Extremely nice people can not complain on that but 889$ to service my Volvo truck is way out of line . I have paid 350$ at gatr Volvo in Des Moines Ia and I have paid 550 at a ta truckstop but this way to much . Took what little bit of profit I made on this load . Super nice people ! But I m sorry I won t be back I can t afford too .

These people are super friendly they treat you with respect from the time you walk in the door, I came in for a small repair on my trailer, they got me in and out fast, Top-notch customer service.

I bought a truck that had an ECM put into it. These guys wanted the truck towed in and then they would put the ECM on it and programming, I called them after I bought the truck that he had on the phone a little bit and I said if you can t text truck or get it running right or you don t know what you re doing I can take it somewhere else after having said that they convinced me I should bring it in, I thought all went well. They did an alignment and set my computer although my tachometer was incorrect and my cruise control was not working. They have another store in Oshkosh where I brought the truck to have. It looked at and straightened out because I was told they are more familiar with cats , 3406E, during the process I asked for a DOT inspection oh my God they did the DOT inspection and said I needed a new service valve for the ABS, which turned out to be a bad check valve on the brake chamber. Anyway long story short my cruise control still isn t working and all they told me they don t want this truck in their shop anymore. I m assuming because I am persistent save your money $2000 later all I got out of it was an alignment and a bunch of headaches

Went to have my 02 peterbuilt serviced, specifically asked what I wanted done, nothing was repaired and an 890.00 bill to boot! When I spoke to the service manager about this he did adjust the bill to 300, that was appreciated however said this would be the last time he ever works on my trucks! Very defensive and I'm not sure it's good business practice to charge customers for things that are not repaired.

They did an excellent job with communication and expediting the repairs of our truck. Wendy and Bailey there were exceptional with keeping us updated with the process from start to finish. Price was very fair and they devoted a repair tech specifically to the truck and to repairs and that got us back on the road quickly! Will come back again, thank you!

Impressed with the quality of service from every employee I talked to from when I walked in the door until I was repaired and back on the road within 2 hours. They also had the part in stock for my DD15 and being an O/O time is money. Never one to leave reviews but I would be doing a disservice if I didn t. Appreciate you guys!

We were having radiator problems. Had a few glitches and finally ended up having to have a new radiator installed. Very accommodating and professional and prompt. Thank you! DND EXPRESS LLC. Jackson WI

Not impressed. Sent a driver in for a tire repair and the tire ended up getting plugged. The bill was over $250. At that rate would have been more cost efficient to just have the tire replaced. But the driver had to stay in his truck and he was never given the option.

Tony was a great help for us when we were in a pinch. We had a driver break down on the road and they were able to get him back up and running within hours. This is a company that can perform your large scale repairs with a small company feel. We would definitely call them again.

Amazing place. Got my big rig fixed here and I've never seen such a wonderful staff, bot a single hiccup. Karlis is the best! Spoke with him on the phone, was amazed with his customer service.

I was less than five minutes away Called road service for a repair on a busted coolant hose. Took repair guy 3hours to show up. When he did show up he didn't even replace the bad hose, he cut it and put it back in. My bill was $356 for a busted coolant hose. Asked the owner to be a little fair and give me a better rate. All he said was ill impound your truck if you don't pay. Very rude owner I will never call this company again.

I was stranded at the Love'sTruck Stop and I called them first thing in the morning, the response was fast, professional and my truck had the air dry valve replaced in no time.Their service is extremely organized, and even if I suggested that the road service I had the evening before had suggested my air compressor was also to be replaced, they were not jumping on the opportunity to make extra.Great experience. I wish all shops provided such service out there.Thank you all!!

Initially Quality provided good service. But after it was discovered they put in the wrong rated part, which caused my RV to breakdown on the road. They failed miserably to work with the service location which I got towed to solve the problem, causing me to repurchase the part, the correct one a second time. The RV did not break down close to them so I feel they blew me off. I would not recommend them in the future.

My company and Quality Truck Care Center have a great standing relationship. When we are in need of repair, maintenance, or any general questions they are always there for us with a helping hand. Quality's service manager Karlis is always on top of his game and offers his services whenever needed. They always get the job done timely and with great effort. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable. Big shout out to the whole Quality Truck Care Center team and their outstanding initiatives.

Great shop... I came in @ 2:30ish with a major light issue on my trailer. Mechanic stayed after hours and fixed my lights until the work was done. Excellent service. Thank you

35 Years of driving I've never found a better place.They let me pick up my part's to save me money offer a car to a motel really nice people..You won't find a better place.

Truck has been here for 8 days to get transmission repaired on My kenworth T 2000..just left the service dept , truck is not done, nor even in shop, service personal did answered or return calls to get a update on my Truck...Not sure who is running this operation but I were to treat my customers like this I wouldn't have any need for a truck becasuse they would all be going some place else....this whole ordeal has been a nite mare
