It's hard to find a trustworthy repair shop nowadays. Hate to even tell people because they can see you quickly. Jobs are always done correctly and with care. Customer service is beyond top notch and you feel more like family then a customer. Dont forget to pet their dogs when you come in.

Did not take long to get vehicle in for service. Diagnostic and repair was completed in 1 day at a very reasonable charge. Employees were very congenial.

I have used J&M for over 20 years. I have not had to use them many times but every time I have they have done an amazing job! Highly recommend this be your first call for towing.

J&M Towing and service did a great job. My daughter's car would not start and she was broke down. We tried to get it towed using aaa but they never showed up. Being from Ohio and going to college in Fond du lac she was very stressed. We call J&M Towing and Service. They towed the car to their shop and fixed the car in less that two day. As a parent 500 miles away I could not ask for better service. The price of the repair and Towing was very reasonable too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car towing

I know J&M since 2001 they have fixed our cars. I am very satisfied with this last repair of my van. I feel tons of confidence in the services and prices, they are excellent. They are nice and polite. They put on the road my old car for at least 3 year more of life. Thanks a lot J&M!!!

I called for a tow, and it arrived very quickly! The driver was personable and knowledgeable, and Connie in the office was absolutely fantastic!! Theyre great if you need an expensive last minute hack job to get you on the road but they wanted to charge my 70 yr old ma on SS over $500 just to swap front brake pads. Took me $50 and an hour to swap 'em myself. Charged her $260 to change a ball joint which they WELDED TO THE OLD CONTROL ARM. I'm sure that will leave plenty of adjustment when it comes to an alignment. Charged her $90 for just the ball joint and an entire new control arm with a ball joint is under $50 from O'Reillys. I understand there's a mark up on parts and that's fine but come on guys.Service: Steering & suspension repair

BEST PLACE IN FOND DU LAC FOR ANYTHING AUTO!!!!Everything with them was super easy. Filled out an appointment online. Got a text to confirm and they picked up, towed, and serviced my car for an INCREDIBLE price. They discussed everything with me and made it was easy to understand exactly what happened. They sold me my new car also they did a lot of work for my last car and gave me a great deal on both. If you need a tow or work done on a Toyota call John he'll hook you up.

This was my first time Using J&M Towing. Car was stalled on the side of the road and needed quick service. They were quick to pick up the vehicle and diagnos the problem. Car was fixed within a day at an extremely reasonable price! J&M is AMAZING. I don't have enough positive words to describe my experience. Long story short, I was traveling to Milwaukee, and got two flats, needed a tow, and help w the flats.Everyone eased my nerves, Jess was amazing w chatting and letting me know what was going on, and the guys were amazing as well.Thinking I'd have to pay for the tow, and new tires didn't set well w me, but w a used tire, a tow, and a couple patches in my other tire, it was VERY affordable and convenient. Thank you so much Jess and team :)

Would not recomend this place. They let us put over a $ 1,000.00 into a car that the frame was bad. Asked them to look at the frame before we put money into the car. They said it was fine. But after the repairs a month or so later the car started making noise. Took the car back ti them and then they said the car was junk. I will be taking them to small clames court. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

They were able to get me in in a very timely manner, girls who answered phone were very personable, price was extremely reasonable. I have breathing issues so instead of having to walk there to pick my car up, they dropped it off at my house. Excellent customer service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
