Brandon took the time to get details on what I was looking for and wanted. Even though I had my. Mind made up before I even walked in the door Dylan was Fantastic and went over all the options and details of the deal to try and get me the best option.And don't forget Heather. Her pre purchase and post purchase follow ups are much welcomed. Makes you feel more like a friend and not just a customer.

Every time I stop at Open Road Harley, I am treated very well. I bought my 21 ultra there in 21. Staff treated my wife very well and answered all her questions respectfully. When I needed service on this bike Aaron and Eric both took extra time to explain things to me and repair my bike right the first time. This prompted my step son to buy his first bike there as well. James and Jason helped him so much ( had to hold the bike so we could calm mom down lol). The entire staff at Open Road is great. So much so that I live near two other dealers that I refuse to go to.

I was fortunate enough to purchase a new 2024 Road Glide from Open Road Harley Davidson! The staff was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I appreciate how they do business with honest and competitive pricing as well as offering free delivery! They have a great sales process that makes buying easy, engaging and fun. I will absolutely continue to travel to Open Road for my Harley needs! Thanks again!

Bought my first brand new bike at Open Road. The customer service was top notch and everyone was very welcoming. The whole team put their heads together to help me get the bike I ve always wanted at a fair price. Those guys can really do some magic and I m very thankful. Would highly recommend Open Road if you re in the market for a bike!

I went to Open Road before the holiday season looking for a pair of pants that I got as a gift for my baby. I love these pants, they are heavy duty blue jeans pants that are super soft for a crawling baby. They are true to size and fit my tall baby perfectly. I went in there to see if they had anymore sizes for these pants. When I walked in I was welcomed to the store by a lovely young lady (didn't get her name) and was asked why I was there. I told her and then I was directed to the baby section. Then I had a wonderful conversation as I was helped by Jenna. The whole time I was there the staff was nice and very helpful. I went back there to visit Santa and had the very same type of experience. Once again everyone was kind and very helpful.Thanks for helping me find my favorite pair of baby pants Jenna!

Absolutely amazing staff! Very kind. I pick up poker chips for a disabled family member. He used to collect himself but had to stop when he became disabled. When ibstarted traveling for work I started picking them up for him. Jacki checked me out and was cery helpful with picking them out as they have multiple kinds. Then I was gifted a chip for him specifically from Megah that was discontinued and her own. Very sweet giving people. Cannot say thank you enough!

Stopped to look for 120 anniversary merch and all the ladies were more than helpful, very engaging, and super friendly. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the amount of Harley apparel available, as well as the layout of the store, and of course the associates awesome attitudes. Great experience overall. We will be attending your Saturday summer events for more great experiences! Thx Open Road - Great Job

The first day I stopped in Rick met me on the floor was very helpful and very experienced he got me a hooked with a bike called Sparkles but I was not able to on my half but then Rick & Jason found me a 2015 Harley Davidson Road-glide that I was approved and GOT IT! I give a lot of props to Rick,Jason, Alana and Jenny for all the work they have done for me to get approved for this bike. Taking their time after hrs to help me get the bike. I am thank full to have worked with these individuals and love the experience I had this week at Open Road Harley Davidson. Best place in my own eyes and VERY HELPFUL!! Thank you guys again!

I just picked up my first Harley (2010 ultra classic). Everyone who helped me was incredible (Austin, Alana, everyone else). Austin did an amazing job at finding the right bike for me. I had actually went in there to look at another bike, found out it did not fit but Austin was quickly able to find a bike that I liked that was the right height for me (being short sucks). I was also very impressed the day I came in to pick the bike up, it was washed, waxed and I was given about a 45 minute complete walk around of the bike and everything was explained to me in detail. Bought my first bike 2 years at a different dealership, I was just given the keys and sent me on my way without explaining anything. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to a buy Harley, their customer service is some of the best I ve ever seen. (Also ringing the Liberty Bell is pretty cool )

I gave Open Road Harley Davidson a 5, more if I could. I was very nervous walking through the front door, first off this was my very first Harley ever. Also, this was one of my first really big buy, so I have not have had much experience dealing with salespeople. Walking through the door I felt very welcomed and greeted with open arms. The staff there were there for my every question, and every knowledgeable. I felt no pressure in buying and when the real dirty work came, I had no trouble in saying "Yes". They made my dream of owning a Harley come true and for that I will be forever grateful. Glad to be part of the family. My wife is very attuned to Customer Service, and if I could give stars on her behalf, 10++++, I will agree with her, Excellent customer service.

