Jace was polite and welcoming when I checked in. Extra work needed to be done and Geoff called me with quotes and information. Ron was a great shuttle driver. Polite and friendly. The work was completed in the time frame that was planned in my schedule. I couldn t be more happier with the Ram truck I purchased! Logan DeMaa was a great salesman, very professional, very understanding of my specific wants and needs in a truck and worked with me to get the most for my trade. I had a certain situation at the time I wanted to buy the truck and he was able to accommodate a couple requests. This is a great place to do business. No pressure, no games, honest and reliable folks. I would definitely do business with summit automotive again!

Once again, we were not disappointed. Goeff in Service was excellent and he is our go to advisor. He has our full confidence and we trust him implicitly. The situation was diagnosed and the repairs were made and in no time we were on the road.

Geoff Kuitert was the person I dealt with on the phone, mind you I am not from the area and Geoff doesn't know me from Adam. He was beyond helpful and knowledgable. He informed me that the service department was very busy, but they would do their best to get my daughters car running. He was in constant contact and gave me the price before doing any work. He never asked for payment info or really any info before getting right to work on the problem. Not only did they fix my daughter's car, they got it done that day!!!! My daughter will absolutely be using Summit for any future car issues she has. Can't say enough how refreshing it is to work with honest and efficient people. Went in for oil and filter change. Paid the bill and left with the check sheet filled out showing no issues. Went to get gas and noticed the check engine light was on so I went back. Tech checked with a small hand scanner but couldn't see the code. Service manager told me that I needed to make an appointment for the more sufisticated scanner at a later date. I drive ~70 miles round-trip so I was very frustrated.My son was a master mechanic for Lincon- Mercury so I stopped by him. He hung his scanner on and said it was a low oil light. He also said it probably happened when the truck was started after the oil change.He reset the code and no problems since.Just makes you wonder of the competence of the whole operation.

At 1st I was happy dealing on a different vehicle. I agreed to purchase a different vehicle but the night before I was going to buy a new vehicle they called me and said they were having problems with the remote start on the vehicle. I was asked if that s a problem and I said yes, they put new batteries in it and said that probably was the problem so I said ok. Long story short I bought vehicle under the assumption it was good to go , but when I got it home it did not work. Basically I was told best thing to do is to take out the after market remote start . So I bought a vehicle with remote start and after I got it home and had problems I was told to remove it. Not happy

I'm from out of State and working here in Wisconsin. Summit got my truck in right a way for me and got it fixed before I had to move job sites. It was great service and greatly appreciated.
