I was looking at purchasing a compact tractor, make and model didn't matter; I just wanted a dealer local to me as this was my first tractor purchase at our new property. There were John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Bobcat dealers near by. I dealt with Andy at Service Motor and he was excellent. Highly recommend...I went with a kubota L3560 and love it. I can contact Andy at any time and he gets back to me right away. Thank you Andy and Service Motor company!

Purchased a used Kubota here from Andy, he was great to work with and I got what I wanted. Had a small issue after the purchase and the Service Dept. took care of the problem immediately. Very satisfied customer!

Service has been awesome. Was having issues with another case dealer in Sussex and had smc take over complete difference. Extremely helpful went to bay for us on some warranty work and got it done. Just appreciate the great customer service.Highly recommend

The owner of SMC personally took care of a service issue I had on my Case skid loader.I brought my machine in for some steering adjustments which turned into a larger bill then I expected. The machine came out of the shop still not working properly along with a large bill.Kevin the owner and Cindy down at the Fond Du Lac store worked together to take a poor experience and turn it into an exceptional customer service experience for myself.I can t thank Kevin and Cindy enough for caring for their customers and making this situation into a great outcome. My machine now runs great and I am a happy customer.I couldn t recommend Service Motors enough, definitely a 5 star experience!!

Service Motor's has always been extremely helpful and has gone out of their way to make sure our experience with them is nothing but the best. Very disappointed. Was supposed to get a call back on a used tractor. Never heard anything so I send a email asking a few days after. A week later I call and leave a message on the salesmans voicemail. Still have not heard back. Today I try calling and of course he's away from his desk so I say to put me through to any salesman and the receptionist says everyone's out on lunch. Holy cow I've never ever had such trouble with someone taking my money!
