Dropped my truck off on Sunday liked they asked, called twice on Monday to talk details and it's now Thursday and still haven't had a call back. Went their to pick up my truck to take it to another shop and it was exactly where I left it. The had my truck for almost a week and didn't touch it or call me. How's a guy supposed to make money without a truck?? If your not in a hurry, the owner is a nice guy, but lacks in customer service.

Not a professional business. Poaching technicians that come from other shops to have parts machined trying to convince them to work for them.. Does not answer or respond well to customers owners contacting technicians from other local shops on personal social media trying to recruit technicians. As they can not find techs the professional way....
