I had the service team do some repairs to the used truck I bought, the team kept me up to date on what they found and what needed to be done, now, soon, and down the road. Great service!

Very Fast and Clean and knowledgeable. I was there at 6:30am and was in the door at 7am. No appointment.By far the best Mack dealer in the state., That ive been 2.

Steve and Tylor in service are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I had an AC issue, they did everything they could to get me moving again as quickly as possible. I have never been so impressed with the efficiency of a commercial vehicle shop. I'm never taking my Volvo anywhere else. I even sent a message to my maintenance dept. thanking them for sending me here. If you're not taking your truck here, you're not getting serviced right.

I had a five star experience here! Everyone there was kind and respectful. My repair was finished in a few hours when everyone else I called around town had a 2-3 weeks wait. These guys saved my butt today. Thanks again guys!

Not too familiar with this place... But. I had a truck that wouldn't start at 4 degrees farenheit and their techs tried like hell to get it running for two hours. Friendly, responsive and driven. I bought the techs lunch for trying so hard. Rare to find customer service at this level. Highly recommend!!!

I was charged $76 for a VClamp for the turbocharger. Later on I asked other places. It was only $23 a bunch of scams. Stay away. Will share this with all my trucker friends. And will tell 'em about this place to stay away from it also...

Having been here only twice, I can say that they're professional, consistent and quite a nice bunch! My DEF system wasn't reading correctly & went into derate. In less time than it takes others, I was back in my 18 wheeled home in no time. If something else goes wrong with my truck, I hope it'll be able to be brought back here.

The had my lost Mack mirror waiting for me when I got there after one phone call. Great customer service. I was in and within minutes and all three employees I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Horseshit service! Truck been in there shop over 4 weeks! If your not a client of theirs they DO NOT care about you! All you are is fill in work! Get nothing but excuses from Tim (shop leader) and Mike who will never call you back like he said he would! Will never do business with any Kreite Shop and suggest you do not either! Am filling a complaint with Volvo Company Corporate! In response to their comment below it was not as complex a fan problem to fix as they state as I've been a mechanic in the past! You also told me the problem was one thing but seems its fix didn't fix the problem and ended up being something else! I stand by my accusations of your shop being inept at fixing problems correctly,efficiently and timely! No dam excuse for it to take 4 1/2 weeks to fix! I started it on here, on the phone to you,and will being doing it again in person!! I repeat....DON'T BRING YOUR TRUCK TO THEM FOR SERVICE AS YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY GET SCREWED LIKE ME!!!

Worst place to bring a truck.stole over 18,000 dollars from my family only for them not to do the work and fix the problem. Brought it to another dealer and it is being fixed for a lot less. What a bunch of scam artists at their finest
