Holiday Ford has excellent customer service! The work performed on my vehicle is always excellent and reasonable priced. Andy, my customer service representative is always friendly and explains anything about my vehicle plainly. And I love the shuttle back to my office and the car wash!

Stranded road side 2 miles from the dealership. Had independent tow, they were good at accommodating us for this short notice repair. After 3 hours the parts bill was $14 but the labor was $454. The hourly rate was not listed but that works out to be $151/hour. Seems high but maybe that is the going rate. Nice folks, got us back on the road.

First, Holiday Automotive home service is excellent. When your vehicle can not get started and you don t have any way to get help call Holiday Mobile Service. They came to my home, checked the batttery by charging it but the charge would only last a minute then quit. Holiday took the battery back to their shop to test it out. Within less than an hour they came back with a new battery and told me the other battery was dead.Thank you to Holiday Mobile Service and their employees who are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Over the past 7 years Holiday Ford has been my go-to for repairs, oil changes, and tires.Consistently I have been impressed with the level of service, and recently I had to take advantage of their drop-off service last minute.They were able to accommodate the need and deliver my vehicle to me locally which allowed me to drive home later that evening.I would highly recommend Holiday Ford.

I had lot of help choosing my tires for my 2020 explorer. Overall, great communication by the employees that helped me. They even delivered my car when it was finished getting new tires and I was able to pay over the phone.

My f150 was the worst vehicle I ve had to date, brought it to dealer to get warrenty work done, they had it for 2 weeks and I still had the same problems afterward. Absolute junk . Owned it for 2 months traded back to a chevy and could not be happier

I can't say the experience was great. The service was good. Good people, I'm just a little disappointed that when they put the auto start in they didn't tell me beforehand that I was going to have problems with it due to the check engine light. It would have been better to know the problem beforehand rather than after.

They are very quick and on time with the service. I just wish they offered washing your car after they finished like they used to. It was always a nice touch, but they don't do that on Saturdays

Impossible to top the treatment I get at Holiday Ford ! Fantastic service on my new Ford truck for the last 2 years.. Everybody is so friendly and knowledgeable... We will buy our next truck from Holiday Ford and Jafar is the best !!!!

The oil and tire rotation was great but I m very unhappy because I have asked for seatbelt extenders months ago and have still not received them!

The service was timely and the shuttle service is always a plus. A new service addition of dropping your car off to when done is fantastic!!!! So simple and communication was terrific!

There was a recall or a csp program on my 2021 ford f150 tailgate. It opens randomly. So I open my garage and smack smack. The service manager got in my face called me a liar and forced me out. Went in with transmission issue. Was told part was on back order and could get for possibly months. When she asked me if they should order the part I declined. Told them I couldn t be without a vehicle for that long. I said I would call around and find the part myself. They assured me i would not be able to find the part anywhere. I made one phone call and it was fixed in two days and it was $500 dollars cheaper than there estimate!! Holiday has lost my business for life. They were rude and condescending .Service: Transmission

General maintenance was done as expected. I had an issue with my dash vibrating and buzzing. They tried to re-create it and couldn t make the noise. Then they gave up.Update 2/19/24- still makes noise. I m living with it. Can t wait to sell the vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance
