Pricey! Employees pleasant.Also please stop mailing out Sales brochures. I get way to much. Actually I prefer no sales stuff.

As usual, my visit to Holiday s Lube department went very smoothly and without any surprises at the end.Before they did anything to the car, I was advised of what will be done and the price. They take their time and do a great job. Not like other places that just rush you through. Been taking my vehicles here for a couple years now and have never been disappointed.

Very friendly, speedy service. I needed an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation however they could not get me in before we were leaving on a road trip, they suggested I use their quick walk in service which is what I did. I was able to drop my vehicle off and get a ride to work from their shuttle. They also picked me up when the service was complete. They very friendly, polite and prompt. Didn't have an appointment and they still squeezed me in. They're actually cheaper than those quick lube places, and I trust them way much more. Although, they said they saw a slight oil leak, and when I asked where, they wouldn't tell me, said I would need to get it in for diagnostic. Seemed like a ploy. But it is what it is. They're not your friendly neighborhood mechanic, just an oil/lube places, and for that I highly recommend them

I bought a used Yukon and brought it back to have the protective finish put on the vehicle. It was not done properly the first time; dirt on my back tail gate and missed spots on interior seats. So I brought it back for a redo, they only did the rear of my vehicle and nothing inside the vehicle! I was told it would be about 2 hours to complete, I waited 4 hours! I had them check a tire for a slow leak. They couldn't find anything! Never put air in the tire to the right pressure and didn't replace the valve cap! I still have a problem with my tire losing air! Not a happy customer!Service: Body & Trim

What a joke, had a 10.15 appointment and was told they are 15mins behind and then told it would take 45mins to an hour to change my oil, I didnt come in for an engine rebuilt, toke pictures of bays and not one vehicle in ether one

Was in Fond du Lac so I ent to auto parts to have a replacement key made. Employee stated he coordinated the key to my vehicle and then gave it to me. When I went to try it out the next day the key opened the door but the alarm went off. I called Holiday back but they were not able to correct the problem and told me I had to make an appointment since the parts department was closed for the weekend. I was leaving the next day for Michigan so mission not accomplished. Now I will have to go to a Buick dealership in Michigan to have the problem resolved.

I was very pleased with my service. I had an appointment and unlike most places, they actually got it in at the scheduled time. They got it done pretty quick and reset my oil meter and all the things a good shop should do, with a complimentary car wash. The guys at the front desk were very professional and nice. I'll update my rating if anything changes, but so far, I'm a happy customer!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation just prior to leaving on a long trip. I requested a top-off on wiper fluid as there didn t appear to be any the last time I tried to use it and I didn t want to be caught without on my trip. The mechanic in Quick Lube told me that I had plenty of fluid, but there was a problem with the hose supplying fluid to the windshield . . . I would need to schedule an appointment in the Service Area. My plans were to leave the next day for my trip, so while my car was still on the rack in Quick Lube, I walked over to the Service Area hoping someone could take a look at it and fix it yet that day.. My service leader, I cannot remember her name as I write this, walked over to the Quick Lube area, looked under the hood and then called a technician over from the Service Area. The technician fixed the issue, on the spot, and I left Holiday with fresh oil, newly rotated tires and working wiper fluid less than 24 hours before heading out on my trip. Amazing! Most importantly, I left Holiday with a keen appreciation for the extra effort I received to have my vehicle ready for a long ride and a sense a deep gratitude that Holiday had taken such good care of my car and me . . . once again! Counter staff were friendly and courteous. Service was reasonably fast with clear explanations of inspection results. Pricing fair for GM certified service and OEM parts and products. Would definitely go here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. I like the inspection process that goes along with the oil change... an ounce of prevention in catching issues before they become problems. Excellent service all the way around!

I made an appointment for 10:30, was told it would take 45 min. to an hour, and ended up taking 1 1/2 hours. I was never updated why it was taking so long either, which I felt would have been the courteous thing to do. What's the point in making an appt. if they don't do them when scheduled? This isn't the first time I've had issues with your Quick Lube Center.Services: Tires, Oil change