We stopped by Open Road to buy a hat and some new clothing. We met James who was awesome. His attitude, knowledge and just fun to talk to. He showed us around at diffrent bikes trying to find what we were looking for in our future. We let him know that we were unsure of when we would purchase but just wanted to look which he respected but still wanted to give us information on the diffrent rides. Then it happened he showed me the bike that I knew I had to have. Black on black out Street Glide. We decided to crunch some numbers and see what the costs would be. A very short time later we were shaking hands on a deal. It didnt stop there either, we were taken to each department introduced to somone and shown what they could offer us in the furure. The bike was delivered that night and they picked up my trade in as well. The entire experience was great and I recommend James including the entire Open Road team to anyone looking to purchase. Ringing the bell for my dream bike felt so great. Thanks James and we look forward to the many miles we plan on putting on

Friendly and professional. Open Road is my favorite HD dealership in Wisconsin. Shawn was able to find me the correct part I needed for my sportster. Carmen helped me find the shirt I had trouble finding. Nick introduced himself the moment I walked in the door and had a great conversation. When I purchased my needy bike I know exactly where I'm going!

Aaron (AW) and the entire staff are first class! He sold me the perfect bike for my commuting needs. Now that I have over 400 miles on it, I m starting to have fun with some customization (batwing fairing, swing arm bags coming).Jaimi, Jenna, Austin, and Sam are great at making you feel like family, even if you re just swinging through. I would highly recommend Open Road to anyone looking for a new or used ride!

Jason, Heather, & Damian were an absolute joy to work with when making a deal for my new 2022 FXLRS. They're consistent but not overbearing communication was just the right balance so that I didn't feel pressured, but knew they cared and wanted to earn my business. Even post-purchase they made sure I was happy with my decision and have kept in touch. Their customer service has easily guaranteed that I will be a customer of Open Road Harley-Davidson for the foreseeable future.

Amazing. Austin, Jason and Alana made the process of trading in my sporty so easy! Was able to get a complete walk through of the dealership as well a my bike so I was super comfortable driving away on my upgrade. Super fun experience! I recently purchased a 2021 Fourty-Eight from Jenna at Open Road and I had the best experience! Everyone there was very welcoming and made the experience so special.I came in on a Friday afternoon after looking briefly online at both new and pre-owned bikes they had on the lot. I wasn't planning on making a purchase that day and I new that they were busy for the 120th. I found a bike I liked sitting outside and Jenna came out and greeted me and got me on a test ride. Needless to say, I fell in love with the bike at first ride but I was still apprehensive about the monthly payment. Jenna was very understanding and asked me where I wanted to be with my monthly payment. The sales manager Dylan came out and greeted me and said he could get me where I wanted to be by giving me extra for my trade which wasn't even a Harley!All of the dealership employee's made my purchase extra-special with the bell ringing experience and I cannot say enough about everyone! Alanna in finance helped me with the paperwork and went through different coverage options for my new bike. She was very patient and understanding. Mike in parts helped me order a new set of pipes for my bike and he was very kind and funny. Jenna also introduced me to the lovely ladies in motor clothes and BigNasty in service so I was familiar with the service process.I honestly cannot say enough about everyone at OpenRoad and I will most certainly be back again to purchase my next bike and for service!

The snacks they have us were nice, but coffee, hot chocolate or water to go with them would have been nice. Some of us rode thru rain & hail to be there. We were cold and thirsty. Eventually they had coffee when we were leaving. Hopefully next year will be better

I keep my FXR in very good condition and it has seen over 250,000 miles as a result. When I took it to Open Road for service it was in great shape. However, after Jordan was done with it, the bike was noticeably better on all fronts. I am shocked by the overall improvement of my machine. Thank you Jordan and Open Road HD!

I just bought my first bike at Open Road HD. They were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond anything I ever expected. They were so patient with helping me find the perfect bike and gear. When it's time for me to upgrade to a different bike, I'm definitely going back. KUDOS OPEN ROAD!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!
