I went to Holiday Mazda to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. The service was excellent. They provided a shuttle for me to get to work. Once the job was done, they picked me up from work and took me back to Holiday.Also, they sent me a video through e-mail and text showing me the inspections they performed on my car. They would inspect things like the battery, air filters, the suspensions and even the tires. If anything needs to be replaced like air filters, they recommended those items to be replaced.Holiday Mazda is an excellent place the have your car serviced.

Best dealership we ve worked with. We drive up from Madison because the customer service is so great. From sales to service, they are a 5 star establishment. Highly recommend. Every dealership should strive to meet the standards set by Holiday Mazda. We ll be back!

I have always had honest, high quality service. No one has ever tried to steer me wrong I feel like pricing is fair & I love the videos explaining every detail of my service and the print out and explanation of what might be needed at upcoming service appointments.

I had an electrical issue with my Mazda. While it's not convenient to need to take a car in for service, Buck ensured my Mazda was cared for and provided excellent service. My car was ready sooner than anticipated. I will definitely ask to work with Buck in the future. Thank you!

Great experience with the service department. Accurate assessment of a bad bearing, checked the rest of my vehicle for issues and reported back to me, replaced the bad bearing, all good now! Excellent communication and customer service from all personnel I interacted with.

Austin was very good. His group correctly diagnosed our problem and got our cx5 in for repair right away. We got a loner car because they needed the car over night so it could cure. Would recommend holiday mazda as a first rate dealership, and we do.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Buck the service manager repaired my key fob, afterwards he explained that the battery contacts needed to be bent out about an 1/8 of an inch. Since then the fob has worked flawlessly.

I told them at my last two oil changes I had a slow leak that needed to be patched. First time they said they didn t find anything, second time they didn t mention it at all. My tire blew today and there was a nail in it clear as day. Only posting because they text me again today asking for a review.

Went to Mazda for my annual oil change. They do a great job video taping items that need to be addressed under the hood. Always efficient and answers all my questions. Interestingly, in the Carfax area from the email they sent me, there was a review area that was bright red and insisted I review the dealer. My experience was not great, and the review I wrote reflected that... yet somehow it failed to show in the Carfax review area. Obviously that is suspect and only adds fuel to my frustration. So I'll post it here, where we can at least pretend there is some level of transparency. Though with barely a single even "neutral" review, its doubtful thats the case. Truly a shame. I have come to rely heavily on Google reviews for places I choose to go, and this time, they let me down.The staff were great, I like the carfax email, and the video they send... But like every other dealer, they want to charge you $70+ to replace filters they already took out without my consent, with 25$ worth of air filters. And it was 98.76$ for an "inspection", oil, and tire rotation. That seems a little high, but I guess nothing is getting cheaper. I mainly went to get an optional upgrade, that I put in a service request for weeks in advance. When I get there (after taking time off work and traveling with gas being what it is) or shortly after I leave, they determined they have the wrong model year upgrade part. And that I had a small oil leak. Which I can super conveniently come back to have diagnosed when I get to have the correct part installed. Logically, a person would ask why it wasn't diagnosed when they were literally taking a video of the leak area... or why it took weeks to discover they ordered the wrong part. I'm not impressed, and its doubtful I'll go back.Further, it does warrant mentioning again, they charge you 3% to use a credit card. So I guess, stop at the bank and take out hundreds to thousands of dollars in cash to have your car worked on? No, they didn't even offer to waive that, after I did what people do to get their cars in on a Friday, and they barely held up half of their end of the agreement we established weeks ago. And not that I care a whole lot, but the car wash is still down as of the 4th of July 2022. Would you go back?UPDATE: Yeah, Josh called. Left a message. Sounded about as frustrated as I am. Isn't it funny that a week goes by, after I was physically there - twice, texted back and forth a bunch and I was called the day of, talked with several people in the building... no one cared then. No one seemed to mind I might have "lingering concerns". Leave an internet review, and in less than 3 hours I get a call from some poor guy that has what I'm sure is the worst possible job of fielding upset internet reviewers. I'm not sure what could have been done then or now to change anything. It is what it is, or was it what it was I guess. Frankly I don't need the update bad enough to go up there again, and have already spent a lot more time on this than I anticipated.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

My wife and I have been very pleased since we first purchased our Mazda...several years ago!Hannah Gresser....the sales lady that sold us our car.....is as fine and as kind and as classy of a lady as you'll ever meet!. ..truly beautiful ...inside and out!The service department is always a delight to deal with.....and does s first class job on our car for every occasion (which mostly involves oil changes)...I highly recommend Holiday Mazda and the fine people employed there!!!!

I happily drive out of my way to have my Mazda serviced here at Holiday Mazda Service Dept to avoid the one remaining Mazda dealer/service dept in Madison WI that shall not be named that I would never trust with a vehicle ever again.After one initial hiccup at Holiday with an oil change that was followed up with exemplary customer service and resolution, it's been my pleasure continuing to do business with Holiday Mazda Service Dept. Obtaining appointments is met with pleasant phone staff and flexibility, and arriving at the service department, I'm met with the wonderful staff member who greets me at my vehicle and ensures my vehicle and I are handled with care and consideration.Any time they're running a special, I never have to fumble around looking for a coupon on their website either, they just automatically apply it. I really appreciate that.

They were to do a 40k service, tire rotation, check the RF brake caliper and bleed the brakes. They were happy to charge for it all, but didn't even mention the caliper or the tire rotation in the video. I still haven't received an answer from them if these things were done yet.
